From all the other reviews, it appears that they do good work...however I sadly have not been able to experience the finished product as they have been unable to follow through on estimates and information for my vehicle. So, with that being said...this review is based off of service...or lack thereof, only. I have brought my vehicle here twice in the past few months looking to get all the rubber window stripping replaced due to age and dry rot. On my first trip in, the counter associate was very nice and helpful, went out to my car to take photos and gave me preliminary pricing. She mentioned she would get it put in the system and I would get a call within a few days with full pricing details. A few days pass and nothing. I call back in to get information and was told I would have it tomorrow, again...tomorrow comes and goes. A few weeks pass and I decide to stop back in as I know they are a busy shop. I went through the same song and dance, only to again be ghosted by these folks. After being forgotten twice, I decided to move on and go elsewhere. I had high hopes for these guys as I know they are well known and respected in the Smyrna community. After being in hit and run accident I brought my 2020 Jeep gladiator here for repairs. After consulting regarding the work that needed to be completed with Dave, the manager , I decided to bring my car here for repairs. Initially I was told that my car would be returned 5 days, unfortunately it took much longer than that. Though I grew frustrated for not receiving my car back in the estimated timeframe, Tim, an associated at Tiger Hunt, stayed in constant communication with me and reported updates as they came in. Tim really made things happen and I grew confident that the work would be completed as he said it would be. After several weeks, I received my vehicles back and I was pleased with the work. Though their is room for improvement in setting customer's expectations I'm pleased with the quality of the work. The manager, David, ensured all the work work was properly completed and worked "magic" to ensure repairs and enhancementswere completed as discussed. I can confidently say , "What David said could be done , was actually done." He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction which is greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a good affordable body work I would recommend these guys , but make sure you have another means of transportation and do not need your vehicle for some time because they have a lot of demand. read more

First things first, the body work that was done on my car looks amazing, hence the 3 stars! The customer service on the other hand was a nightmare. I've never had someone repeatedly lie to me both over the phone and in person before in my life. Especially not a representative from a company that I was paying hundreds of dollars. April was the absolute worst part about this entire encounter and the reason why I would never recommend anybody take their vehicle here. I dropped my car off on Monday, June 22nd. I was told by April that my car would be done in 3 days. I didn't hear anything so I called them on Thursday, June 25th. That's when all of the lies started. I was told by April that my car wasn't done, but they could finish that day if I wanted them to rush. Otherwise she said it would be done on Friday, June 26th. Nobody called me on Friday, so again I called them. I was put on hold, traded off between employees, and at the end of at all was told that my car would not be finished on Friday. I only got this answer after I called several times that day after being told someone would call me back. On Friday, I was told the car would be finished on Saturday and that I would receive a call when it was done. AGAIN, no one called me on Saturday, June 27th, so I called them. AGAIN I was put on hold, told I would get a call back, and the overall runaround. When I finally got April on the phone, I asked her to just please give me a definite end date, if that was going to be Monday June 29th or Wednesday, July 1st fine, I just needed to know when my car would actually be done. She swore it would be done Saturday and that they "wouldn't leave the shop until my car was ready." April called me at 5:15pm on Saturday and left me a message saying that my car was done, but that I shouldn't pick it up because it was "freshly painted and would get wet in the rain." Monday morning, June 29th I arrive to pick my car up, IT WASN'T DONE! It wasn't done even though she left me a message on Saturday saying it was, it wasn't done even though she said they wouldn't leave on Saturday until it was done. Then when I ask her, "so if it's not ready right now at 10:45am on Monday, it couldn't have possibly been done on Saturday, April continued to lie and say that it was definitely done on Saturday and refused to back down from the obvious lie. To add insult to injury, she said she would give me a 10% discount on a bill that was $634, but in fact only gave me $20 off. I guess she thought I was too dumb to know what 10% would be. Also, she said they would wash my car, they rinsed it off with water and dried it. There was no actual car wash, my boyfriend watched them as they did it and I will post pics. Lastly, they left polish residue all over my car and completely ruined my drive side floor mat. Again, the body work itself was great. But I would never in a million years recommend this shop to anyone and I definitely would go back to be lied to. So if you do decide to patronize this business, double whatever time they quote you for the work to be done. read more

Was a pleasure dealing with the staff there! They took care of the tip-over damage that I had on my motorcycle. Background: Set the bike on the side stand on a steep driveway. The bike was not completely stable and rolled over on it's side and sustained deep scratches either during the fall and/or process of lifting it back up (not easy with an 850 lb tourer). The engine guards kept things from getting worse but due to the steep angle of the driveway, the bike rolled way farther. The before photos show how deep the scratches were. See the quality of color match and the way they made the deep gouges disappear. I'm impressed! I've included the before and after photos. Looks good as new! If I am ever in need of body repair, I'll think of them first. read more

I had a few panels repainted at this shop a while ago. The completion of the work was delayed. The work itself was shoddy. Areas were rough to the touch. Permanent swirl marks on my hood. They didnt even bother to smooth and paint the inside of my door handle. So everytime i opened my door, i was reminded of how horrible a job they had done. When i picked this place, they had good reviews and it convinced me to trust them with my vehicle. Now i'm searching for body work on another vehicle and i thought i'd stop by and prevent someone else from making the same mistake i did. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. read more

Tiger Hunt Collision Center - My car is all fixed! Again! LOL - Body Shops Near Me - Smyrna, Georgia

If you are considering using Tiger Hunt Collision for any vehicle repairs, don't walk away RUN! My car was hit on a weekend while visiting the area from out of state. My insurance company said Tiger Hunt had a 4.3 rating and would I like to have it towed there. Not knowing the area at all, I agreed. The first few weeks, they were great at communicating with me and kept me informed. Well, after about three weeks, their communication stopped all together. I tried and tried to reach them by phone but usually got no answer and their voicemail wasn't accepting any messages. The few times that I got them to actually answer, I was told to please hold to which they never came back or was promised a call back that never came. No lie, I called them 25 times one day. Got through once and was told that they would have someone call me back later that afternoon. Of course, the call never came. They had my car for 9 weeks! Once I was finally able to pick my car up, I got about 10 miles away from the shop and realized my headlights didn't work. The same two headlights that they replaced. Then, after checking into my hotel, I realized that my parking lights wouldn't turn off at all. I had to walk to Target to get a wrench to disconnect my battery so it wouldn't drain overnight. The next morning, I hooked my battery back up and mysteriously the lights worked just fine. So I headed back to Tennessee. When I stopped on the way and closed my drivers door, the key hole trim fell to the ground! They apparently broke the tabs that held it on when they repaired the door! Once I got home, I began to really look closely at their work. You can see in the attached pictures that they damaged the front bumper clip that they replaced and the paint on the corners is terrible. I tried to contact them via the email address that they gave me. And guess what... crickets! Based on their lack of response to me, it's clear that they have no intention of making this right. Steady Quality Service! My "van-tasy" went down right before Christmas...bad time. So i had it towed to Tiger Hut late one evening..glad they were still there working (that was a good sign to me). It took a while to get the diagnostic and to order parts for my car but i figured it was due to the holidays and such. Getting transparency about my "service plan" was a little hassle but the bottom line i paid for the repairs made up for that hiccup. GET THE SERVICE PLAN...it includes oil changes..its well worth it (see the flyer i attached)! The office staff was compassionate and organized offering above and beyond customer service over the phone and in person. My van is up and running with no new issues appearing. W O W I am soooo impressed. My all over paint job is awesome. As usual, I came to Yelp to do my research and see what everyone else had to say. I visited local paint shops and just was not pleased with the price, the "additional" work, services and hourly rates. When I got to Tiger Hunt, I was given a price that had me wondering, "this can't be real". I wanted to get my truck painted ASAP. It was Monday, New Years Eve. He asked if I could leave it, I said no, because I had some things to get out of the back. I offered to take it home, empty it and return and they said fine. I came back and asked for a guarantee that there be no additional charges, the color be the factory color and that I could get it back by Saturday. They agreed, I left it, I bugged them a few times to check the status and take pics for me, which they obliged. They (Stacey) called me Friday to say it was ready and I couldn't believe it. I went to pick it up and as they told me it would, it looked "better than new". I am so impressed and recommend them highly. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place is filled with nothing but liars and scammers Tuesday, 12/1 I dropped off my car. I asked David when he thinks it would be ready by he said "3 days." I reiterated, "Friday? That's awesome!" "Yeah, your parts should be here by today so we'll get to working on it ASAP" They call me later to get the first half of my payment, sure, no problem. I'm excited! Thursday, 12/3: I call to get an update on my car. April picks up, says she'll be in touch... no call back. Friday, 12/4: I text Tim, asking for an update. "Waiting on a fender for your car! Should arrive today. When arrive I will keep you posted."...mind you.. my part was supposed to arrive Tuesday, 12/1. He explained bc of Covid things are moving slower. Okay, fine. I can understand that. Sat, 12/5 I asked Tim if I would have my car back by Tuesday. Because they said it was going to only be 3 days, I opted out of getting a rental but at this point, I'm needing my car for many reasons including but not limited to: WORK. I dont hear back until Monday, 12/7. I still show grace. He says he'll get back to me by 12pm that day.. but there was no update until I followed up again, at 1:33. An hour and a half later we get on the phone and he tells me my car will be ready the next day. Tuesday, 12/8, the NEXT DAY. I get a call from Tim telling me my car will not be ready until Thursday 6pm. At this point I am frustrated. I explain that they've been playing with my time and money now. He says I have his word that my car will be ready Thursday Thursday 12/10, I call Tim.. no response but he calls back. Tells me my car wont be ready until Friday 2. "We've been waiting on your fender to come in and it JUST came in. We need to paint and detail your car but we need to let the paint dry" Still fuming, I tell him I've had enough of the lack of communication. MIND YOU - This is the same part that was supposed to arrive on 12/1. The SAME PART that was supposed to arrive the FRIDAY I was initially supposed to get my car (12/4) It's beyond my control though so what can I do? They agree to give me 10% off. Friday, Tim calls me at 12pm. "Don't be angry with me but I need about 2 more hours on your car. We just want to make sure the paint is dried before we detail it" I show up 3:50pm and I see Tim outside. He says to me, "I want you to see your car" .. he confesses that my car isn't ready. I spent 2 hours that Friday being given the run around with constant "10 more mins" "40 more minutes" etc.. In fact, the owner HIMSELF, who was present that day said "I don't know what's going on but it sounds like they're giving you the runaround." David then offered me 20% off. But I want to note that it is NOT about the money. I have no qualms paying for QUALITY work. Eventually April tells me to come back "tomorrow" but when tomorrow came, Tim texted me and said they wanted to drop the car off. .. My bumper, headlight, fender, and hood are all misaligned. the paint job is terrible. there's a thunk when i open my car door. a lightbulb in my headlight is still out and now the lights IN my car are also out. they didn't detail (which they said was taking so long) and they didn't uphold their promise on a complimentary touch up (not a big deal since its complimentary) another collision spot tells me its a minimum of 2k to fix their mistakes so i let April know who tells me she needs to escalate the situation and to watch out for an email from "corporate." it has now been a week and not only has april refused to give me the owners contact info but she has also stopped answering my phone calls and emails. never in my life have i been so disrespected by an establishment. save your money, time and energy. this place is hell on earth. read more

I'm sure they're great at their work. But I brought my car in for an estimate, they took pictures, and told me I'd have the estimate emailed to me before the close of business. Got an email the next day saying they had been running behind but they hadn't forgotten about me (after several emails from me to them) and they were going to email it over before close of business this day. From my first phone call with April at Tiger Hunt Collision until they handed me the key to my repaired car, I had nothing but exceptional service provided to me. The gentleman who did my estimate was very thorough and made sure he and I were on the same page with the repairs needed. I called a few times just to check the status and Ian was always friendly and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. They gave me an estimated finish date of 11/19, but finished a day early. My car looks just as good as it did when I purchased it new, both inside and out. The cost was very affordable and the quality of their work is top notch. I honestly wish I could give them more than 5 stars, as everyone at Tiger Hunt Collision deserves to be recognized. I went to Tiger Hunt Collision for a auto claim. I was side swiped and Geico was taking care of it because of my full coverage insurance. The deductible was $500.00, this was were the standard customer care ended. The damage was primarily to the drivers and passengers door and back quarter panel. The car's glass was intact. First, when I was exploring auto shops in the area April said she would reduce the deductible but this never happened. This is the third claim I've dealt with in my life and I've never heard of a shop giving me money. Prior to giving them my business April informed me the work would take 3 days although the insurance quote was for 6 days. Looking back, these were RED FLAGS. I should have gone somewhere else. My saga with this place lasted 6 weeks --- kid you not. Aug. 9th - Sept. 20 I understand that COVID is an unusual situation but over these weeks it was nearly impossible to get information or updates from April or anyone at the shop. Geico could only help to certain extent, by confirming the location of my car, progress of work, ordering of parts, and confirming the shop had all the claim money and approvals to move forward. April called me back once in 6 weeks, otherwise I was calling for updates every 2-3 days. I was also having my claims agent call them regularly but they would get a voicemail typically. I kept getting different stories from April the whole time. The first week was that my car was in heading to paint but the paint shop had delays until the following week. On the second week April said that they were having trouble finding parts for my car --- a MAZDA 3 --- its a popular car it's not a rarity. Why are you telling me you need to re-order parts when you just said my car was going to paint the first week? Paint is the last thing that occurs. On Monday of the third week, it was that there was more damage than they were expecting once they got a closer look. April was slow to submit forms to Geico so the claim would be updated, checked out and approved for more $. At this point the damage went from $2500 to $4000, and the time went from 6 days to an additional 10 days. The new count started on the Monday of the third week. So now it should be a total of 4 weeks of repairs. PSS. (My car is a 2013, 110,000 miles worth like $7,200 so really I don't know why it wasn't declared totalled at this point. I purchased the car used in Jan. of the same year. Then paid another $300 to have it tinted.) Then after a week of calls and no updates she said that my car parts kept coming in damage and they need to reorder them. At this point a manager name David was al answering the phone, he seemed like he was trying to figure out what was happening but not much he could speak to as far as the delays. When the car was finished, the body of the car and back rim looked good. However my tint on the drivers side was scratched on the inside and for some reason ---the tint on the back door was GONE. I have no idea as to why they took out the original tinted window as it wasnt broken and could have gone back into a new door. I had the tint done by TINT World in ATL, they use their own brand of tint, this collision shop couldn't be bothered to repair the tint they messed up on two windows. Another $200 out of my pocket gone. To make matters worse I literally couldn't leave there after all this cause the battery was dead so the car wouldn't start. I had to wait another hour for them to replace the battery and charge it. During this interaction the actual mechanic at the shop named Angel hit on me --- while telling me how he was from Puerto Rico and had a son with the same name. The shop from Hell. read more

I stupidly hit a pole with my new (to me) car on Wednesday. I went to the dealer to get an estimate and got the smarmy 'It's going to be at least 1100.00, probably more, we won't know until we take it apart" speech. On a whim, I decided to read some yelp reviews and see if there was another option. I went to Tiger Hunt and wow...amazing. My car looks like new. The kindest woman helped me at the front desk (didn't grab her card). Mehdi, the GM, didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need or tell me he had to take the car apart. I left it Wednesday afternoon and it's Friday before 2, and I have my car back. They even vacuumed the mats! I seriously wish that I had before and after pics to share. Because, wow. Awesome work. Absolutely fantastic and honest people. I needed my rear car window replaced. They accidentally ordered the wrong glass. Not only they owe their mistake, they went above and beyond to make sure my window gets fixed as soon as possible. People were honest about their pricing . No hiding fees. I would not bother with this company ever again. They did a bad paint job on my replacement bumper, and left orange peel on the surface. I've called multiple times trying to get it done correctly - like the manager expressed to me they would do. Now every time I call they have an excuse for me and tell me it will be at least a month before they can get me in, and can not give me a specific time to get it done. This has been going on for the past 2 months. If the paint job was done correctly the first time none of this would be an issue. read more
