Also, during the last visit, it seemed like the floor associates were more invested in talking amongst themselves than supporting customers by floating through the store. They were all huddled in the front of the store, off to the side... conversing. That did not look good professionally in my opinion.

Not uneven, not over-shaped, literally missing. The worst part is they covered it up with pencil so I wouldn't notice until I got home. That is completely unacceptable.
