All they did was refund the service, not even the tip I gave before realizing what they had done. After multiple complaints and constant back and forth, they gave me a $50 gift card, which doesn't even come close to covering the products I now have to buy to fill it in and try to grow it back. I am on week 3 of this and my Doctor said it will most likely last 1-2 months! I have cancelled so many events because I don't feel comfortable being around people looking like this. I also do most of my work on Zoom so this has affected my job (again, I don't feel comfortable being on camera). I contacted the place and even though they were nice about it, they would not refund my money. I know it is a risk anytime that you do injectables but to do this to a customer and then charge them $730 for it, doesn't sit right with me. Who cares if I signed something, you took $ for a service and then botched my face for most of my summer. Unacceptable. DO NOT GET BOTOX HERE!
