    I hired a smaller company and without notice they sold out to Tiger Shark.. For a few weeks, they were OK and my tech was really good with my tile but, I have an infinite edge. On said infinite edge, they were notified from the last company to this company that the pump for the infinite edge needed to be turned off so they could properly brush the tile. I did have a stubborn pump for the edge to say the least, as it would not prime after you turned it off. I reported that to my home warranty, and they came out and fixed it. Added a very much needed valve. Even after I told the tech that I had repaired it, he got skittish and would not turn the infinite edge pump off to clean all the tile of the infinite edge & trough line. Let's just fast-forward to, I had the entire pool drained and media blasted in December when I hired the smaller company. Through this new company and not turning off the pump for the infinite edge it calcified over with a film in 3 1/2 months. I informed them of that and they said that they would not come out and clean it . It was my responsibility. The current owners solution was for me to media blast it all over again and, get this, run my infinite edge 24/7. Even worse, he didn't even come out to the property to access the situation. Blamed it on the water we have in Vegas but, as you can see from the 2nd & 3rd photos here, of the rest of the tile in the pool, that was not the circumstance at all, and I was trying to tell him that, but again, he wouldn't come out! So again, I hired my Mom and Pop service to media blast it again after I just did it in December, this time to the tune of $550. Added expense that I should have not been liable to take on, but I had no choice. Let's add to that, that Tiger Shark was supposed to also clean my filters one week, didn't show! Scheduled me for the next week to clean the filters, and not only did that person not show but the new tech they chose to clean the pool did not show at all either. A new technician that should not have been switched on me, but they do that kind of stuff too. So I fired them for complete non-service of my pool, no communication and utter poor service all together and putting the cleaning of the tile was the literal "last straw." When I hired the smaller company that eventually sold out to them, I only had two requests. Keep my tile looking good and please don't have me do any more of the supervising of pool companies. They failed on both! The added expense for something they should've done and their not showing up and not cleaning the filters was a no-brainer to let them go. No accountability for this whatsoever at all leads me to not recommend them at all! I don't see this company coming on here with explanations or excuses because there aren't any. Pure factual review and they know it. Just so everyone is aware because no one should have this done to them and not have it taken care of by the person that did it. Just horrible horrible treatment!

    CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! We had our pool built by Anthony Sylvan in Summer of 2023 and they recommended that our weekly service be done by Thompson Pool Service. We had a great experience with Thompson, they were consistently thorough and diligent in the cleaning and maintenance of our pool and spa. In March 2025 we received notification that Thompson sold our route to Tiger Shark and we agreed to continue service with them. We noticed as time went on that the technician Devan began cutting corners and spending less and less time servicing our pool. Chemical reports are sent each week and everything on that end appeared to be fine, but the cleaning was not satisfactory. I called the office in early May to cancel service and was asked by the receptionist if we would give them another shot, seeing that they would speak to the technician (Devan) and ensured that he would do a better job. I agreed and the next day Devan came and serviced our pool and was very diligent with the cleaning. I was satisfied and didn't think anything more about cancelling at that time. A few weeks went by and on May 28th we receive a text from Scott at Tiger Shark that the lid to our less than two year old Jandy pool equipment was broken and is no longer manufactured, with a recommendation that the entire inline chlorination system needed to be replaced at the tune of $861. They also stated that the pool builder did improper work and that was the reason for the additional labor cost, which when we received a second opinion we were told that was BS. So we reached out to Anthony Sylvan pools to address our warranty and had a run around with them, and they ended up sending Thompson Pool Service out and it ends up being just the lid for the inline chlorination system that has to be replaced, the technician shows us that the lid had been cracked and it was an easy fix. We grow suspicious and felt like this was done by the technician as some sort of retaliation for us reporting him to his company for his poor work; and then we felt Tiger Shark was trying to deceive us with that crazy estimate to make a quick buck off of us. We end up cancelling mid July because we no longer trusted them without even asking for a partial refund. Two weeks later our new pool service tells us the cyanuric acid is so high that the only way we can fix it is to drain the pool. We are shocked to hear this as the reports from before showed that all of our chemical levels were normal. We go back through the weekly readings provided by Tiger Shark to find that on June 11th the report showed cyanuric acid level as at 30ppm and on June 18th the report showed that it had increased by 10 times to 300ppm, which was a blatant sabotage by the technician. This chemical cannot be reversed and today we are forced to pay $450 to drain and refill our pool. This is not typical, pools in Vegas should have 3-5 pool seasons before being drained. But thanks to Tiger Shark we are forced to do so early. So my suggestion, use a reputable and honest company. One that won't sabotage your pool if you complain and that hires professional technicians who have integrity. DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

    Professional, Reliable, Consistent, Quality Love this Pool Service - Since locating to Vegas we have gone through a number of pool service companies who all promise to be on time, consistent ect...for the most part they ended up being unreliable, inconsistent and hard to work with. We've been with TigerShark for about a year and we love their service. Great Company! Every week they do an outstanding Job I like the idea that they send an email with a picture of your clean pool along with a service check list. Check list includes: Water Test Readings Chemicals Added (if any) Services Completed (Brushed waterline tile Emptied leaf canister - Skimmed surface- Emptied baskets) (they even add a picture of your technician) Billing is Super easy. Semi Annually they service the pool filter (Additional Fee) Professional through and through - Great Staff (Pam, Jamie, Wayne) all super friendly & always available for any questions. I highly recommend Tiger Shark.

    This is a picture of my filter that they supposedly had just cleaned. The first visit the 'tech" was there about 15 minutes, he didn't sweep the walls, there was green algae on the south side, They said it was because my water was too hard, that is true, so that means that the chlorine doesn't work as good. So maybe you would need to brush more often, that's why I hired them, so I wouldn't have to.

    Love this company!!! Very professional and reliable....they are even careful of closing the gate as we have dogs. Augie our tech cleans the pool beautifully and the chemicals are always perfect! We looked for years for a good company and we are very happy with Tiger Shark!!!!

Pam always provides prompt reccomendations for pool maintenance. For the high level of quality they provide their prices are reasonable.     Tigar Shark Pool Service is very good. They are reliable and friendly. The front desk person (Pam) is very helpful with whatever you need. Our pool is always clean and when you ask them to have something done they don't hesitate to do it for you. I would recommend them to all my friends. We had another pool company before them and they charged way to much and didn't do a good job. Deb & Jerry

This is a saltwater pool, yet instead of properly diagnosing or maintaining the chlorinator system, they routinely dump gallons of liquid chlorine into the pool every week. Actual "service" often feels limited to: * Emptying the leaf basket * Lightly brushing the pool * Adding chemicals And nearly everything beyond that becomes an extra charge: * Chemicals? Extra. * Filter cleaning? Extra. * Repairs? Extra. * Someone coming out because the system they maintain stopped working? Extra. Worse, many of the techs seemed unfamiliar with how the equipment even operates, making service calls frustrating and unproductive. What really bothered me was adding up the actual cost over three years. Once you include all the side charges, repair calls, chemical add-ons, and maintenance fees, the true cost is easily several times higher than the advertised "weekly service" price. The marketing and online reputation look polished, but our real-world experience has been expensive, inconsistent, and lacking accountability.

He texts in advance of arrival, and answers all of my questions throughly 2) RESPONSIBLE- My #1 ask is to be an early early pool clean. I work from home and the hubbub of someone in the backyard freaks my dogs out, so it's good to get all of the excitement over before my workday begins. Martin and his staff (shout-out to the WONDERFUL Jordan Gonzalez!!) accommodate this SO WELL, and I'm just tickled to see them out there first thing Monday... THANK YOU THANK YOU you guys, you make my week start out perfectly1 3) HONEST- I didn't realize that I was accidentally overpaying (if you pay via Zelle as opposed to credit card you get a little discount) and Martin caught my mistake and made it right. I SO APPRECIATE that! 4) TRUE PROs- Martin caught a little leak from our filter tank when he first began service (my previous pool guy, who ghosted his entire client base for weeks when he hurredly moved out of town and didn't tell anyone), must've been ignoring it!).
