I have to admit this place is pretty good and the boba is fresh but I always find myself drinking my whole drink before I even leave the parking lot. So this time around I asked for less ice (I always order #5 black sugar boba+pearl w/cream) and cashier told me that was impossible. I began to ask why and he said because we want to give each customer the same experience (which I can understand, consistency and product quality) but he said I could get less ice in a another drink like a latte! I asked what's the difference as to why I can't get less ice in my drink? His response was because it's sugar and milk that we measure and then mix so it won't have the same taste or look in the cup and therefore the light ice won't hold up to the sugar. YOU SHOULDA SEEN THE LOOK ON MY FACE, WTF?! While in the background I see the other employees working on other orders and I see they put the ice first in the cup, so why does it matter if I can't have just a little bit less ice, remind you they literally fill the whole cup with ice! I'm just confused as to what their logic is about less ice. read more

Relatively new bubble tea place in Vegas. This one being hyped up by the Instagrams and teenagers of the world. Most of the time it's very busy but I got in and out quickly on a Sunday afternoon. The inside is relatively small. I ordered the Black Sugar Boba Black Tea Latte with mousse. There are a few things to keep in mind here. 1.) they only have one size and I believe it's 16 ounces. 2.) their price point higher than their competitors but you will know why. So let's get to the drink. For the drink I got, it was initially layered due to the mix of tea, milk and boba. According to the Tiger Sugar recommendation, shake it 15 times to get best flavor. So I did that. The tea itself was somewhat overwhelmed by the dairy part of the drink, so it was a little more malty (which I like). The boba I felt had the correct level of chewiness but the boba pearls themselves were larger than I'm used to. Now the MVP of the drink was their sugar. Most of the time if cheap sugar is used, there is somewhat of a thirsty effect/MSG aftertaste. But in this case the sugar has a slight kick when you consume it but none of the bad stuff afterwards. Overall, price point and portion on low side. But quality of sugar and the premium dairy is a plus. Would I come back? Yes. Would I be a regular? Probably not. read more

The drink is good no doubt but I can't believe how small it is for $6! And no rewards program, no less ice or hot options for now. I don't think it's worth the money. Based off reviews, I ordered the number five. Service was fast and it was delicious, though for the price, I would expect a larger size.

I've been to their original location in Taipei Taiwan and this one did not disappoint either. A little pricey but worth it for the quality.

Had one of the dumbest interactions with this untrained, unfriendly, 0 customer service establishment. The register at Tiger Sugar, I'm not sure if he's high as a kite or tired but his demeanor was very off putting no customer service he talked to us as if were stupid for asking questions. When we were ordering and pointed at a picture of the boba on the wall and asked what is this one. He stated and I kid you not "it's a picture" well thank you Einstein I can see it's a picture. I'm asking which number is the boba which is clearly depicted on the picture. We also asked if they can do no ice and they told us that they can't do a drink with no ice?!?!? I have never been to a boba establishment where ice is a must in every boba drink. After this degrading encounter of ordering we waited outside in 100 degree weather per request of employees so we are not all crowded up in this small establishment. We waited for a good while until we questioned why it was taking so long. We find our order and a few other customers order just sitting on the counter inside. While the employees chit chat. We asked if the boba was ours and the employees answered in a snarky (I'm better then u) attitude and said "YAH!" They see all of their customers waiting outside and no one thought to come out to tell us our boba are ready when they told us to wait outside. We took it upon our selves to come out and tell others that there boba was ready because everyone was also outside respecting each others social distancing. Everyone seemed confused on why no employee told them that their boba is ready. Boba is good but over priced when the service is this terrible. NEVER coming back to this establishment. Bought there drink and it was good the only problem is they have only one size which is small. They put so much ice there is hardly any drink to even enjoy it. The pricey is the same as a large regular boba drink I get from another place. So the second time around I purchased the drink again I told them to put no ice and they said they have a strict policy on how they have to make it and can't do it w out any ice like really!! other boba places customize drinks and is willing to make it the way you want it. What they mean is they want you to spend more money to buy another drink. The boy taking orders has a lot to be desired. Reminds me of those boring monotone professors. Anyways, black sugar boba and black pearl boba are so similar that I wouldn't order it again. The pearls were super soft and soggy. The boba were bigger and have a chewier texture which was better. Wasted money on the black pearl drink, should have just gotten a straight milk tea drink. Originally, I wanted a brown sugar boba milk tea without the creame mousse and they couldn't customize it. Seems pretty easy to make. Kids also said the black sugar pearl drink tasted weird. i'm a tourist and come from CO.I had a bad experience at this Tiger Sugar.If there were less than 1 star to rate I would choose but unfortunately I have to give 1 star it's too much compared to the others. What's going on here. When I entered the store at 10:57' on March 1, 2022, there were 2 men standing in the counter they didn't notice my presence.And continued to speak Chinese to each other.I ordered boba and the man with a round body (I don't mean to discriminate, I want you to easily identify and stay away) said not open (of course the shop was open, I just entered and I know enough time they open) & went back to his work and ignored my presence again . I was very upset and asked him : what time does your shop open?? He said At 11am, I showed my phone and said it was 11am. Then he sold me boba.&he looked at the store clock at 10:59'. Then apologized to me. I felt like asking for a free drink from this place. Service is very very impolite and looks down on guests. This place has ruined all other boba milk tea for me. NOTHING compares! The boba are so wonderfully warm, it's not too much ice, not too sweet. It's the definition of perfect brown sugariness in a cup! I usually get a #1 but honestly you can't go wrong with anything on the menu, it's all fantastic. This place is okay but not the best. The only thing I liked was how soft and chewy the boba was but all in all the drink it self just tastes like milk nothing special. Couldn't adjust the ice level which I didn't like because the drink was basically full of ice and 20% drink. Also it was almost $6 just for a small not even a large. I honestly don't get the hype about this place, maybe it's just because the drinks look cool. I'm not sure which drink I got, but I asked for their most popular drink. I also tried another drink of theirs that also had coffee jelly in it. The actual boba itself was pretty good, but the actual drink was very disappointing. The drink tasted like straight up milk, so bland. I've been to countless boba places in Vegas and Henderson, but this was honestly one of the most disappointing boba places I've been to. Out of all the brown sugar drinks from all the different chains, Tiger Sugar is still the best. It tastes amazing! It has the the right level of sweetness and good quality bubbles that are just so chewy, not under-cooked, or overcooked. The bubbles were also a mix of regular sized and mini sized bubbles, which really is like a party in your mouth. You definitely have to try this once if you haven't yet! read more
