I'm not coming here again!! There are a ton of boba places in the Asian district and I'm crossing this place off of my list of boba places to buy from. I value customer service the most and one out of the two employees was very rude and not helpful! How can you as a business be competitive with the 10 other boba places neraby when your customer service is so bad??? Baffles me. It was so uncomfortable to receive such bad customer service especially after I paid for basically a $9 drink! Overall, I was very excited to come here, waited in line for over an hour. When I got to the register I tried ordering the number 6 with cheese foam, as they have that advertised in the text, but they said they couldn't put cheese foam on the drink... even though it is advertised. Not sure why I can't customize a drink, but that's okay some places are like that. The real disappointment was the size and taste of the drink, there was only about 7 individual boba pearls in my drink and the flavor of the milk tea was very mediocre, cheese foam would add more depth to this drink. First time trying Tiger Sugar in Arizona. It seems like they just opened yesterday. I wanted it to adjust the sugar level for my drinks and it's was not allowed. You can't even adjust the ice level as well. My expectations of their signature boba drink was high but it was just average. This place is so small and it seems like their A/C wasn't working properly! Some of the customers had to wait outside for their orders since the place is small. Their service was alright needs improvement. I wouldn't drive all the way to mesa just to grab these drinks! read more

First time checking out this newly opened boba shop. I ordered the Signature drink and it was the perfect balance of sweetness and had a good amount of boba pearls. I like the small/medium boba pearl mixture in the drink. It's pretty busy and is located next to Shaanxi Garden restaurant and the nearby HMart and Mekong plaza. This place is bad. The boba was really mushy. My drink had some kind of chocolate powder in it that you're still able to taste. So warning! Choking hazard. The drinks are really sweet and you're not able to adjust the sugar or ice levels. I'm not sure what's wrong with this location in Mesa, but the Tiger Sugar in Dallas, Texas was not this bad. read more

Really enjoyed a stop to Tiger Sugar. We were checking out Mesa and thought we'd give it a try. The tea is not wildly sweet, has big and small boba and I like the size. It's a good sized treat without the syrupy flavor other bobas have. Definitely worth ordering and the staff was really friendly. read more

Just tried their Thai Tea today. The medium cup is really tiny , probably 12oz. The tea is actually decent. The only bad thing is that it doesn't taste like Thai Tea at all but at least it doesn't taste like powder either. read more

I visited 3 times (grand opening as well) so far and tried different typeof drinks. I love all of them except Milo isn't my type of drink. I would definitely comeback more to get it. Menu is very limited and part of their menu you cannot adjust your sugar level, which is something very important to me when drinking Milk Tea. Service is a hit or miss. Some cashiers seems to be more friendly than others. Consistency is not great either. My sister and I both got the same drinks and one was much sweeter than the other.. not sure why that happened. Also this is weird but I came in and order 2 drinks, the couple behind me ordered 6 drinks and their drinks came out before mine? Consistency is key and they seem to not care. What a let down, not worth the hype and don't get me started on their sizing. I was so excited to try this place out after seeing a promotion for it through TikTok and from my mom. I went with a friend and I ordered their signature while my friend ordered the taro. When I went to order the prices seemed decent until I saw the size of what they labeled to be a large was actually just an extra small drink that could only hold about 15 ounces. Although my drink was aesthetically pleasing the taste said otherwise. It literally tasted like cold milk with some revolting boba at the bottom. My friends drink was a whole different story in which I almost gagged at the taste of hers. If there was a zero stars I would definitely give zero stars to the customer service. If you don't want to work there than just leave!!!!! My family and I went to order drinks and first of all The customer service was bad. The cups had fallen and she was going to pour the drinks in the cups. I asked her if she could rinse them out and she said yes. She proceed to rolled her eyes at me. She proceeded to make drinks and didn't rinse the cups that had fallen. Disappointed. It's a small place that had limited seating, disorganized, and the inside temperature was uncomfortable. When arriving to try this place, after ordering they give you a number. However, they completed orders in a random fashion. When I approached the staff to inquire about my order (noticing newer orders were being completed), they were dismissive. When my order was finally ready, it was wrong..seriously? Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they appeared flustered and made it seem like it was my fault. After several more minutes they provided me with the correct order - and even this wasn't as good as compared to other places visited. I wouldn't return nor recommend. read more

I had the #1 Brown Sugar Boba + Pearl Milk Cream Mousse drink. It was easily the best boba I've had in all of Arizona. Nice sweet milk tea drink with high-quality boba and pearls. Pearls were soft and chewy and the boba was smooth and new-seeming in texture, not that old crusty stiff-bubble stuff that you might receive from other bubble tea places. Will surely go out of my way to visit again. 10/10 would recommend this place. read more

I saw the jumbo boba that they serve here on instagram and decided I wanted to come try it out today. First of all I ordered a number 1 and a number 4, both xl size and with jumbo boba included. When we got our drinks we asked them if they had added the jumbo boba just to double check, which they said that they did. We get inside of our car and open the sealed lids to find no jumbo boba. I had a spoon in my car and found no jumbo boba inside both drinks. So we went back inside where they proceeded to tell us that they did put jumbo boba in one of the drinks yet none of them had it and it wasn't at the bottom either. They then added some and we left all good. Then we find out it's not even boba! It's a jelly gelatin ball that's coffee flavored. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! No where online or in store did it say it was jelly texture nor coffee! Super unsatisfied definitely won't be back. Don't get this jumbo boba if you're looking for it to be actually boba like the advertisement states and shows. read more

Traveling from LA .... wanting something sweet and icy drinks. I heard there is a Tiger Sugar just open in Mesa. Omg so happy theres a name brand tea station in the area. I heard it's very famous in Taiwan I got to try their top seller Tiger boba and of course an ice tea to fill my thirst (so hot in AZ). Both were good especially their milk tea with rich brown sugar. Boba were so fresh and chewy the ice tea was so refreshing. Although many people in line but we got our drinks pretty quick. Store is very clean and service was great ! Give it a try if you are in the area. read more
