They have seats now! Service is fast and the drinks are a solid option for brown sugar boba. Always clean and smells nice.

Tiger Sugar is one of my favorite bubble tea spots -- not just because it tastes amazing, but because they use organic milk, which really sets them apart. You can taste the quality in every sip. The drinks are rich and flavorful without being overly sweet, and they actually feel light and healthy, which is rare for boba! I had the Black Sugar Boba Milk with Cream Mousse -- perfectly balanced, creamy, and refreshing. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order came out quickly even though it was busy. The shop itself is clean, modern, and cozy, making it a nice little spot to stop by for a treat. Highly recommend for anyone who wants great flavor, better ingredients, and a smooth experience all around!

Hmmm unfortunately nothing to write home about. A pretty standard boba shop with mediocre tea and mediocre boba.... note that there is also no place to sit inside so it's a grab and go kind of place. If this was ten years ago I'd say this place is okay, but with how competitive boba shop is today there are just better options out there (and close by).

We came on their grand opening last year and a bunch of times since then. This place has been busy and sometimes it's not as busy. I ordered the Black Sugar Boba Pearl Milk with cream mousse. That was my go to drink here and it was similar to other Tiger Sugar locations I've been to in the past. The boba was chewy and the drink was good. If you needed a recommendation then that will be it since it's one of their best selling drinks. Good place for boba and I'll be back.

Extreme disappointment. If you want a glass of milk for $8 go for it. We had questions about the menu and the staff looked at us like it was a chore to answer our questions. Won't be back. I'll go to my normal place in Mekong market if I want boba.

I don't have boba tea too often, mostly because I end up being disappointed with most places. I don't want a syrupy sugar bomb and that's what the majority of boba is to me. Today I was happy with this place so that was a nice treat. Pros: - the staff were friendly and answered my questions about what different options taste like and what's in it. - I like that their menu isn't too large. I get overwhelmed with the choices at many boba places. I would rather have less options that taste really good. - we tried one of their most popular options and I wanted some coffee so went with #1Brave as a Tiger and #4 Tiger Meets Coffee. - I always order half sweet at boba tea places due to how crazy sweet the drink usually is. I could have gone even less sweet here, but it was still tasting good. Cons: - the 2 drinks I tried were fairly similar, I wish I had gone with my gut and ordered the matcha #8 as one of the drinks instead. Next time!

Q: What do you call it when you get mango flavored pearls and original tapioca pearls in the same boba? A: Bubble whammy! Tiger Sugar has been one of my favorite places to grab a boba after dim sum in Las Vegas. When they announced that they were opening a location here in AZ, I was ecstatic! I didn't have to wait to head over to Sin City to get this dreamy creamy drink anymore. Now that it's here, I'm beginning to wonder if I had thought it tasted like Heaven-in-a-cup only because I was always in Vegas for rest and relaxation. Everything tastes better while on vacation, right? Came with the homies to Tiger Sugar after brunch on the second day of opening weekend and while we didn't face that crazy line everyone is talking about, it was a bit busy! I got the usual: a signature brown sugar boba milk tea with cream mousse and whoa. It tasted like diabetes in a cup. It was so insanely sweet --- much sweeter than I remembered even. I think I'll stick with their iced teas instead of the milk tea from now on. Nonetheless, still thankful that Tiger Sugar has crash-landed into this wonderful city. Always glad to have more boba shop options! 3.5 stars but I'll round up.

Fast service, great tasting drinks, and friendly staff! This drink was so good that I actually forgot to take my time with it and finished it too fast! I was so sad, haha! This isn't a spot to chill in, it's more of order your drink and take it out spot. Definitely recommend trying it!

My first experience of Tiger Sugar was actually in Vegas! However, I don't remember much because well...Vegas. So I was super excited to hear that Arizona was getting one! I went about 3 weeks after the Grand Opening around 3pm and there still definitely was a bunch of people coming and going. The inside is pretty small and there's no seating. You order your drink and grab and go. I tried the Signature which is the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea with Cream Mousse. I am lactose intolerant, so I was happy to hear there was a lactose-free version. Only downside is that the lactose free version doesn't come with the Cream Mousse. Still so delicious. I also love that it had normal size boba and mini boba. The boba is SOOO GOOD. So soft and chewy and not the super overcooked boba taste that some boba shops have. Tiger Sugar is definitely going to become one of my regular places for sure.

The staff was super nice by giving bottles of cold water and hand fans to the customers in line. After waiting just over an hour, on the grand opening day, we made it to the front of the line. I ordered their signature brown sugar boba, milk + pearl with cream mousse. It seemed like a smaller serving than what I'm used to getting for $5.75. The boba and pearls were nice in texture but I don't know what the cream mousse fuss was about. There was such a tiny amount and little taste, it was almost nonexistent to me. It tasted okay but there are so many other boba places to choose from. I don't know if I'd bother to return.

Honestly, if it wasn't for the service, I would rate this much lower part of my low rating is I just I didn't like the item. I typically like Boba, but I am picky. My favorite is the brown sugar. I had a meeting nearby and I needed to kill some time. I saw some great reviews so I thought I'd try this place plus some of the pictures looked really good. I did get their brown sugar Boba, but they had many different varieties. I don't remember which one I picked. I was excited to try it, but the minute I started tasting it I just could not continue. I'm assuming their Boba is made differently. I don't know if it's like a red bean or something and that sense but I did not like it. The rest of the drink just did not give me brown sugar vibes. Honestly, I probably should've done better research. Not sure if I will come back until I look more closely after their menu and how they make their Boba and other drinks. I will say the cashier was very friendly.

Got the store special for the wife who enjoyed the flavors although it was a little too sweet for her tastes. Just a tad too sweet although most might find it to be a good level of sweetness I'll come back to try food

You can buy bags of coffee to take home, too. There is a case with donuts and pastries. I love that they have some colorful earrings and tumblers for sale. The person at the register was so nice and helpful, making sure to go over all our options with us. This place was a burger king in it's forever life, but all of the old signs of plastic booths are gone, and that have been replaced with wooden tables, industrial metal chairs, a bar height communal table, and a leather sofa/chair conversation area. I love the beamed ceiling and the mountain scene made in wood on the wall. We ordered an iced turtle mocha and a cold brew. Both were delish. I never drink black coffee, but the cold brew was so good I would drink it black. We also ordered roast beef melt, panini style, and the ham and Swiss melt, also panini style. Both were yummy. They were each served with a pickle and a bag of chips. There were several people working on laptops when we were here. They even have a printer available which is a huge plus for people here working. There were several rainbow flags and even a rainbow themed drink of the month, so this place is definitely lbgtq+ friendly. This is a great little spot, and I certainly see my self returning.

My daughter did whole milk, hers was better but could still could taste a slight pungent flavor. I'd have to say we were both not a real fan of their coffee. The atmosphere here is pretty cool. You can shop, sit inside or out. They do have a restroom that was really retro. Would say the outdoors (backyard) could use some good maintenance crew cleaning. It was a cool experience, but probably would not be worth our visiting again.
