I usually just order take out as I don't live far. Its a nice sunday wake up. They also make a really amazing turkey club. They have some breakfast amazing specials but not worth the prices. Just the right amount of heat with a little sour cream to tone it down if needed. Cooks and wait staff do such an awesome job. I got a half-pound steak, three eggs, toast, home fries and two giant pancakes for under ten dollars. If I were this restaurant's financial advisor, I'd quit. They could be getting twice that amount for that meal. It was so big, it came on three plates! I'll definitely be back. They also offer every patron two complimentary cassette tapes per visit. They are blank cassettes that have been filled with music by famous artists, like Rod Stewart, Barbara Streisand, etc. I've never seen anything like that. I give this place 5 stars because it was an overall a great experience. I went an hour before they closed, I was able to get the table of my choice, and I didn't experience that waiting or awkward seating as most reviewers mentioned. The waitress was very prompt and bubbly. She took our order and was accommodating when I wanted to substitute pancakes for french toast. I think this place is pretty great. We used to live in Providence, where breakfast cost up to $20 for the two of us. Now, we can get eggs, homefries AND toast for $1.99 and the service was actually fabulous. Breakfast wasn't out of this world but it was really good! We'll be back. Enjoyed a late breakfast here this morning! Got the 2 eggs with home fries and whole wheat toast... For $2.19 you can't go wrong! Home fries were excellent and eggs cooked to perfection. The only good thing I can say is it's cheap. My bacon was paper thin and the homefries were more like soggy fried mashed potatoes!! There was a line out the door but they get food out quickly so we didn't wait long. The menu was your basic breakfast menu, specials board was extensive including M&M pancakes, a meatball omelette and strawberry cheesecake French toast. I got the Tigger Plate which was the "two of everything" option. Their bacon was excellent. My over easy eggs were perfectly runny. And I had to add M&Ms to my pancakes. The chocolate sauce was probably overkill but the pancakes were delicious. My boyfriend has the meat lovers breakfast wrap, he said it was delicious with a good ratio of meat and eggs. We both got home fries with our meals. They weren't as crunchy as I like them but they were surprisingly yummy. The weight staff was all very friendly. It's a very small place with essentially no waiting area so it's tough to find a place to stand since it's busy. Everytime I go to Tigger's I am never dissapointed...literally ever (and I go in a LOT). Why do I go a lot? Because its worth it every single time. They have a great menu with a lot of different options to choose from for breakfast/lunch, and even a specials board of the weekly breakfast/lunch specials which I order from frequently because they always sound delicious! The whole staff is super friendly, I love how the waitresses are always on top of refilling my coffee before I even notice that it needs to be refilled. All the waitstaff are always in happy smiling moods and are super nice and polite, which always makes me feel welcome. The grill is right next to the dining room, which I love because you can see the hard work and dedication that goes into making every meal. They're creative and flexible with just about any substitution or accommodation you need.
