The place is so cute. It was decorated in a festive way. The service was great. The manager came by our table to ensure our experience was going well. The music and vibe was great. The Casa Mimosa was soo good. But overall, the food was "mid". I ordered the all American breakfast with a side of grits. The food didn't come out super hot. The French toast was just ok. The grits didn't seem like it was cooked long enough. The home fries were good. There was a mistake with the kitchen, so they gave us a side of Mac and cheese on the house. And that was ehhhhh. Worked last night (7p-7a) and was staaaaaving after my shift. Headed to Dominic's Place for some adult beverages and truly yummy eats! Friend twisted my arm into getting stuffed French toast; we chose strawberries and blueberries as the fruits inside but there are other options too. We al sad o hot the chicken n waffles. The stuffed French toast was packed with deliciousness! Their Fresh whip cream was soooo good! The chicken n waffles was my fav. Moist chicken with a very light killer batter! Packed with flavor. Next time I'll order this and it'll be ALL mine! :) I usually get an apple cider mimosa which is so tasty here. Today I felt like a Bloody Mary. I was asked if I wanted a spicy or mild version. I asked for something between the two choices. It was FIRE, had the hot sauce kick but exceptional Bloody Mary flavor. Delish! We were looking for a light breakfast and couldn't decide between a waffle or a sandwich, so we ordered one of each and split them. The food was okay, both of our items could have been hotter. I noticed that the butter didn't even melt on my waffle, which made me wonder how long they sat in the kitchen before being brought to our table. They have a drink menu equal to their food menu with multiple specialty cocktails and mimosas. I was in the mood for a "fancy iced coffee" which is not something they had on their menu, but our server asked what types of flavors I liked and whipped up something for me that hit the spot (iced coffee with vanilla, whipped cream, and cinnamon) which I really appreciated. read more

Really cute place only about maybe 15 total tables and booths. But very bright and cheer with the colors of orange red and gray really well mixed together on top of that. They have a folder and a little at 3 o'clock, but still which was very friendly. The server is Natasha and was very friendly, explained the a different choices of the sides, etc. sandwich because the sandwich is the passport it doesn't include sides. We would definitely come back here another time because it was really good were very nice friendly. I ended up running into some friends over here for breakfast and they had some really good looking meals like homemade waffles, etc. definitely come back and try that. Super cute breakfast spot in North Providence. My friend who lives nearby took me there, as I had never heard of it. Really delicious mimosas in quite a few unique flavors and very solid breakfast fare. I had the chourico and egg on Italian bread and my friend got the Portuguese French toast and both were excellent. I was happy to see chourico on the menu as opposed to chorizo which is a completely different thing (still really good though). My only complaint was it took quite a while to get the check but it was pretty busy so I don't hold it against them. Would definitely stop by again if I was in the neighborhood read more

I've been to this spot a few times. There were some hit or miss but overall it had more positives. There were dishes that I had that were good and other times they were a bit luke warm or lacked flavor. This previous time was good. The service was good as well. The staff were really nice. Came here for brunch. Food was cold and felt like it had been sitting out for awhile. Asked my waitress for water 3 times before actually getting any. We ate here for the first time because we had a gift card. I'm so glad we did. We have since went back again. The first thing that struck me was how clean the place is. Sparkling. Even the salt and pepper shakers are spotless. Staff are all very friendly. Lots of Smiles and hellos from all. The food menu is huge and there is something for everyone. The food was very fresh and all Delcious. Prices are reasonable especially considering how other places have sky rocketed. It's a really great spot and we will go again for sure. This was my first visit to this restaurant, my boyfriend took me & our baby on a breakfast date, and I enjoyed every bit of it. The inside is so pretty and red, black, and white. The restaurant itself has a great feel to it. Our waitress was wonderful, very friendly and informative about all of the specials going on. They had indoor and outdoor dining, but it was way too hot outside to eat out there! Haha Now, for the best part... The food is extremely better than what I expected it to be. They make their dishes look really pretty, and the taste is even better. The prices are a little high, but they give you your moneys worth of food for sure. They serve breakfast and lunch all day long. They serve mimosa flights Tuesday through Friday, and I promise you I will be going back to try that out because I have been looking for a place that sells those! The place is small,quaint, and not to loud. The hostess greeted us immediately with a warm and inviting smile and she let us pick our own seats...winning! I had a chocolate chip pancake with coconut and walnuts and it tasted like an almond joy pancake. My meal was full of flavor and the food came out pretty quick. I had eggs, bacon, home fries and toast. Then my sister and I shared grits. I love grits but these weren't that great. They were the perfect texture but lacking flavor. The breakfast I got was perfect and my husband got his usual egg on a pancake and his was very good. We got there and it was full - but we got a table quickly which is always excellent because breakfast is the meal I hate waiting for. I'm not a morning person (we weren't even there that early - I'm just really not a morning person). So being sat quick is a big win. I would order differently next time - only because the grits are a reallyyyy large serving. Like so many grits. I think next time I'll get eggs and toast and home fries - and add a side of grits with cheese. And I'll ask for it extra cheesy - I didn't ask but it felt like the cheese was missing. I also was torn between something with home fries or the grits - and after trying some of my dads home fries that's the route I want to go next time. The potatoes are so tasty. We went in on a Sunday for brunch. Nice atmosphere, great vibes and great music playing . Our server was excellent . The food for me was underwhelming. I had lunch and my spouse had breakfast. Steak and eggs doesn't come with homefries( it's ok homefries are not great) but the steak also was not good. The shrimp Mozambique flatbread was ok but i felt like it was missing something . The wings weren't bad but not the best I've had either . Also they serve cocktails in glasses that are too big making the drink look half empty. There is nothing like a local breakfast spot. The place was bright, clean and had a positive vibe. The staff was happy to be there - the owner was active in serving and greeting. I ordered their chicken fajita omelette. Their coffee was great and I appreciated the fact that even their coffee was from a local roaster. The food came out hot - and in decent time. A few members from the GAI crew embarked on a new breakfast place conveniently located near the 146 ramp on mineral spring, Dominic's. This breakfast joint exceeded expectations, let me ramble on a little if I may. We loved the music playing at the bar, my man was ripping the sax to set the vibes where they needed to be. The decor was great, loved the day of the dead stuff and the Polaroids on the wall (gotta put mine up there soon). The menu had so many cool options, even had their own grit section, nice touch. Our waitress Sandra was very pleasant and accommodated us with everything we needed. The food was sensational. This just became the new unofficial GAI h.q., can't wait to come back again real soon. My new spot. Food was great. Service was almost great. New waitress and she was a little over bearing. But once we paid she never came back out to see if we needed anything. We hung there for a minute as we had not seen each other in a long while and were never looked at again. That was reflected in her tip, because you don't do that to people. One thing was you have to be sure and tell them you want separate checks at the start so they know what to do. Also, another thing they don't do is to take more than two credit cards at payment.
