The place is so cute. It was decorated in a festive way. The service was great. The manager came by our table to ensure our experience was going well. The music and vibe was great. The Casa Mimosa was soo good. But overall, the food was "mid". I ordered the all American breakfast with a side of grits. The food didn't come out super hot. The French toast was just ok. The grits didn't seem like it was cooked long enough. The home fries were good. There was a mistake with the kitchen, so they gave us a side of Mac and cheese on the house. And that was ehhhhh. I would go again to try something else to see if it was just what I ordered that was subpar or if the food is just basic.

Worked last night (7p-7a) and was staaaaaving after my shift. Headed to Dominic's Place for some adult beverages and truly yummy eats! Friend twisted my arm into getting stuffed French toast; we chose strawberries and blueberries as the fruits inside but there are other options too. We al sad o hot the chicken n waffles. The stuffed French toast was packed with deliciousness! Their Fresh whip cream was soooo good! The chicken n waffles was my fav. Moist chicken with a very light killer batter! Packed with flavor. Next time I'll order this and it'll be ALL mine! :) I usually get an apple cider mimosa which is so tasty here. Today I felt like a Bloody Mary. I was asked if I wanted a spicy or mild version. I asked for something between the two choices. It was FIRE, had the hot sauce kick but exceptional Bloody Mary flavor. Delish! My buddy got an expresso martini and I tried it, so creamy, potent, superior! Also service here is always top knotch, thanks Alexis you're the best!! This is now my number 1 after work breakfast go to.

We were looking for a light breakfast and couldn't decide between a waffle or a sandwich, so we ordered one of each and split them. The food was okay, both of our items could have been hotter. I noticed that the butter didn't even melt on my waffle, which made me wonder how long they sat in the kitchen before being brought to our table. They have a drink menu equal to their food menu with multiple specialty cocktails and mimosas. I was in the mood for a "fancy iced coffee" which is not something they had on their menu, but our server asked what types of flavors I liked and whipped up something for me that hit the spot (iced coffee with vanilla, whipped cream, and cinnamon) which I really appreciated.

Really cute place only about maybe 15 total tables and booths. But very bright and cheer with the colors of orange red and gray really well mixed together on top of that. They have a folder and a little at 3 o'clock, but still which was very friendly. The server is Natasha and was very friendly, explained the a different choices of the sides, etc. sandwich because the sandwich is the passport it doesn't include sides. We would definitely come back here another time because it was really good were very nice friendly. I ended up running into some friends over here for breakfast and they had some really good looking meals like homemade waffles, etc. definitely come back and try that. We were kind of rushed because it was supposed to closing time. Definitely come back. We didn't get feeling rushed. Not by them by us. But a very nice I also think the musical put it in a little bit lower.

Super cute breakfast spot in North Providence. My friend who lives nearby took me there, as I had never heard of it. Really delicious mimosas in quite a few unique flavors and very solid breakfast fare. I had the chourico and egg on Italian bread and my friend got the Portuguese French toast and both were excellent. I was happy to see chourico on the menu as opposed to chorizo which is a completely different thing (still really good though). My only complaint was it took quite a while to get the check but it was pretty busy so I don't hold it against them. Would definitely stop by again if I was in the neighborhood

One more great breakfast! Stuffed French Toast and chicken and waffles. My friend and I picked two different dishes and shared, best idea when you cannot choice. Expresso martini Yummo and my friend picked Bloody Mary. The service was always friendly and helpful. The place always has great play list. Very welcoming atmosphere.

This place is consistently good. I've been here a few times and always get good service & good food. They usually have a new jack city playlist on and it's a great vibe. I usually go for brunch on the wknd and it's always busy, but not hard to get in. They have specials through the week, always something to stop by for!

I've been to this spot a few times. There were some hit or miss but overall it had more positives. There were dishes that I had that were good and other times they were a bit luke warm or lacked flavor. This previous time was good. The service was good as well. The staff were really nice. The ambiance is nice and spacious. The music playlist is actually great! However, the volume might be a tad bit too loud for breakfast lol but it gets you jammin!

When we all walked in, we were greeted and seated to the table. Waitress (Nastaha/Natalie) I am so sorry if I forgot your name. But she was very helpful with the menu and special for the day. Fantastic waitress!! We got our drinks, which was delicious. We all got some of the mimosas that they offer for different flavors. We loved the atmosphere and the ambiance, 90s and early 2000s music playing, really brings back many memories. Before my boys was born...lol We got our food and we ate it up. It was delicious!! How did we know it was good. After we got home. We all got the ides . Full belly and happy. We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

We ate here for the first time because we had a gift card. I'm so glad we did. We have since went back again. The first thing that struck me was how clean the place is. Sparkling. Even the salt and pepper shakers are spotless. Staff are all very friendly. Lots of Smiles and hellos from all. The food menu is huge and there is something for everyone. The food was very fresh and all Delcious. Prices are reasonable especially considering how other places have sky rocketed. It's a really great spot and we will go again for sure. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to this restaurant, my boyfriend took me & our baby on a breakfast date, and I enjoyed every bit of it. The inside is so pretty and red, black, and white. The restaurant itself has a great feel to it. Our waitress was wonderful, very friendly and informative about all of the specials going on. They had indoor and outdoor dining, but it was way too hot outside to eat out there! Haha Now, for the best part... The food is extremely better than what I expected it to be. They make their dishes look really pretty, and the taste is even better. The prices are a little high, but they give you your moneys worth of food for sure. They serve breakfast and lunch all day long. They serve mimosa flights Tuesday through Friday, and I promise you I will be going back to try that out because I have been looking for a place that sells those! Definitely try this place it's so worth it :)

Food was amazing and the customer service is impeccable. Jessie was so great and I would totally come back.

Food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive. It was quiet in the restaurant early morning on a Saturday so the food came out quickly. Convenient location and has a parking lot.

The first time I came, it was a rainy weekday and this time it was a sunny weekend, so I was expecting an even larger crowd; and my prediction was correct. The line was just out the door but because of their awesome staff, the line was moving very quickly. While we waited in line, we could watch them making pastries through the glass, a couple feet in front of us. I admired that level of transparency. When we were third in line, the kindest lady asked us whether we'd be eating in or taking out and she took down our name to help us find a table when it came time. She did the same for the rest of the people in line. She also gave us some recommendations, including the cinnamon bun - apparently they're so good kids cry when they sell out. I didn't intend to order anything with my drink, but I couldn't get the cinnamon bun out of my head so I ordered it along with my iced spiced chai latte. The hen (I think it's their logo) on the aprons of the employees are super cute. We did secure a table. The tables are close together to maximize the number of people who can sit down but I didn't mind. I love their art all around, mostly of birds which I am obsessed with. I love that they have a lot of natural lighting coming through their tall windows. I also like the navy blue and white theme they have going on. The chai latte was perfect. It was the right color (a dark tan), meaning the ratio of tea and milk was good and I could taste a lot of the spices. The cinnamon bun blew my expectations away. The second my teeth made. contact with the icing, it was a magical feeling. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it tasted like, but the closest I got was dulce de leche. It is truly unlike any other cinnamon bun I have ever had. The dough is soft and there is a good amount of cinnamon. It's also $4 which is not bad. I had a bite of their canelé, which apparently requires a lot of work to make. It was very moist, with a great caramelized finish. I am super excited to try their new weekend dinner menu, but also more of their all day menu items.

It feels like her place in the best way -- warm, proud, hands-on. Pastries are legit. Super buttery, flaky enough to make a mess, clearly baked that morning. No sad, sitting-around-all-day vibes. Ordered the breakfast sandwich and that tomato jam needs to be illegal. Sweet, savory, slightly tangy -- it completely makes the sandwich. I kept trying to figure out how to recreate it at home. Not happening. Crispy chicken sandwich was properly seasoned and not dried out (why is that so hard for some places?). Fries were solid too -- crispy, not limp. And the kale salad with roasted chickpeas and chicken made me feel like I had my life together. Fresh, simple, and actually satisfying. It's one of those places you stumble into while traveling and then immediately start googling whether you can justify going back the next day.

I remembered the building from when it was Cal's and had no idea Carmine's had moved into the space. I'm glad we finally decided to stop in because this place was an absolute home run. The dining room is on the smaller side and pretty simple, but that's part of its charm. It's comfortable, welcoming, and puts the focus exactly where it belongs, on the food. We arrived around 5:00 p.m. and there was only one other table occupied, but by the time we finished dinner the restaurant had filled up. After eating there, it's easy to understand why. My wife and I are admittedly pizza snobs. At our home in Phoenix we even have an outdoor wood-fired pizza oven, so we're probably a little more critical than the average customer. Naturally, when we saw pizza on the menu we had to order one. We went with the Carmine Pizza, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The crust had great texture, the toppings were balanced, and everything worked together without trying too hard. I'd go as far as saying it's one of the best pizzas I've had in North Providence. I also ordered the Italian Wedding Soup, something I hadn't had in years, and it instantly reminded me why I used to love it. It was flavorful, comforting, and exactly what I was hoping for. For my entrée I ordered the veal parmigiana. I always think it's a good benchmark for an Italian-American restaurant because it sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how many places manage to overcook the veal or drown everything in mediocre sauce. Carmine's got it exactly right. The veal was tender, the breading stayed crisp under the sauce, and the gravy had that rich, homemade flavor that reminded me of family dinners growing up. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, just the way it should be. Unfortunately, we were too full for dessert. The portions here are generous, and considering the quality of the food, I thought the prices were extremely reasonable. One of the nicest surprises of the evening was finding out our server was also the owner. He spent some time telling us about the restaurant, why he moved into this location, and checked on us throughout the meal without ever hovering. You could tell he genuinely cared that everyone was enjoying themselves, and that kind of hospitality is becoming harder to find. If you're visiting for the first time, just know there's no dedicated parking lot, so you'll need to park on the street. It wasn't an issue at all, and certainly not something that would keep us from coming back. In fact, there's no question we'll be back. It's not a matter of if, but when. They're close enough to our home in Lincoln that I can already see takeout becoming a regular thing after a long week when neither of us feels like cooking. This was one of those meals that exceeded every expectation. Great food, generous portions, fair prices, and an owner who clearly takes pride in what he's serving. Carmine's has earned every bit of this five-star review.

Great food and service! The soups are also very good. The parking is on street but not an issueread more
