Updated review for Tijuana Flats in Casselberry because they deserve an update to five stars! I realized I checked in here 38 times so I think I like the place . :) My family enjoys coming here on a regular basis as it is something my son frequently requests to eat. My favorites are the blacked chicken bowl with black beans and all the toppings. The flautas are also incredibly good when I'm feeling like eating something calorie dense. I have the t flats app and it's worth it for the deals and occasional free meals. Service here is wonderful! We see some of the same employees here a lot and they work really hard. They come back to check on us and make sure we have everything we need. Five stars for Tijuana Flats in Casselberry!

I love the new menu and the new look of the place. We tried their 2 for $20 special on Sunday - 1 starter, 2 entrees and 2 drinks. For starters we tried the Queso Blanco and it's even better than their Golden Queso. I had the chicken quesadilla and my husband had the burrito. All was served so fast and it was delicious.

I stop by tijuana for aome late evening tacos. I ordered two ground beef taco and chips and queso. (The white queso) the food pretty ok. The food was fresh and it tasted fine. However the service was great , and thats what keeps me coming back to this location. So i giving this stop at tijuana flats an average.

I have been to this Tijuana Flats before and it's not bad but not amazing. The cashiers are very helpful and have been friendly. They delivered the food to the table and table touches were done. The restaurant is clean and there is a decent amount of space. The food is ok and that's where a full point and a fraction is lost. The queso is really good but if you're not ready to spend the extra money on it, you don't know. The salsa is on par with a decent salsa that you can find in many restaurants but not something to phone home about. The guacamole is under salted and I think there may have been salt on the sauce bar but it would be nice if there was something on the table. The plain/regular chicken street taco is a bit bland and the blackened is a little better but not by a lot. Definitely hit the sauce bar to improve the taste. I know that on a previous visit I have enjoyed the food too but I do believe I grabbed sauces from the sauce bar tand thT makes a huge difference. Will I eat there again? Yes. Will it be high on my list of Mexican style restaurants? Not really but it's more affordable then a full service casual place. I'm more on a 3.75 out of 5.

Although a little different in decor, every Chuy's has the hand painted swimming fish, the hubcap ceiling, and the shrine to Elvis which was a fixture of the original store. I had a great first Chuy's experience with my girlfriend Holly in Pembroke Pines. On a recent trip to visit my daughter in Winter Park we passed Chuy's in Lakeside Crossing and remembering how much I liked it, I suggested we dine here for dinner. In addition to the multiple dining rooms, they also have outside patio seating. We were seated in my favorite room, the dog one. If you bring in a picture of your pup you can get a free appetizer so the walls are covered with pictures of people's dogs. This room also worked out best for us because it had two TV's and we could watch the Super Bowl. We started off with their complimentary chips that come with a spicy salsa fresca and a Chuy's signature item, creamy jalapeño dressing. It started out as a dressing and it is now a dip with a following. You can even purchase it to take home with you. Two dips can never be enough so we also ordered the queso that is a beloved menu item for good reason. The menu has a number of Tex-Mex favorites like burritos, tacos, and fajitas. Chuy's is especially known for their large portions. They also make all of their own tortillas and sauces. You can customize how spicy you want your food by pepper choice and sauce. I ordered my favorite steak burrito with double rice, no beans. I replaced the spicy hatch chili sauce with the creamy deluxe tomatillo recommended by our server. It was chef's kiss. My daughter and her boyfriend said they really liked their food too and with the large portion size, ended up having leftovers to take home with them. I love the quirky decor, value, and tasty food. We were in the mood for filling meal with a casual vibe and Chuy's hit the spot.

This comes with rice and refried beans. When served, the entree came with 6 flautas which to me seemed like a decent portion. I was very disappointed though because there was barely any meat inside each one and I swear there was no cheese. Which cheese makes the dish. They were extremely dry and I only ate like 2.
