My husband and I go to this Tijuana Flats regularly for the last two years. Literally the nicest staff. The floor manager is always helpful and sweet. One time they messed up our order and gave it to us for free and offered a $10 gift card for the hassel of driving home and back again. I recommend this place all of the time. read more

By far my favorite location! They are so insanely attentive, even if there isn't a seat in the house they are constantly meeting your needs and ensuring your drinks are filled. Even when we've had an issue (literally one time) the manager Keith was so quick to remedy the situation and continue to make us feel very well taken care of. This place is AMAZING. I have gone to this locations a couple times now and the food is always the best. I recently ordered their new Steak fluatas and they accidentally brought out chicken instead. The manager came over and apologized and I told him it was absolutely fine and he insisted they correct their mistake. First time I ever ate at Tijuana Flats. Im not really in to Spanish cuisine, So I ordered the fish tacos and fresh salad in wheat shell it was so delicious. My wife and daughter liked it so much that they ask to go again the next night. The Service was also so great, I can barely hear and the cashier was very Patient with me. Stopped in to place to go order, first time here and the selection was good between the Norrito bowl, the Mahi Mahi salad, my chimichanga, and the kiddie quesadilla- there was something for everyone. The cashier was so quick with processing our order and offering add ons - super friendly. Savannah's service was so solid I gave her my work contact info if she ever wanted to work in my field. Love this one! Only thing I could suggest is offering refills to the ladies at the table as frequently as they offer the gents. Also, the manager/owner is very attentive to his store and though the crowds get large, they handle it very well. Terrible experience. We went for burrito night and paid entirely too much. I ordered the carnitas burrito and got a tortilla filled with lettuce and tomato. There was no more meat than I could fill a thimble with. RIP OFF. You will not see me or my family again. read more

First time at a Tijuana Flats but won't be the last. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. I had the flautas and they were crazy good. The service at this location was fantastic. Attentive but not overbearing. When we were ready to go they brought us fresh chips and topped off our queso that we'd ordered. Kids liked the apple juice and M&M options with their meals. We were just passing through Orange City but wouldn't hesitate to come here again. read more

The ladies there are so nice, they did such a good job at their jobs. I had a burrito and also got m&ms, my brother got Mac & queso and a banana. My mom ordered me banana empanadas and cookie dough flatias. I liked my burrito a lot, I ate the whole thing plus all my m&ms. My brother ate all his macaroni and said it was so good, he even could eat the bowl it came in. They gave me a tattoo with my meal too! I didn't really like the empanadas because they came with cinnamon and it was gross, I just wanted bananas in mine. The cookie dough things were so gross! They tasted like fart paddy. I accidentally got some in my mouth one time and that's what the cookie dough bites tasted like. read more

Heading home from a week in Kissimmee ,and having fair dining experiences , we stopped in Orange City Fl. for a quick meal. We all like tex-mex food so we stopped at the Tijuana Flats on Saxon Blvd. Had dogs with us so we grabbed a table outside. Didn't know you had to order inside but was no problem. Super nice young lady came outside and explained that to us and she also took our drink orders and brought us chips and salsa! I'm impressed already. We went in and placed our orders and when ready they brought them to our table. One of the other staff brought a bowl of water out for our dogs without us asking! Food was fast, exactly what we ordered and delicious! Staff was outstanding! Every staff member was friendly and really hustling around to serve customers. I met Joshua ,the asst. GM and told him of our experience and he came out to meet my family and thank us for eating there. Gotta say we will be going back there on our next trip to Florida. If you are on 95 south stop by and see them!! You'll be glad you did. Awesome experience!! read more

WELCOME TO MOE's. I have been a pretty regular customer along with my friends and many of my students and athletes of the teams I coach, unfortunately the continual little changes to pricing and services went awry today. Several months back they stopped refilling the large queso, which is absolutely their prerogative, however you have to inform customer when you make changes because they will be accustomed to your usual services. Today apparently there has been a change in the menus whereas the large size queso that has always included chips now no longer includes chips. If you do not state that you want the appetizer large queso you do not receive chips. Perfectly fine for them to decide to change the menus however if your customers are unaware of changes you should inform them. When I asked for the chips I was told I didn't get chips with my order. Confused I explained no I ordered the large queso. I was told no chips come with it. Ok well I need the chips so I paid the extra $1 to upgrade to the appetizer. Even though everyone at my table could have asked for more chips with their meal and received them (unless that has changed). Unfortunately the chip incident was so appalling to our waitress that no one at our table got any more service. So going up to ask for a drink refill and a cover for the queso container and bag for my chips was met with some resistance. I also asked for a bag to bag up my extra chips. Usually you get a fresh little bag to go but I figured don't push it these poor young ladies were already losing it over .10 cents worth of chips they normally give out for free. Unfortunately they threw away my left overs before I returned. So I asked for the chips and the lovely young cashier was so irritated that she had to have another waitress hand them to me. This was one of the most awkward responses I have experienced by a wait staff. So I hope the young ladies get rewarded for there outrageous and embarrassing protection over the precious 2 cups of chips. Nice job ladies you really should be moved up by management. I will now be environs my groups of athletes; usually around 40 folks to MOES. Do you not realize there are about 5 other Tex-mex taco places within a 2 block radius of your store. Uugghhh. However kudos for the laughs. That was a pretty hard line you drew for those chips. Lol read more
