Tijuana Flatts is one my favorites. Whenever we are in Florida, I have to go. We stumbled upon this location this evening and are pleased with the service and the food. Food is always consistent.

My girlfriend and I enjoying tacos

My girlfriend recommended this place and I have to say it was totally worth it! They have the most delicious tacos around. When you come inside Tijuana flats you'll see a vibrant and fun environment where you're greeted by friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. The chicken tacos were out of this world and I would recommend sour cream with it for added flavor. The tacos are bursting with delicious flavors and I'm so glad I got the pleasure of trying them with the woman I love. The outdoor seating was very nice and made for a romantic lunch date even with the the thunderstorms it was very nice. I would highly recommend anyone to come here and give the tacos a try. Try out the sweet chili sauce with the chips, it is an amazing combo.

Spanish Heritage Month runs from September 15 through October 15 and I can't think of a better way to celebrate than to eat from different places that well represent our rich culture and significant contributions this side of our country's borders. Today, it was Tex-Mex with their Tijuana Chicken Burrito composed of cilantro rice, beans (which they don't cook with lard nor add any pork to), pico de gallo, shredded cheddar Jack cheese and sour cream--minus the shredded lettuce and jalapeños--because I'm averse to heartburn and a lightweight when it comes to hot peppers and spices. With that, I got a good portion of complimentary fresh-not-greasy tortilla chips and a side of my favorite pico. I also added two sauces to the mix: the peach and the other one that I can't remember the name but suffice to say they're both mild and I don't believe the "hot sauce disclaimer" applies to either one! All in all, this was a good experience, with equally good service. The only reason they didn't get the fifth star is because they gave me black beans instead of the refried I chose, but nonetheless good! For me, Tijuana Flats remains a cut above a fast food option but still inexpensive, fun, and fulfilling.

2 stars for the environment. 4 stars for the food. So an average of three stars. In summary, the food here is great....other areas, not so much. Chicken tacos were delicious. Food came out very quickly. They said ten minutes and we got it in 7! They had a wide variety of delicious sauces to choose from...at no additional cost! The dining area was fine. Clean for the most part. We heard another customer ask where the restroom was and the attended gave the location but advised the guest not to use it because it was "disgusting". I really needed to use the restroom so I went anyway. Let's just say, it was sub par. So, I'll certainly return but likely only do take out.

Babe eating Tijuana Flats for the first time & he is enjoying it!!

I always have Tijuana Flats when ever I come to FL. But today was Babe's first time having it and he was pleased. Everything was delicious . 10 out of 10. 6 STARS..... I love eating here. The service was excellent & face paced. We were pleased and full by the end of our meal. I would definitely recommend this joint to anyone I know who loves Tacos as much as we do!! ‍

    The order, what we got

They don't know how to read an order correctly, ordered 2 blackened chicken tacos with no cheese, I received 2 steak tacos with cheese and lettuce. When called they said "sorry" and that was it.

Once again a great dinner at Tijuana Flats! I really wish they had these in Georgia! They used to years ago in Dacula but for some reason even though they were always busy they went under :( This location was as good as every other one we've been to. I had the Dos Tacos, hard shell with beef. It comes with a side of chips which I always forget to tell them to hold cause I never eat them. Tacos come with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeños, cheese and sour cream. Just the way I like them! The shell was crunchy and the insides were scrumptious! The tacos are very large. 2 fill me up! Staff was friendly and our order came out correctly and fast!

    Blackened' Chicken Tacos

This is my first time i've gotten food at a tijuana flats and was unsatisfied. I ordered through uber eats and asked for extra sour cream on my tacos. These tacos were made half a$$. No care. Barely any meat. Just sad.

This place has great Mexican food! Shame they don't bother to clean up the dinning room, it's a pig sty.

Yet another fun time and good food at a different Chuy's location…read more I can say with Pride this is maybe the 7th or 8th location we have been to of Chuy's. It started with one in Orlando years ago, and then other towns, and they a high water mark was going to the original one in Austin. I recommend the trip to TexMex/NewMex mecca. It's a pretty cool spot And this location in Pembroke Pines hold up to the standard of the original. We walked in early lunch hour, it wasn't busy yet. We did our usual and got a couple spots in the bar. This always pays off as we get service quick. The fella on shift was a nice guy. he got our drinks quick, and the chips with our choice of salsas. we got salsa fresca which is always good, the creamy jalapeno,, and added the guacamole as well. It's nice that you got that all for free. We like to do that and then get enchiladas to go. Which we did(along with some tacos as well). It was a nice stop in, just wish we had one closer to home.

Complimentary roasted chips served with different sauces: Serrano Chili, Morita Chili and Jalapeno Pepper, Guacamole and Salsa. For dessert was a traditional Mexican candy called Tarugo or Cimoy Tajin. This eatery has been here for eight years and I cant believe its my first visit. There's a hostess stand that I assume would have asked for ID, because it's only appetizers and mixed drinks. We had 4 people and sat at a coffee-sized table, one side a bench, the other chairs. The server was lovely, explained all the appetizers and even told us which ones came in a quantity of four (for easy sharing). She also knew a LOT about the drinks- which was sweeter, sour, etc- which made a lot more sense when we saw her go back to the bar and make them herself! We ordered one of each app. They were all good, but I think the favorites were the volcano honey shrimp, the tenderloin crunch rice, and the chicken and veggie skewers. I'm not a fan of hummus, but it was pretty cool when she actually took a torch and lit it on fire; the shrimp pineapple bowl was good, but had corn (which I'm also not a fan of, so i was picking it all out like a child); and the chicken flautas to me were sort of dry- those were the least favorite. The music was laid back, but did get progressively louder as the evening wore on, so I'd probably not recommend it for a first date when you're trying to get to know someone. Unless you've already decided the first date sucks and don't really want to talk to them much. I'm sorry I didn't get a picture of the drink menu to post, so I don't remember the drink names, but all of us were happy. For one of each app plus 8 mixed drinks, the tab came around $250 (without tip, but with taxes), so i can only guess that the drinks were fairly priced for what they were. The pours were heavy, and after two we all had a nice little buzz. Service, ambience, food was all great; I'm looking forward to taking a few other friends in the future!
