Waiter rude and demanding. Food was fine. Drinks and service very slow. Some of our food was not very warm.

Not impressed whatsoever all the hype clearly it's not the case visited the place on a Thursday 3/13/25 in the afternoon with 5 bartenders so chaotic one of the individuals by the name of Cheryl acted as every customer was bothering her so overwhelmed and it was not even busy. The food was not great at all.. only one bathroom, which is located downstairs but I'm not sure how many people they can fit in this restaurant maybe 500 and only three stalls and you have to go two flights of stairs to get to a restroom unbelievable. read more

First time at this venue since it changed management from FISH to TIKI DOCKS. The ambiance and location are still the best and the service and food even better. Shannon was our server and she was the best. Recommended the Surfside Grouper and it was delicious, prepared very well. The Pink Flamingo cocktail was very good also. Had the Guava pie for dessert which was very tasty and fresh. Cheerful staff, good food, excellent location. Will definitely be going back again to sample other menu items. read more

I was in the food industry for MANY years so I am a harsh critic when it comes to food and service. There was no room for criticism after my first trip to Tiki Docks on the river in Port Orange. My gal and I were there on a Thursday night. Not too crowded. We got a couple of CuCu Vodka drinks that were very good and got happy hour prices on drinks and food which was an unexpected plus. The grouper tacos were great (my girlfriend said so) and I had the Grouper Bites Basket and was able to sub beans and rice for fries. The beans and rice were so good and I got an extra side order. That being said the things that made the experience an 'A' plus was the service. Alexas was a great server and kept our table clean. ( a big thing for me) She was attentive and a lot of fun. Dillon the manager stopped by our table to check on us and we knew his dad. Small world. Small town. We'll be back. We will ask for Alexas. Life is good. read more

Food and service were exceptional. Noise level in the restaurant was overwhelming. There were three of us for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The noise was so loud our server could not hear us to take our orders. I mentioned the noise level to her and she agreed and said she would have a member of management speak with us. We spoke with a manager who was totally nonchalant about the noise level with his response "we have a noisy crowd here today - and grinned. Too bad, as we will not be going back. Too many great restaurants in our area where a conversation can be had with friends while having lunch. read more

Just left there. They wouldn't let my 21 yr old son use his drivers license because it had some bubbles in it from being on the dash of his car. I couldn't even tell anything was wrong with it. Oh well. Lost the business of all six of us that was there. read more

Great view, great service, tasty food. Came out hot, fresh and fast. Menu had a good enough variety I feel you could bring a group here. Had the cobb with salmon no dressing which is normal for me as usually if the protein is tasty enough and done right the salad doesn't need dressing. I was greatly satisfied and very full! Hubby had the fish tacos and had zero complaints. Excited to try more off the menu. Also, I need to work on taking pictures. read more

Ate at Tiki Docks last week and it was amazing! The food was great, reasonably priced for the huge portions. The service was even better! Even though they were busy we got seated in a timely manner and our server was attentive. The Manager, Sean came by our table to check on us. I rarely get service like this at restaurants that are half as busy! I highly recommend Tiki Docks if you're looking for great seafood and friendly staff. I'll be bringing my family that's in town next month. My husband and I went during the weekend for a couple drinks and they were well made and not watered down. We stayed for the live music. We went to this restaurant to celebrate a Birthday. Sunday March 23rd at 6:45pm. Lots of empty tables but had to wait over a half hour. We ordered our drinks and food. The quality of food was terrible. The platters were greasy. The grouper and scallops were breaded but the grouper and scallops were kind of mushy inside. The shrimp was over fried. This platter was supposed to come with Fries and Coleslaw. We were told they were out of Coleslaw. And we weren't offer anything else in substitution. The fish tacos were all right. Just not enough food for the price. Also they don't offer anything at this establishment for special occasion. Otherwise the restaurant is a very nice place. read more

The view upstairs is great. The food was pretty good standouts were grouper with grits and shrimp toasts. Service was a mess. Burgers are pink or not pink, then came overcooked and dry. 2 ppl ordered lobster rolls at our table, one got bread and the other person got a hot dog bun? Apparently they ran out and gave her only a couple dollars off. Poor lady had a very expensive dinner in a untoasted soggy kids hot dog bun. The issues with service continued. Everyone waited for drinks individually and meals were served one at a time with more than ten minutes, we gave up waiting and ate separately. I hate to write a negative review, but they have service issues. If they can fix these issues I think the place has potential but hot dog buns? No apologies, and a couple of dollars for the problem... that's not great. read more

Went today with my wife. It was 4:30 went upstairs stood there for 5 to 7 minutes nobody waited on us went downstairs there was 10 yo 12 tables empty said it was a 40 minute wait so we left. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

On our first visit we had a great dining experience at Tiki Docks because of our server Jordan. She gave menu recommendations and periodically checked on us. She was very personable, friendly, attentive and hard working. We tried 3 appetizers and they were all delicious. We had the ahi tuna, pork nachos and oysters Rockefeller. We ordered grouper tacos, a Cuban and steak filets tips for our meal. They were cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back and will request Jordan as our server. read more

So. Went right after the reopen. It was amazing. Service and food so good! Went last week and it was horrible. Worst service ever. And food was so bad. Wanted a burger but they only cook them med well or burnt. Got a Ruben. Salami on a Ruben? Gross. And the grease on the fries. Plus had to search for napkins. Not a fan of the menu selections. The menu was too limited. For example no coconut shrimp, only one dessert option. I dont recall seeing a beef option other than a hamburger. I had a tough time ordering because nothing was especially appealing. It's a good location but the vibe was off, probably due to the seating. Server was good. Crinkle fries were good. read more

I really wanted to like this place... unfortunately we definitely will not be returning. It has been 50 minutes since we ordered our food and it still has not arrived. We have been twice so far and will definitely return again and again. The service on both visits was excellent with very attentive servers. We didn't want or wait for a thing! On our first visit I ordered the grouper basket. I wasn't thrilled with the breading but everyone has different tastes. The fish was excellent. The rest of our party of four enjoyed every bite. We went again last night and I got the BBQ Bacon burger & fries. Great choice!! The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries are hard to stop eating. They are soo good. Go! Enjoy! Stopped in yesterday afternoon for a beer and an appetizer- this was our second time here and things are not getting any better- on our first visit the food was decent but the service was slow. And yesterday it was even worse. It was not busy at all and we got seated right away- however our waiter didn't come over to our table for more than 5 minutes - we just sat there wondering if they had forgotten we were there. So ok 5 minutes maybe not so bad. But after taking our order - two beers and the cheesy shrimp bread- we waited 17 minutes and still no beer - I ended going up the bar myself and asking if our beers were sitting there (which they were) and brought them back myself (thanks to the bus boy for going behind the bar and getting them for me). Probably 10 later minutes our appetizer came and not only was it not hot (luke warm at best) - the waiter never said anything about the beers and that I had to go up and get them - he didn't even acknowledge that nor offer any apologies- the cheesy shrimp toast was good but would have been much better if it hadn't sat around in the kitchen waiting for our inept waiter to bring it out - it's such a shame because this place has such a great location but I'm not sure we will ever go back. I really don't enjoy writing poor reviews but I just felt like the management should know read more

Tried to go to this restaurant last night, we were told an hour and half wait for a table but we could sit at the bar. No problem, the bar has tons of open seats but was absolutely filthy. Used drinks up and down it. There was also tons of open tables inside and outside the restaurant. I noticed several employees standing around doing nothing when they could have been cleaning, running food, and sitting tables. This place opened in November that should be enough time to have a groove. We decided to take a seat anyway in front of the dirty dishes thinking someone would come and clean up quickly. Three bartenders walked past us multiple times, never acknowledging us, or cleaning the bar. At one point, all three of them were standing around, trying to place one order on the POS system. After trying to flag them down twice and having them look me straight in the face and walk away we left. It's truly sad because it's such a cool atmosphere and we were regulars at the previous restaurant and excited to see what new owners had done. read more

My wife and I were excited about going to Tiki Docks since they took over for Fysh. Was a bad sign to start when they had a 15-20-minute wait for a restaurant with many open tables that looked about 60% full for a Saturday night. This usually indicates not enough servers for the number of tables. After being seated, 20 minutes went by with no server contact. The place is extremely noisy. A nice guy by the name of Chandler stopped by to see if we had been helped. Told him about the 20 minutes that had gone by and he said "you have to be kidding". He took our drink and food order. I ordered the lobster roll and my wife ordered the beef fillet tips and was informed they only come medium to medium well. After the order was put in this is when the circus show began with 3 different food runners trying to drop off appetizers at our table we did not order! After another 20 min the food arrived luke-warm. Chandler did a great job of checking back and got the manager to comp a dessert for all the aggravation. Sad that the management of the servers/food runners is not working. No plans to return until they fix the server issues. read more
