This is a perfect location together with friends and enjoy a diverse menu. The view is spectacular. The service was excellent and the food was great. I had the lobster roll with Yuka fries. They were two rolls stuffed with lobster no fillers and light mayonnaise. The yucca fries were an upgrade, but I thought they were worth it. The french fries were excellent. Overview: 5/5 We only went in for appetizers and drinks. So I cannot rate a full lunch or dinner experience yet... Ambiance : 5/5 This place is huge and has two levels. The lower level is enclosed and air conditioned. It had standard table and chairs and can accommodate small and large groups. It had covered outdoor area with fans. This is the only level that can accommodates ADA requirements. There was live music on the 2nd level. There is a full bar on both level. The upstairs is an open air deck that has high top tables that overlook the Halifax river. There is no rest rooms on this level but has an elevator or stairs to the 1st floor ones. Note: wheelchairs would not work on the open air deck as all the tables are high tops. Food/Drink 4/5 We had peel and eat shrimp (hot) that was excellent. We also ordered chicken wings. They were baked first and then finish them off grilling for flavor. They were a little too crispy for me but my wife loves them. If you don't like them really crispy then ask them for a little less done. Drinks we kept simple with a couple of hard seltzer. We walked in and spoke to the host downstairs who sent us upstairs to the other host to be seated on the patio. This host was so rude and seemed annoyed when we asked to put our name in for a table for 2. She told us we could sit at the bar and we reiterated we wanted a table for dinner. We asked if we could grab a drink at the bar while we waited, when we got the text our table was ready I headed out to the host stand to get our table. She walked me over to the table and threw the menus down on the table, I said "thank you" and she walked off. Our server, Yasmin, and her trainee were so so sweet and accommodating. As far as food goes, we got the peel n eat shrimp which was delicious. The crab cakes, grits, slaw, grouper tacos, and rice & beans. All of that was underwhelming and we were not impressed. The service was good. The food however was horrible. We order wings, fish and chips, filet skewers, chicken tacos, and a basic cheeseburger. The only thing edible were the wings. They were actually very good. Everything else had absolutely zero flavor, not even salt. I was very disappointed to have a nice family outing and spend upwards of $150 on horrible food. I really can't understand how this place has any stars! The moment we walked in someone had thrown up at the front door if we didn't tell them it would probably still be there. The bathrooms were filthy! No paper towels, no toilet paper and the garbage overflowing. We chose to dine upstairs and after a climb over filthy, unpainted and unkempt stairs we encountered a very rude bartender, you know the type long blonde hair in a pony tail, a sour smile and an attitude. Our waiter was efficient and nice. The food was overpriced, their hamburger meat tasted funny, but the pulled pork we can certainly recommend. The view is pleasant, but the whole experience merits little. read more

I just had lunch here with a group of 12 ladies. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Many of us ordered the Cobb or Wedge salad. Huge and yummy. If you add the shrimp I recommend getting it blackened, it added flavor. Some split the lobster sandwich and it was enough with each getting a salad portion and sandwich half. Nice atmosphere, good food and pretty big selection of beers and other drinks. The service is hit or miss. This is the same as it was when it was Fysh. It's too big to handle efficient I suppose. My biggest gripe is the price of the premium beers such as Jai Alai. Two beers and you could have had a meal for God's sake. All of the restaurants around here charge way to much for beer except for Incas 360 in Port Orange. The place is well kept however and the employees are very friendly. They do have entertainment on the weekend and pull in some pretty good musicians. read more

Had an awesome time at Tiki Docks today with my brother and SantaPaws! The location is beautiful--perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal looking out the waterfront. Come for the Happy Hour, Stay for the Disappointment Let me set the scene: a group of five walks into Tiki Docks, ready to enjoy some drinks and apps during their hyped-up happy hour from 3-6pm. What we got instead? A front-row seat to chaos, indifference, and the fine art of dodging customers. We waited over 15 minutes just to be noticed, only to witness a waitress literally argue with a bartender over who had to deal with us. Spoiler alert: she won that battle, and the poor bartender got stuck with us--lucky him, right? At that point, we could already tell we were about as welcome as a tax audit. To add to the charm, this same waitress (the one who didn't want to serve us) made sure the table behind us knew they needed to place their happy hour orders before 5:55pm. Super helpful--just not for us. We got no heads-up, just the bartender who kept dodging our attempts to order with a classic, "I'll be back in a few minutes." Was this a clever strategy to stall us out of happy hour pricing? Because it worked like a charm. Meanwhile, a table of six friends who came in 10 minutes after us were seated, served, and happily eating while we sat wondering if we'd somehow become invisible. Their food came 30 minutes before ours--impressive efficiency when you're not being ignored. When our food finally made its grand entrance, it was... meh. I ordered the lobster rolls, which looked decent at first--until I realized they just plopped a couple chunks of lobster on top of the bun to make it look full. Nice illusion. When I picked one up, it was basically a lobster mirage. I had to mash the pitiful scraps together to create one half-hearted, half-filled roll. Bravo. Another person in our group ordered a burger medium well--so naturally, it arrived rare. At this point, we were just impressed they got the food to the table at all. Oh, and the menus? Sticky, filthy, with food remnants stuck between the pages--because nothing says "appetizing" like wondering what crusty surprise you'll find next. In short, the service was a mess, the food was half-assed, and the experience? One for the books--if that book is titled "How Not to Run a Restaurant." We'll be shocked if this place is still open the next time we're in Daytona. We certainly won't be back to find out. read more

This restaurant sits right on the water near the Dunlawton Bridge in Port Orange with very nice waterfront views. Downstairs offers indoor dining but there is also a second story outside seating area, but depending on the time of day it might not be shaded and could be quite hot! Being mid August and 95 outside we went with indoors downstairs! Our waiter Nick was okay, I wouldn't say great but certainly took care of us. I ordered the Tampa Cuban, other entrees on our table were the Lobster roll and kids Quesadilla. The quesadilla was a big size for a kid portion and apparently tasty as my grandson finished it without me giving a single bite!! My wife ordered the lobster roll and said it was delicious, she upgraded to the Yuca fries with that and those I did try and they were really good too, hot and crispy. The Tampa Cuban is something I previously ordered at the Tiki Docks in Riverview Florida. The twist on "The Tampa Cuban" is it has salami in addition to pork, ham, Swiss and pickles. The thing I enjoy most is they use mojo roasted shredded pork that is made in house and not sliced cold cut type that some places use, that makes their version tender, smooth and full of flavor. It is also quite stuffed as seen in the photos. Side note- The fries were also very good! read more

My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Hawaii Mai Tai and the order of Chicken Quesadilla. My 3D Beach Blonde beer and order of Pork Quesadilla was equally satisfying. Save room for dessert! We shared a piece of mud pie and it was delicious! We especially appreciated the incredible service and the Manager stopping by to answer questions regarding preparation and egg allergy concerns. I watched this place being built and had several not so great experiences in the previous establishment, but the space is absolutely perfect! Great views, nice breezes. We had a really good server. The timing of our drinks and food was great. I mention this only because anyone who went there before it was Tiki Docks, knows that wasn't the case in the former restaurant. The menu is far simpler, which I appreciate and while the food was fresh it wasn't very flavorful. The exceptions were the shrimp toast and burger and fries. They were excellent! The ahi app was a decent amount of good ahi, but neither it nor the accompanying sauce tasted like anything. Soy and wasabi on the side would definitely be welcome. The grouper tacos were again fresh and well presented but had no flavor. The rice and beans were delicious. To be honest, I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars, but am hopeful that other items are more flavorful. I liked a lot about Tiki Docks, I'll definitely give it another try. read more

Went back for the first time since the friends and family soft open and they were BUSY! Luckily I was able to get seated quickly and try something new. Danette was my server and was very friendly and stayed on top of everything while juggling multiple tables as well as even taking photos for guests. I tried the chicken wings with the honey butter sauce as I've been told their wings were amazing and they definitely were tasty! It was a decent amount louder this visit due to how busy it was but not loud enough you feel like you have to shout to speak with people at your own table.
