    Hongkong noodles and chilli tofu
    Sayeeda A.

The ambience is great, beautiful restaurant. Service was friendly and courteous. Our female server was knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great suggestions. The food was ok for the price point. The spicy crispy tuna rice was yummy, but portions were small. The "lollipop chicken" were mainly chicken wings, the seasoning was ok. We also got a chilli crispy tofu which was a little on the overcooked harder side. The hongkong noodles were good, but it was odd that we couldn't add a protein to it. The prices for basic desi dishes were a little outrageous (butter chicken for $25-35) Makes it hard to go back :(

Went here for a birthday dinner at the end of April and it was a great time! They had a DJ playing music towards the end and the service was decent. Food portions for the price were okay, and quality of food was good but nothing spectacular. The drinks were good, quite refreshing. Overall I would try this place again!

I'm so conflicted with this review, 1st This place is beautiful, def IG worthy for those photos. As soon as we walked in, we were advised we have 90 minutes to eat and that would be it, no exceptions - it was repeated a few times, so not a great 1st impression. Once seated, we ordered a few cocktails, bottle of wine and appetizers. The waitress came over and quickly opened the bottle and poured into all of our glasses (we all didn't want wine) however my friend realized they gave her Prosecco not wine - when she mentioned it she was told we don't have the wine you ordered ??? Like what !! we had to send it back and they were annoyed - so it felt like they tried to slip it in and hope she wouldn't notice. We ordered a few sushi rolls, chicken lollipops and dumplings, all very good. Then we ordered a couple of entrees, a salmon dish, a lamb dish and a shrimp dish. They were also very good. We did feel rushed - not by our server but another server and the owner kept coming over trying to grab plates and glasses before we were finished, We were celebrating birthdays (which was on the reservation) we expected to have a dessert with sparklers come over and it never did - however tables around us did - we asked (they seemed annoyed) for the dessert it came over - the whole evening felt rushed - we were over it and asked for the bill so we could finish the night elsewhere. Here comes the next issue - after the bill was paid in full (by credit card) tip given in cash to waitress, the owner comes over to say they forgot to add gratuity to bill, so they need to reprint the bill and charge the credit card the tip??? Like no, we're not doing that. When we got up to leave we were told we could stay since it wasn't busy, which we did not - we were ready to go. We did get a table with the chain curtain with a pink highlight - very pretty but the issues out weighed the beauty - the iPad menu is also a nice touch

Stunning! This restaurant was a breath of free air. The ambience is stellar! If you have a large enough party, you get a semi private dining experience which is really nice! We came here with a party of 6 and were able to get the semi private dining experience. What this means is your table is surrounded by a weighted netted curtains. The drinks were delicious and everyone loved the food! There was such a variety that we will definitely be back. After 9:30 PM, they have happy hour which was buy one get one drink with a live DJ. During this time, as dinner winded down, they moved the tables and created a small dance floor. Fun place!

Branzino dish. I liked it, but it's important to note that it's spicy! My mother couldn't tolerate it.

We went there for Mother's Day, the ambience was very nice. Def picture worthy. Looked just like online! The food was okay, nothing to rave about. The service though could definitely use some revamping. Our waitress kept complaining about how tired she was while taking our order & entire time there lol also, they didn't mention which dishes were spicy, so unfortunately my mom ended up ordering the Brandi I which was spicy and she started coughing really bad and just not pleasant... they then took a while to check on our table... by the time we finally got ahold of our waitress, we all had finished our meals and my mom was just there waiting... lol they didn't even apologize. She just looked annoyed and said they'll change it for something else, so she ordered the salmon (which she actually enjoyed). The desserts were good. We had the Brûlée and chocolate cake.

Excellent service! Nader that bartender was very attentive and never allowed my cup to go empty. Michael the bar manager provided excellent hospitality and ensured a pleasant experience. It's a beautiful place for an upscale date night. Definitely recommend the chicken dumplings as a starter. It was very flavorful!

Tikka charcoal grill is a new trendy Asian fusion restaurant on Long Island! The interior is very nice and the food here was up to par with their extensive menu. There are Thai, Indian and Chinese dishes on the menu. We had dishes from each cuisine and they all were Upto par. The service was great and they were very accommodating with our food restrictions and requests. Perfect place to go out to dinner with the family, the ambiance/lighting was also very nice & upscale. My only drawback was the prices, dishes were pretty pricey (NYC - Manhattan prices) but the quality of their food was worth the price tag, in my opinion.

Came here tonight as I had a Groupon from Christmas. The ambiance is so warm and charming. The food is absolutely fabulous, delicious, and plated so well. Justine was our server, she is a hidden treasure. Polite, friendly, and terrific ! I spoke to the owner before leaving. This is a must try place. You will not be disappointed!!!'

We came here for a friends birthday and I do have to say that food was pretty good and presentation was great for Long Island. I do have to say that my top two is probably the branzino and lamb shank. Everything was super flavorful. Servers were nice and the ambiance was welcoming.

I've come here twice so far, with varying experiences each time. I came with a large group for brunch the first time, they were great at accommodating us and the restaurant was mostly empty. This allowed for the group to be comfortable and serviced quickly. The bottomless brunch was popular at the table with the mimosas and Bellinis being best. The "chaitini" was fairly strong. The matcha crepe and French toast were good. The wing lollipops were also good. The calamari was great, leaving the table considering whether to order another one. While I didn't enjoy the lobster fried rice, others did. Some members ordered the fruit platter off of the bottomless brunch menu to get the bottomless drinks as nothing on the limited menu appealed to them, ordering off of the main instead. The second time I came here was for dinner, which was considerably better than the brunch experience. The bogo drinks for ladies was popular at the table, although they had to order it at the bar and bring it back. We got the lo mein, which was great, and New York Steak. The two steak prices are awfully high for one, leading us to split the steak and Lo mein between two which worked out well for portion size and pricing. The grilled ahi tuna was also good. Everything at dinner was great! The highlight of dinner was Dj Matrixx! He comes on Thursdays and played a host of old school Caribbean music, which appealed to the crowd and my party quite well. After dining you're able to move to the dance floor, hidden behind a wall during brunch. This experience made us willing to come back again!

Can't say enough about the chef here. The selection is a mix of Asian and Indian, but elevated with the use of spices and flavors, creating dishes that are both unique, yet familiar. The spice level can be adjusted, but it's tuned for the audience. I personally would like it spicier, but every dish I had was very well balanced and kept me wanted more. The lamb biryani was spectacular and the grilled octopus squid ink was fantastic pairing. Insteqd of booths the design team opted for movable see through chain curtains ans changeable ligting creating a unique dining experience with privacy. Definitely will come again.

The restaurant is beautiful! The service was great, our server was very attentive. We had the spicy tuna crispy rice & shrimp and scallop spring rolls for apps. Both were so delicious! Then we had soup and chicken tikka masala. Would certainly return!

Long Island Restaurant Week win!…read more My best friend and I came here for Jade Eatery & Lounge during Long Island Restaurant Week and WOW -- everything was so delicious. The prix fixe menu gave us so much food. Every course came out beautifully presented, full of flavor, and honestly more than enough to leave us satisfied (and then some). From the starters to the entrées and dessert, everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. The vibe is perfect for a night out -- stylish, relaxed, and great for conversation. This was a girls' night, but I already know I'll be back for a date night with my husband. It's that kind of place. Highly recommend, especially during Restaurant Week -- but definitely worth visiting any time. Can't wait to come back!

The food is probably one of the worst Asian fusion places I've had and I honestly feel like all of the money goes into presentation instead of actual quality. I've been here a few times and for some reason, have been around people that ordered takeout from here a few times so I've given them a chance more times than I should have and they have never delivered. The drinks are okay, definitely another one of those "presentation heavy" style drinks for some simple cocktails but I wont fault them for that. The real problem here is the food. I've ordered a few of their noodle dishes and it's honestly impressive how they manage to avoid having any flavor in their dishes. Like, I dont even know how you can get shrimp to taste like nothing but they've definitely done it here! The chicken I've had in their dishes is without a doubt frozen and if its not flavorless, its definitely rubbery and about as appetizing as eating a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Aside from the fact that their portion sizes are way too small for the prices they are charging. If you want Indian food, there are plenty of better options on the same street and same thing if you want Asian food. If you want to impress someone for about 5 minutes, take them to the actual restaurant, stare at some fish, get 1 drink and then high tail it out of there cause even the fish deserve better food than what they serve here.

The restaurant is medium sized, lots of booths, and was decorated for Valentine's Day. They take reservations and were pretty busy. Service was good, although a little slow at the beginning. Garlic Chili Noodles (3.5/5): Pretty good noodles, not very spicy but good flavor and consistency. Hakka Chili Chicken (4/5): I liked this chicken, but my dining partner did not. The chicken was boneless dark meat, which I really like. You can get it with no, light, or full gravy. We did full and had it with rice. I did enjoy this dish. Overall, I had a pretty good experience at HAKA. No dishes were real standouts, but they were all decent. It is not a bad option for Indo-Chinese in the area.

We ordered shrimp with then and they came with fried/tempura shrimp, which we found odd. There was also egg on the dish but it did nothing for the noodles. We ordered the noodles regular so they should have had some sauce but there was none. The chicken dishes were both really good. The chicken wasn't overly fried or breaded. It tasted fresh and had a good bite to it. I like the spicy garlic chicken a bit more because of the spice. The haka chicken was more of a sweet and salty flavor. Both were tasty. Given the culinary brilliance here, if you order one of your favorites, it'll be done well, but you're better off trying something unique that might not be on the menu at your local Chinese, Indian or Thai spot.
