Our food- Fresh mozzarella with tomatoes $20.49 Classic Hummus $16.47 Smoked ribs $46.34 1 bottle water $2.05 And an up charge when you use a CC. If you don't have something on the menu, tell it up front because customer don't know what you have and what you don't have, or have a replacement menu with omitted items that you know sell out fast. 2. Everyone doesn't like to be touched, keeping distance is highly recommended. 3. Read the reviews, the customer is telling you how they feel. Not one review was read and no feedback. This place is way over priced for a Safari dining experience. So it's a no return for me especially with the manager trying to go back and forth about feedback to a question that she asked. All she had to say was the halal meat is hard to get at times. They should have everything on the menu. On their restaurant menu the smoked brisket wagyu w rice was 44.99/ lb , so was better off going to their restaurant than eating at their stall because the kebabs were dense and lost a good amount of the fat in the grill. Doesn't make sense to make kebabs with wagyu if you're going to lose all that valuable fat it's known for. Can't be too hard on them though... they couldn't control all the factors of that evening and maybe I was better off with the sample than ordering. Either way, I was $66 down and quite disappointed. I would have given 2 stars but they earned 1 star for effort. I might try their restaurant out for a reevaluation but for now...it's gonna be a 3.

Neither acknowledged me or greeted me when I entered. I said, "Hello," and there was no response. I then said, "Hello, how are you?" The owner finally replied, "Hello," with a very cold expression. When I politely asked how she was, she responded in an irritated tone, "I already said hello." The interaction immediately made me feel unwelcome. I told her, "You know what? I can't eat lunch here. I'm leaving." Her response was simply, "Okay," and she made a hand gesture signaling for me to leave. Afterward, I called the restaurant to express my concern. The employee who had witnessed the entire interaction told me that the woman was, in fact, the owner and that there was nothing she could do. Everyone has an off day, but customer service starts with basic courtesy. A simple greeting, kindness, or even an apology could have completely changed the situation. Instead, I was met with hostility and dismissal from the person running the business. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. The way customers are treated matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, I never even got the chance to order because of how unwelcome I was made to feel.
