Thanks to my late night munchies I stumbled upon this Hot & New Place! I got a ping from Yelp and this place is trending! I love the fact that this restaurant is open til 11pm. Most dine in restaurants close at 9pm and if i'm lucky 10pm. Each time I come here it's usually late. Just found out the kitchen closes around 10:15pm. I had no clue and I was coming a few minutes later. I feel so thankful the owner accommodated me and made sure I was taken care of. That says a lot about his character and you definitely have a fan here! The service is fast, variety of menu options, and plenty of parking. I wouldn't say this place is the top of the line fancy restaurant, but it's kind of hidden jewel. I wish this place great success for years to come. Very fresh Chicken tikka cooked specifically for you. Rice was good as was the naan. The Raita was fresh as well with fresh tomatoes onion etc. I like mine tangy, this was not. I actually came in having high hopes due to the yelp reviews which I will explain in a minute, and after driving by one night and seeing the place slammed for the Ramadhan buffet. So the buffet starts at 8pm. We got there a little before and the place wasn't really packed for a Friday night. We got tables and the owner announced the buffet would begin at 8pm. So far so good. We were told to get the appetizers to commence the eating. The appetizers included chana masala and pakora. The chana masala was sweet and yoghurty for some reason not lemony and tart like it is traditionally. 2/5. The pakora underwhelming 2/5. These are usually the easier dishes to nail. The buffet itself had multiple dishes. Rice. Bhyrani. Nihari. Goat curry. Kheema. Chicken tikka masala. Bbq chicken. Naan. A few other dishes. The food for the most part was blah, and mediocre at best. Definitely not coming for a return trip. Most of the dishes had little meat and were devoured quickly by the small group of patrons. What made it really bad is most of the dishes finished quickly like within round 1 for most people. And afterwards the refills came out sparingly. This lasted the whole hour we were there. So you got a buffet with a lack of the buffet. And that is a real disservice when people come hungry after fasting. Now why the 4/5 star yelp review average? In my experience people that eat these halal restaurants have a very lacking palate. All they know is these kinds of restaurants so they are easily pleased by eating rubbish. They can't evaluate a desi restaurant for what it should be because they really don't know. I'll go easy on them and explain the problem with a supply and demand issue. But in the end they eat a halal Taco Bell and equate it with a fine dining Mexican restaurant because they haven't been in a fine dining Mexican restaurant as one doesn't exist that is halal. Most well versed people would just opt to eat at a fine dining Mexican restaurant and just not eat the meat and opt to eat dish or a substitute for meat that they can ingest. Like seafood. That way you get the real deal and know the fakes from the real ones. All in all, not great. The owner also didn't bring out some dishes that were prepared. Went to their weekend (not normally scheduled on a certain day) buffet plus music/concert for free last night. It took a bit for the food to all get ready while the music acts were warming up but, my goodness, the food was just.. wow! Everything was hot and tasty with a perfect amount of spice. The veg and non veg entrees were fantastic and went perfectly with the all you can eat naan / chicken biryani. I didn't exactly know what was available besides some of the tikka and paneer items but I do know it was all delicious. If you can check out their buffet, go to the one in the evening! It is advertised on their Facebook page what time performances will be and you may need to reserve a spot on Facebook so that the owner knows you are coming. When I went, it was basically almost full of people including friends and family of the musical act. In total, it was 19.99 for unlimited drinks, naan, a bunch of veg/non-veg choices (beef, chicken tikka, grilled chicken, palak paneer, okra, lentils, etc.), raita, salad, and post-meal dessert option of carrot pudding, kheer, and chai. I would say they probably may need to organize a bit better as far as the lines go and letting people know when the food will be ready and all that but I definitely enjoyed my experience here because it was quite fun and the people in attendance all had fun as well even if I didn't understand the music really because the atmosphere was great and the food was great as well with constant refills of things that were going empty. I suggest trying this out if you can or are in the area on Saturday or Friday night. You won't regret it! Found them on Yelp when looking to try somewhere new. The Chicken Tikka Masala was wonderful. Garlix Naan was warm, soft in the middle, and toastes on the ends. Could use a little oil to help the garlic come out but it was still good. The Chicken Biryani was SO SO SO spicy! Service was quick and helpful. Worst customer service ever . They always have events organized in this place and when we called to check if the place is open they said they are and kitchen closes at 11:30 . We reach there at 10:30 and there is a party going on which we were not told on call . They said they don't serve food when we reached and we drove 20 min for this . I was craving desi food after a day at Disney so I knew I had to stop here on my way back home. This place is conveniently located near the park so I dragged my whole family with me. My husband doesn't really like desi food so he got the Chicken Koobideh which was surprisingly good for a Pakistani/Indian restaurant. My sister and I got the chicken tikka as well as the chicken boti! We ordered the garlic naan but were disappointed because it was too hard to even break and eat with our food. I of course also got chai because why not! However the cup of chai that I had been longing for was too tiny for my liking! Day 2 and I'm back to try the lunch buffet. I have to say, it's fabulous. While the everyday menu is great I enjoyed this even better, probably because of the delicious sauces. The hospitality was just as fabulous as yesterday with the owners personally walking me through the buffet to explain all the dishes. My favorites were the tikka masala, the chickpea masala, the goat stew, and this carrot dish that I cannot recall the name of. The flavors were just right with a good combination of mild and spicy (but not too spicy) dishes. The spiciest surprise was actually the salad dressing! Today I was immediately greeted with the smells of the spices and a gentleman singing live Indian music which greatly added to the ambience. The food here is really good, we found this place on accident looking for some chai (tea) and ended up eating dinner! It was really tasty, the nihari was fresh, as was the naan to go with it ! We also ordered chicken legs and bone less chicken kabobs that were so moist and fresh. We loved that items on the menu were "sold out" as an indication that everything is made fresh daily, other Pakistani Indian restaurants tend to make large amounts and freeze their food! Went during Lunch time on a colleagues recommendation, well it's definitely not something I would recommend if you are looking for a quickie.. Service was little slow, I mean - even to bring Mango Lassi it took them forever, Owner did eventually came & apologized so that did tell me that this future has a lot of potential to improve.. Food was delicious & everyone in our party liked it.. Very few Vegetarian options (all you get is Palak Paneer & Yellow daal) .. Our Naan's were very good, fresh & tasty. Super excited to have found this place. So close to my house and the food is simply delicious. The place is pretty new so things look brand new and shinny. It is very clean and the personnel is super friendly. My first bite had me insanely excited and thinking about my next medi food craving. I also couldn't leave without taking some dessert to go. Let me start by saying that the old guy who is the owner of this place is just extremely difficult to deal with. Placing a simple order becomes a huge task. The food on the other hand is wayyy too overpriced. I would gladly pay a couple dollars over for food that's worth it but this guys restaurant is called Tikka Guys and the tikkas that we got served were sweet. Who makes sweet tikkas? I'd say change the name of your restaurant or make better tikkas. 1 star from me for overpriced below average food. Work on better customer service. read more

Totally cute little spot with great food. I had the lamb kabobs and some naan garlic bread. The guys there are really friendly and nice and there was a live performance there by a man who was playing all my jams. It was pretty great. Only critique I might have is the changing lights above the tables. It didn't seem like a big deal at first but after a while it started to mess with my eyes while I was eating and that was uncomfortable. I dialed their number again and the person who answered thought I was playing around and prank calling when I simply wanted to ask if they had halwa puriii at night. the person that answered told me to never call again if you are gonna tease us about our menu??!?!
