Be aware of the lemonades. I was there yesterday and was very excited to try the mango lemonade. Took one big gulp and realized it was spoiled. I didn't realize the foul smell before drinking it because I was so thirsty. Decided not to react over them forgetting to clean just one thing so i decided to give the strawberry lemonade a try. This time I smelled it and it was fine. Got myself a refill and took it home. Moments later I had an instant urge to vomit.. I had to run to the bathroom. That was not fun. Because many reviews complaining about the service I decided to put that to the test with my visit so I went straight to the counter and asked the person there to recommend everything I will get. He was extremely friendly and helpful and recommended the signature chicken tikka thigh and then for bread asked me if I wanted paratha or naan and I said let's try both. Then I asked if that is enough for and he said will you might as well get a dessert so I was going to get their traditional falooda but when I ordered cola he said maybe I should change from the falooda which is a drink to the suji halwa.. so I asked for both to try. He even checked if the original spice level is ok with me and I said yes. Everything was delicious and I would definitely go there again if I lived in the area. The place was very busy even though on maps it said it wasn't very busy, but for takeout my order only took 20 minutes to prepare and I got a text as soon as it was ready. Also it had plenty of seating inside and out. The only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because the chicken thigh I got doesn't come with any side like rice or anything traditional and you have to order that separate. The pricing is very cheap and when I ordered he skipped the tip menu. This is more of a fast casual restaurant, so you order at the counter or the kiosk they have available. After you order, you get a pager that will buzz when your order is ready to be picked up from the counter. Bundoo Khan is known for their Seekh Kabobs, so we definitely wanted to try these! These barbecued kabobs are seasoned with their signature spice blend, so they're very flavorful and tasty! It comes with a slice of tomato, cucumber, and some raw red onions on the side. My friend recommended getting a side of naan to eat them with. I also tried some of the Chicken Boti Roll that look similar to the seekh kabobs but are chicken. All necessary sauces and items are located near the drink station. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is super convenient with their own parking lot. If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a $50 Toast gift card directly through Toast for this location. When I tried to use it, manager Joanna told me she had spoken with the owner, who instructed her not to accept the gift card, claiming they "don't have the system" to redeem it. The $50 wasn't the issue. I can afford a $50 meal. What I couldn't accept was a business selling gift cards through Toast, then refusing to honor them suddenly. Customers should not be left holding the bag because a business changes its gift card setup. It wasn't until I mentioned California consumer protection laws for gift cards to a specific business and the possibility of filing a complaint with the California Attorney General that things finally started moving. A manager Faiz from another Bundoo Khan sister location stepped in and was able to get the $50 credited internally. After finally placing an order, I politely asked if my order could be prioritized since I had already been there for almost three hours. Joanna responded, "You'll get your order when you get it. Can't you see we're busy?" When I reminded her how long I had already been waiting, she ignored me and walked away. I sincerely appreciate the manager Faiz from the other Bundoo Khan location who stepped in to help. Unfortunately, the experience at this location--especially the way Joanna and the owner of the establishment handled the situation--was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. It's sad because the food is actually good but I obviously won't be returning because of unfair business practices and a rude staff. read more

Priced at $15.00, this well marinated Beef with the spices infused into each bite is heaven for me! I could eat this dish every day! Chicken Tikka Breast at $9.00 is tremendous value on quality, flavor and quantity of any food item. Ian absolutely loves this dish. Beef Seekh Kabob (12 pieces @ $14.00) is also full of flavor. The extra small kabob pieces ensure that they are cooked thoroughly and are easy to hold and eat. Naans are great. Paratha was a little oily. Wraps were decent. I had a very frustrating experience ordering from Bundoo Khan in Fullerton. I called the number listed online expecting to reach the restaurant directly, but it appears to route to a third-party ordering service. I placed my order through the website, which then redirected to DoorDash without clearly explaining that DoorDash would be handling the order. When I later needed help with my order, the person answering the phone could not assist me and refused or was unable to connect me to the actual restaurant staff or management. Aditya the girl on the phone today was so rude and unprofessional. Customers should be able to reach the restaurant directly when there is an issue with their order. This setup is extremely confusing and disappointing from a customer service standpoint. If you are going to use third-party systems for orders and phone calls, it should be made much clearer to customers beforehand. This is a tough rating. I would have rated much higher based on the food alone, but unfortunately, the service issues were considerable. My family members recently pre-ordered and stopped by to pick up food for a lunch party and get together. When they ordered, the call center seemed to pick up the order. They kept saying the cards were declined and ended up taking four credit card numbers. This made us worry about potential credit card fraud - not that I am accusing the restaurant of this. But these are cards that work at other places with no issues. They arrived for pickup and the order was completely wrong. Items they ordered were not ready. The place was busy so they had to wait a full hour to get the correct order. They were not provided apologies, a discount or perhaps a comped dish, which would have been an appropriate gesture given the debacle with the order. Having said that, the kababs were very tender and tasty, especially with the sides of onions, chutney and other items. The 'paratha' was essentially a deep fried puri, not a paratha. I don't know if this was an error or that is how it is served always. It was unexpected, although still somewhat tasty. It could be due to regional differences. I do like the food but sadly, I am hesitant to go back or recommend it due to the considerable customer service issues that were poorly handled. read more

Area for the most part was clean. Now for the food today... Bihari chicken tikka leg and thigh for $10.40 but if you look at the photo, it's mostly just a thigh and some of the chicken leg was missing. But what was much more terrible was that I paid for $20 for what looks like beef Bihari Boti. Instead it looks like scraps practically. See photo below. When I ate at the restaurant it definitely did not look like this. Even their raita is now watered down and has lost its taste compared to before. What a disappointment. I also got basmati rice $2.60, garlic nan $3.90, and 2 chicken malai Boti roll $17.90 each (which was the only things that were delicious) with a total of $77.80. Just sad that I drove here from work to bring it home to my family in Pasadena to open up the TO GO boxes to see this. Malai boti kebab - I had this is a roll and later got another order of just the kebab to go. OMG I have no idea what magic they do to make this so flavorful and tender! I had to take a look into the roll to confirm in eating boti and not minced meat because it was so melt in the mouth. Beef gola kebab - As succulent as a seekh style kabab can be! And delicious. They were as succulent when i reheated and had them the next day! Also got their chai which was perfect.
