The food was freshly made, but the service was very slow. Came on a weeknight with a group, and we ended up waiting for 35 minutes for everyone to be served. The chicken biriyani was good, but could have been more spicy! I've eaten here on a few occasions maybe 6 months ago and it always had flavor and was fresh. However, today was completely different. My food did not seem at all fresh. The chicken was dry and some pieces burnt. Also the chicken had some sort of coating around it. It reminded me of fried chicken pieces you would get on a chicken salad from Denny's. I couldn't quite figure it out and the more I ate it was making me sick. I think the ultimate sin was how bland it was. I should never in my life have to add salt to Indian food! Never, eva, eva! First time here! I absolutely loved it. It started with the nicest customer service and ended with a great meal at a very decent price. I had high hopes for the tikka masala but it did just taste like your average mall food. There wasn't much flavor in the sauce and the chicken more on the sparse and rubbery side. I liked how it came with plenty of rice and the side salad though which made it better. read more

I had the Daal Saag Bowl and Chana Masala. The flavor was okay for Daal Saag but the Chana Masala had better flavor. For both I better at other places. The only reason I rated this a 4 star was not the flavor, it should be a 3.5 but because everything is made to order. The food comes out hot and fresh that is what makes it a 4star. Food is not horrible but it's very expensive for the portion size they serve. One plate of lamb biriyani cost around $15 but they fill up half of the box with lettuce and tomato, the cheap stuff. That's deception to me. There are tons of great Indian eateries in greater Los Angeles area and I don't think going to 'Tikka Curry Bowl' for Indian food is the best idea. Again the food is average and style of operation is extremely unsavory to me. Stay away and trust me you guys can do better!!!! read more

The worst Briyani ever. They say that the meat is Lamb, but what I got was goat meat. The food tasted like they poured some orange/brownish stew on rice. It's was beyond. Got here at 12:30, girl was sitting in the corner on her phone and rice wasn't ready. She said to wait 10 mins. Came back and she said to wait 5 min., and she started heating the curry on the pan. I asked for soda and she asked if I wanted ice. I said yes, but there was no ice in the cooler ready and she had to go to the back to find some. I feel bad for whoever owns this place. I like this place but it does come with a few flaws. Customer service is lacking. Prices are a bit high. Portions are a mix of good and bad. I think protein and sauce portions are perfect but rice is seriously lacking. Rice is cheap so why cheap out on the rice?! Flavors are almost there but it is a bit watered down/mellow. It is also very heavy on the cream. The tikka masala fries are good but heavy. I would come back but it's not my go to place. read more

Has the paneer tikka masala with garlic "naan" that ended up being pita. The paneer tikka masala had no flavor, but was made once we ordered so we waited 25 mins for it. The chicken biryani is half an iceberg lettuce and half flavorless rice with bits of chicken. Very pricy for such bland food. read more

This place is really good! It's located in the food court but it stands out amongst all of the other mediocre shops. It is true Pakistani cuisine! I tried their Chana masala platter and chicken tikka masala platter - both saucy and delicious! They ask you how spicy too which is really nice.
