Hard to describe the quality and satisfaction I have now that we completed a full kitchen remodel…read more I have read a few of the much older reviews and some were not great. The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested. I think it will save a lot of hardship on both sides. I will let a few pictures speak for themselves. I'm so grateful I met and hired the 702 folks. They have an incredible team. P.S. Haim came over and made suggestions that looked nicer than what I had envisioned. His crew was on time, did the work beautifully at a very reasonable cost. These people wouldn't give us a price until they were about to do the job and then once we had the shower installed which took a long time, there were issues with the pipes and the water not working and they charged us extra to fix it! I am very upset by this poor service and the fake pictures for advertising and will recommend anyone look elsewhere.

She organized the remediation and reconstruction and also most importantly tirelessly tirelessly tried to communicate with my insurance company (which wasn't easy since they kept changing claim reps and didn't return calls). The project manager, Chris Gordy, remained involved and checked on the remodel daily. His super power is his ability to find and correct. What an eye for detail! Each crew was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and treated my home with respect. The job notebook was kept on premises and provided detailed plans for each day. This level of organization was impressive to watch. The project was completed a couple days ahead of schedule and met all of our expectations. After the final inspection a couple minor adjustments were scheduled and completed quickly. It was an incredible experience working with LV Remodel.

After meeting with three other contractors, Steven's professionalism and empathy shone through all the others. Where other estimators were dismissive and judgmental upon seeing my parents' cluttered living space, Steven was understanding and went the extra mile to make sure all of the clutter was moved out of, and back into, the room. I'm sure to most it looked like a big mess, but after my father became almost entirely bedridden 5+ years ago this space is where they've spent most of their time, and as such the carpet was in dire need of replacement.
