First let me say that I had stopped going to this location because of the negative experiences that I and another family member has had there. Today, I thought I would give it a second chance. I paid with CASH that included coin to be given to me as part of my change. The dollars were handed to me and I did not see the coin so I asked about it. She said "You dropped it" . I said I did not and that she did, Her response....."Your money, your responsibility. not mine." I was not confrontational, not a raised voice as I refused to let myself get to that level of emotion. The employee's last words following what I just mentioned were "FUCK YOU" and the window was abruptly closed. Now I am in a drive through line with cars behind me so I move on and drive away. 31cents in change isn't worth it. But SERIOUSLY, is this how anyone should be spoken to? I refuse to excuse the behavior based on how hard customer service can be. I am a recently retired nurse so I know there can be challenges when dealing with people but in less than a 30 second exchange of words , this employee stooped to this?? Perhaps the work environment is that toxic to create this attitude. Please don't pass on that attitude to your customers. Clearly my second chance for this location was my last. There's definitely a reason why this location has such poor reviews. I stopped in today for an iced capp and breakfast sandwich. Waited over 20 minutes in line just to be told they dont serve food at this location anymore, despite the fact that their menu is advertising food, in addition to the front of the building. There's also no way of getting out of line here, so I ordered my iced capp with a flavor shot of hazelnut. The total was $5.25, which was pricey but I went with it. Turns out my iced capp was so pricey because they added espresso to it?! Regardless I spent another 15 minutes on line waiting for a refund. If you want food and proper coffee, this is not the Tim Hortons for you. I recommend the one at 15 and Harper. read more

Also the last time my boyfriend and I went there one of the employees squirted chocolate syrup on his car on purpose. The times I actually decide to stop to get myself something, my order is inaccurate. Which is a bummer because I used to enjoy Tim Hortons. My last order was a scrambled everything egg croissant, but upon opening it, it was a plain croissant with a little bit of eggs. There's 2 women in particular that have been very rude, almost sounds as if I'm being scolded for ordering anything from the menu. I don't order anything special/custom, which I could understand then would be a little frustrating. When I needed to order something else, since the item I wanted was unavailable (no big deal at all), I received more attitude. One woman slowed each word down as if I'm arguing when the second item I wanted was also unavailable. I was not upset by being unable to order what I wanted. I understand some things just cannot be made for several reasons. I'm kind to everyone, and I understand difficult people and customers with my own career. I didn't wait in line more than 5 minutes though. They were quite quick and my order was accurate to the T. I can see why this location is only 2 stars. I received my cold brew via the drive thur and when they gave it to me it look like straight up milk. I asked for one cream. Also my drink was clearly not filled up correctly there was a obvious 2 inch gap on the top of the drink. I asked if she could top it off for me but she said that she can't take it back because of covid. So why wouldn't you offer to give me the remaining in a new cup or offer to remake it. This Tim Hortons is consistently bad. It opened about a year or two ago. This one is on Harper just north of 11 Mile Road. It is close to my house, and I don't feel like driving an extra 10 minutes to the one in the south end of SCS. I have stopped going here a lot, but I still end up visiting once a month or so. The service and product never gets better. I usually order a breakfast sandwich. I have had to return the sandwich about 5 times because they put it on a biscuit instead of a bagel. One day my daughter and I ordered some drinks and a bagel breakfast sandwich. We pulled up to the window and he handed us our drinks. I paused, then asked "what about the sandwich?" The worker disappeared then came back with the sandwich on a biscuit...UGH! We were on the way to a soccer game, so I couldn't wait any longer. To his credit, the worker did apologize and offer up a free sandwich the next time I came it. That was about the only good service I have ever received at this store. Sometimes when I order a breakfast bagel sandwich, they toast the bagel and sometimes the don't. Every other Tim Hortons I have been to always toasts the bagel when ordered with a sandwich. A few times the sandwich has been put together so poorly that I have had to return it. I walked in to return the sandwich because the bagel was sliced so poorly that it wasn't holding in the egg, cheese and sausage. When I went to return it the first girl at the counter just said "I don't make the sandwiches" and walked away. The manager came to me, didn't say a word, grabbed it and walked away. About a minute later another worker gave me a new sandwich. No apology, nothing...just frowns and loud sighs from all 3 employees that I dealt with. I usually am pretty easy going when it comes to things, but this place has just been so bad that I felt I needed to write something. My girlfriend and I ordered pumpkin spice lattes in October and they tasted so horrible that we only took 3 sips of them. I don't know what they tasted like, but it was just bad. We were in the car and didn't have time to take them back so we just threw them away when we stopped at the gas station. When put together correctly, the sandwich is usually just barely warm. I like my food hot. When I get the food from here it feels as if they waved it over a candle. I probably won't go here much at all anymore, but I will keep my eye on yelp and see if they clean up there act. read more

This location on Harper near 12 mile had 4 female employees working at 130 when I arrived for lunch with my Mom. 1st when we walked in, the manager was yelling so loud at another employee in the back about her hours that we could hear her up front. Then the girl walked out mad to light up a cigarette outside at entrance door. Not professional. By the way view my photo of the cigarette canister outside the entrance of door ...its full messy and should be moved to front if restaurant away from guests.. Potato bacon soup delicious, green sweet tea good also with bread for soup.. Manager was still talking loud to other employees during work along with barking her orders relating to 4th of July holiday coming. My Mom is hard of hearing so... but I couldn't hear the music in the place due to her voice. Wish I saw her name tag when we walked in, but she didn't have it flipped to view and someone else took our orders. Maybe we'll try the new location on Harper at 9 mile next time. read more

When eating it it's so dry and just soft like it was thrown in a microwave. We have given this place many chances and they always suck. So we started ordering DOUBLE toasted with DOUBLE cream cheese, we got charged to DOUBLE TOAST IT $1.00 and we got charged a $1.00 for DOUBLE cream cheese. We ordered through the drive thru where our order was interrupted by another worker taking over which in turn meant that the first part of our order was never placed. When we approached the drive thru window and told the worker what had happened they told us we would have to get back in line and reorder because they couldn't fix this issue at the window when there is a line. Not one time have I ordered from this location and had a good experience. The last time I ordered I gave then an extra 5 dollars on accident and they would not give it back. I've been coming here to get coffee prior to work usually in the morning for years. I decided to stop and get some lunch prior to going to a meeting. I will never return. The employees are rude as hell. I asked for something that was on the menu. Apparently it was discontinued and that's fine am pretty reasonable. Well I could not hear the employee on her microphone it must've been not near her mouth or loud in there....so I heard her say "that sandwich has been discontinued for the sixth time." I will go the extra 2 miles to go somewhere else. Not sure how she has a job. I also found hair in the food so didn't even eat the sandwich....gross. Consistently the worst Tim Horton's. I'm finally done with this one even though it's most convenient to use this one. All I ask for is a small in a medium cup cause the small doesn't fit in my cup holder. I usually get this after having to beg ( never a problem at other locations or at Starbucks). But today, I was rudely told that I can't "buck the system". I asked what she meant and was told its "roll up the rim" time and by asking for "what I wasn't willing to pay for" I was "being sneaky". These are the words the drive-up window taker was yelling through the intercom. I had no idea it was roll up the rim time and she could have nicely explained it to me instead of accusing me of "being sneaky".
