Ordered a decent sized order online and then picked it up in the drive thru. The line is always long for the drive thru, usually spilling out onto Harper. I didn't wait in line more than 5 minutes though. They were quite quick and my order was accurate to the T. If this is the usual level of service given, I will definitely start driving the extra 2 miles to come here instead of the hot mess by my house!

visited this location 11 1/2 in Harper day after Thanksgiving. Had a deal online for a latte. Their machine was broken. The place looks very dirty overall. Employees must be overworked. Just to say it won't be back here anytime soon.

Supposed to be doughnuts covered in icing. Some with sprinkles.

Slimy and old.... I go here once a week to get my three year old daughter your birthday cake doughnuts. Why, because she loves them. And 9 times out of 10 we are served this garbage.

Full line ahead of me and a line to the road behind me. 10 min in so far.

It is always a nightmare trying to grab some coffee from the drive through. The line usually goes out onto Harper and usually takes about 10-15 min to be only to be met with unpleasant service.

This Tim Hortons is consistently bad. It opened about a year or two ago. This one is on Harper just north of 11 Mile Road. It is close to my house, and I don't feel like driving an extra 10 minutes to the one in the south end of SCS. I have stopped going here a lot, but I still end up visiting once a month or so. The service and product never gets better. I usually order a breakfast sandwich. I have had to return the sandwich about 5 times because they put it on a biscuit instead of a bagel. One day my daughter and I ordered some drinks and a bagel breakfast sandwich. We pulled up to the window and he handed us our drinks. I paused, then asked "what about the sandwich?" The worker disappeared then came back with the sandwich on a biscuit...UGH! We were on the way to a soccer game, so I couldn't wait any longer. To his credit, the worker did apologize and offer up a free sandwich the next time I came it. That was about the only good service I have ever received at this store. Sometimes when I order a breakfast bagel sandwich, they toast the bagel and sometimes the don't. Every other Tim Hortons I have been to always toasts the bagel when ordered with a sandwich. A few times the sandwich has been put together so poorly that I have had to return it. I walked in to return the sandwich because the bagel was sliced so poorly that it wasn't holding in the egg, cheese and sausage. When I went to return it the first girl at the counter just said "I don't make the sandwiches" and walked away. The manager came to me, didn't say a word, grabbed it and walked away. About a minute later another worker gave me a new sandwich. No apology, nothing...just frowns and loud sighs from all 3 employees that I dealt with. I usually am pretty easy going when it comes to things, but this place has just been so bad that I felt I needed to write something. My girlfriend and I ordered pumpkin spice lattes in October and they tasted so horrible that we only took 3 sips of them. I don't know what they tasted like, but it was just bad. We were in the car and didn't have time to take them back so we just threw them away when we stopped at the gas station. When put together correctly, the sandwich is usually just barely warm. I like my food hot. When I get the food from here it feels as if they waved it over a candle. I probably won't go here much at all anymore, but I will keep my eye on yelp and see if they clean up there act.

How bizarre.. all the employees, female have rainbow the dyed hair colors.. summer style here

We had a very nice server but he couldn't keep our orders straight at all. Multiple times he gave food orders to the wrong person. Thank goodness the bills were correct. The food was ok. I had a Maurice salad which was skimpy. No eggs, probably one green olive cut on it, a couple of sweet pickles. There was ham and turkey on the salad though. I didn't think it was worth the price charged. They also ran out of rolls. I'd go there for a casual group occasionally, but I'm not rushing back there soon.

I was trying to give a great experience to 2 co-workers, one from Canada, for a holiday treat. First, the decorations for Christmas--where are they all? Used to take your breath away in the past, adding to the old fashioned ambiance of Christmas. Secondly, the small shops, and gift shop--gone--open doors to those areas, lights out, very sad. Thirdly, I made a reservation to be seated in the lounge. Oops--the waiter had seated others there, and did apologize, and we were in a room all by ourselves. The waiter---unsure what the issue was---no appropriate server etiquette, mistakes, very very long wait to be acknowledged, things forgotten, and he kept bending over to tie his shoelaces. Hand hygiene please! That was not apparent. To be transparent, we were told there was a group of 20 in the back room, and another group of 12 expected. OK. but ONE waiter? The chef/owner EMILY (very kind) was cooking, waiting tables, serving, bringing out forgotten things, and being a bartender--it was a mess-- Food--OK--not what was expected from the Ardmore. We'll leave it at that. Dinner took 3.25 hours, with a lot of that just sitting and waiting. Drinks were also sub par. There was no music (piano) as anticipated either. Shall I chalk it up to a bad night? I think if you know there are larger parties, one should have the appropriate number of waitstaff, and not overbook casual diners that won't be taken care of. I spent half the night apologizing to my friends as I chose the Ardmore. We all took home 2/3 of the entrees we had, and I tossed mine. For the expense, and the expectation, and the food quality, it was so very disappointing. Not sure I'll give it another try. I recommend investing in a few good servers, a hostess who knows the ins and outs of parties and reservations, attention to detail, (to include the tattered and torn American flag out front, which my Canadian friend commented on,) and allowing the chef to do her job---

You can tell they care about creating a great experience, not just serving a meal. The food came out impressively fast, especially considering how fresh everything tasted. It's the perfect spot when you want a delicious breakfast without a long wait. The menu is diverse and has something for everyone -- from classic comfort dishes to creative twists that keep things exciting. We ordered the cinnamon French toast, which came with an unsuspecting twist of apple caramel flavors that elevated it to a whole new level. The balance of warm cinnamon with the sweet, slightly tart apple caramel was incredible. We also had the Nutella Waffle, and it was absolutely amazing -- perfectly crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and generously topped without being overwhelming. On top of all that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. Gina's Cafe delivers fantastic food, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere all at a price that feels fair. We'll definitely be back!

Ordered two egg skillet, spinach, green peppers and whole wheat toast, large Greek salad with feta on the side, turkey Rueben, side of Michigan apple and raisin, one slice of each. $49.82 The Michigan apple and raisin toasts are good. The turkey reuben is nicely toasted, would be much better with some better deli meat. The Greek salad is okay. Tomatoes look ripe, but aren't. Romaine is a bit old on a few pieces. The two egg skillet are good for Mom. Eggs are poached perfectly, hash browns are well done. Just right for her. Service is good.

I suppose, since this cafe is located in the basement of the county courthouse, they are only here as part of their job, escorting persons in fashionable prison garb to and from the restrooms. This is my first visit. OK, so this cafe is located in the basement of the County Courthouse, more as a convenience to the daily customers and employees of the courthouse. It's a fast food joint, with daily specials. As Cookie S. noted, burgers -n- fries, sandwiches and salads, probably a soup of the day. I ordered the Cous-Cous special with fatoush. From what I learned, the cous-cous looks like fried rice, but it's really cracked wheat ( a healthier choice) The dish was served with lentil soup drizzled over top, and the salad on the side. The salad dressing tasted of vinegar and lime, a nice combination. I spoke with the chef and found him to be a personable man, and the cashier was very accommodating as well. There was a nice painted mural on one wall depicting a view of the Mount Clemens riverfront from a perspective of the Fire Department across the way. Today's visit was nice, as I stopped in around 10:30, before the typical lunchtime rush of lawyers, litigants and jurors. If I need to conduct business here again, I would consider stopping in for a light meal. Carry-out is available. Free wi-fi.
