Consistently the worst Tim Horton's. I'm finally done with this one even though it's most convenient to use this one. All I ask for is a small in a medium cup cause the small doesn't fit in my cup holder. I usually get this after having to beg ( never a problem at other locations or at Starbucks). But today, I was rudely told that I can't "buck the system". I asked what she meant and was told its "roll up the rim" time and by asking for "what I wasn't willing to pay for" I was "being sneaky". These are the words the drive-up window taker was yelling through the intercom. I had no idea it was roll up the rim time and she could have nicely explained it to me instead of accusing me of "being sneaky". A call gas been put into their 800 number and I will NEVER go to this location again. I've thought that before after experiencing their horrible service there.... This time is the end. For the most part I've had good service at this Tim Hortons, but there has been instances where there were rude employees.

I went in for a coffee, and while I was getting out of my Car an employee was standing inside the restaurant with her head poked out the door (its 70 out) blowing smoke. Not even close to 25 feet away, she also just yelled drive thru only. I noticed that it was backed up, assuming she was supposed to be working it. This is the last time I go here, time after time I have terrible experiences there. Wrong food, they are out of something or its down right terrible. This location should be shut down. This Tim Hortons is not wearing masks. They could very easily spread the virus. They also overcharged me by $6. They we very rude when I returned with my receipt. Not only did they overcharge me they didn't give me all of the food I ordered. Won't be going there anymore. What should have been a 15 minute food run turned into a 1 hour disaster. read more

I went there for a coffee and they did not wan to give me sugar or stevia. I the end they gave me the coffee without not sugar, and I realized was too late. I would like to give them zero. How you can have a problem by the way that a customer drink their coffee. I'm paying for the coffee is not free. read more

I came here for a breakfast wrap, I got it fast they were very nice. However as I'm waiting in line to get my food, I heard a woman make a comment about a gentleman who pulled up into the handicap spot. They said "Wow he doesn't look very handicapped does he? "I get that everybody has their rough mornings working in a fast food business, but I think these workers need to go take a class or sit in a meeting on invisible disabilities. You never know what somebody could be going through. And the fact that they said that out loud has me even more disgusted. I will never be coming here again and I hope nobody else does either. This location is basically a disaster. Their outside landscape is so forgotten... Overgrown and full of weeds. There is a baby maple tree growing near their drive thru speaker that should've been pulled or moved months ago. It's 3 feet tall and will eventually take strong root and ruin the surrounding cement curbs. The bushes need trimming and all the sidewalk cracks have weeds growing in them. If i didn't know it was open, I would think it was an abandoned building. No exaggeration. Their drive thru line is poorly constructed and they are really never quick. I'm giving this Tim Hortons 1 star only because I can't give 0. The owner of this location needs to take lessons from the owner of the other Harper location and the one on Gratiot. Maybe have those employees come train the staff here. If it was great service with a smile I would overlook the wait. One problem is when you go inside, the lady usually taking care of the bagels is so rude to other employees that it's uncomfortable. Drive thru employees is hit or miss. I've been called dude by one girl working the drive thru. Not that I care but the way she said it she might as well called me an A-hole. I'm done with this place now. Last week I drove past and marked the car I would've been behind in line. Went to the one south of 10 mile got my coffee. When I drove past on my way home, the car I would've been behind was just pulling away from the drive thru window. Order toasted bagel and they are just luke warm.. Order x2 toasted, edges slightly burnt no toast in middle. Drive through always seems to be rushed even when line is nil or short and cuts corners. Bad management I assume. read more

My friend and I went there to get breakfast before heading off to school one day at this Tim Hortan's that is on our way to school. When we got there the line wasn't to long so we decided to go through drive thru, we get up to the menu where you order at and she ordered a bagel, toasted with extra cream cheese and an ice cap and I ordered a frozen hot chocolate but when I went to order some Tim bits the lady taking our order for extremely rude when I went to tell her what kind I wanted. Then on top of it after we paid and got all of our stuff as we are going to drive away the employee at the window says to us, "Have a nice day, or not". Not leaving any time for us to say you to before adding that remark. After we leave it turned out my friends bagel was extremely burnt and had little to no cream cheese on it even after she paid for extra. I will not ever return to this Tim Hortan's. read more

Currently at this location. The girl behind the counter couldn't be any less interested in actually doing her job. And it wouldn't hurt to drop the attitude when you deal with customers. I am appalled by the poor customer service give. At this location. I eat here everyday and to be disrespected by a staff member has left me speechless. Lexi was on drive thru and we asked for two separate orders. She said no. When I KNOW it's possible because McDonald's even does it. If I could give no stars I would. I hate this Tim Hortons. As a Canadian we take pride in going to Timmies and we have an expecting of costumer service and food production from Tims. Stoped in for the 1st time ever to see if they honored the coupon i had. After waiting several minutes someone said be with you in a sec. A couple minutes later a guy with red hair and mustache said he could help. I asked if they accepted the coupon ,he said nothing and started tapping on the cash register. I stop at this Tim's pretty much every day after work for my small Iced Capp. I always get great service. The employees that work the drive thru around 3:30ish are always pleasant and polite. The only negative is Tim's discontinued the bagels I like. . Also, the Tim's employees on Harper/9 mile are quite rude and NEVER fill up the whole cup. I've gotten literally 1/2 an iced Capp and had to ask them to fill it. I will go out of my way to go to MY Tim's. read more

I can see by reading all the other reviews that I'm not the only one who thinks this place deserves 1 star. We have been at this place multiple times and continue receiving horrible, if not, worse customer service with each visit. None of the workers give much effort or pay attention to you or the order. They have forgotten our orders and taken over 10 minutes to grab us a coffee and a donut. They have also ignored us due to the fact that the they were busy having conversation with their co-workers as we were waiting. I'm surprised most of these people are still allowed to work here.
