Last night I brought my bike inside in between classes on campus, because as soon as I pulled in I saw some kid on a BMX stop and pedal back towards me and hover around me while I entered. I'm experienced enough to know better. But on top of that, this particular TH location doesn't provide anything secure to lock my bike up on within eyeshot. It's a simple, ultralight bicycle with no gears and TH had all of 3 people sitting in the store at this late hour. After propping my bike up against the rubbish bin, I completed my order and brought it to the bar area where I sat down beside it and ate my cookie. After nearly 10 minutes I get approached by a guy with a weirdly uncomfortable look on his face who asks me if that's my bike. I say sorry, I couldn't hear him the first time. Is that your bike? "Yes"... "You can't have it in here" In a tone like an annoyed older brother to a little sister. Needless to say, I told him I guess I won't come here next time, and that he should have been more polite about it. My mantra is it's not what you say, its how you say it. Yes, you have every right to ask me to leave, but you can do it while treating me like a respectful human being who just spent her money in your establishment. I don't know if this kid was a manager or not, but either way he was poorly equipped to handle this situation. I would have stuck around to politely ask him to suggest a secure place to lock my bike, since they don't provide one. But I was so disgusted by the insensitive way I was approached like a dirty panhandler, I couldn't be assed. That's okay, Tim Horton's. Dunkin Donuts always let's me sit inside with my bike, and their coffee is stronger than yours. Which is saying a lot. read more

Service was great but the quality and taste of their food is really below average. Ordered Timbits for my daughter and they were soo sweet, i had to throw them out. Not sure if it was a bad batch or someone went sugar happy, but it's not acceptable for them to serve something like that. Iced vanilla coffee taste of chemical. I recommend not spending your money here, instead try the Starbucks down the road. read more

First off I'd like to say that the food and iced coffee is fantastic That being said, there is some extremely rude staff working here. Half the time they are peppy and awesome, but this morning there was a woman at the drive thru that basically yelled at me through the speaker (didn't catch her name.. It started with an M). Her male associate proceeded to scold me when I inquired about an extra charge on the receipt for timbits that I did not order!! People tell me that I look young, but I am well into my twenties and I am not your child. I'd suggest going at night when she is not there.. They're usually super sweet. I am so happy they finally opened a Tim Hortons on staten Island. They have some of the best coffee and donuts. The staff is always friendly. They have a comfortable sitting area. I hope they open one in a more convenient location with a bigger parking lot. read more

Tim Hortons can certain give DD a run for their money. I was anxious to try the new location on Richmond and Victory, and I was surpised at the excellent service, good coffee and great menu selection this location offers. They did a nice job redoing the inside, with a flatscreen tv mounted over a fireplace / seating area. There is free wifi, and usually free samples on the way in. I have tried the double chocolate and chocolate dip. Both donuts tasted fresh and were very good. The coffee doesnt have that day old dishwater taste of Dunkin' coffee. Tims offers lunch and breakfast sandwhichs, as well as soups, but I havent tried any of them yet. I hope this new franchise does well in Staten Island and they open more Tims around NYC. read more

I got their turkey sausage, egg n' cheese on an English muffin meal and damn was it satisfying. For the drink I got the frozen cappuccino supreme...its amazing and you will be addicted. Even the whipped cream they put on top is super creamy and delicious and I don't even usually like whipped cream. They have a drive thru so there's no excuse not to try this place. Minus one star cause they're a little pricier compared to Dunkin. read more

this place is a copy of Dunkin' Donuts, but really bad! Coffee is very weak & has weird after taste. If you like your coffee extremely light and sweet this is the place for you. The donuts are different but not good. I tried to an 8 grain bagel toasted with cream cheese. The bagel was barely toasted and is very doughy on the inside. The taste of the bagel was mediocre but nothing to rave about. I will not be coming back to Tim Hortons café! read more

As we pulled up to driveway on first attempt the sign said exit , then on to second driveway and that sign said exit too . A little further down was the drive thru and that said do not enter . I don't know how they do it in Canada but you need a enter sign to attract business into the parking lot . Coffee and donuts were great . read more

I went in to order coffee but the donuts looked so pretty. I ended up getting a honey culler and a latte. The donut tasted greasy and way too sweet. The latte tasted like a cup of hot milk. (Where's the coffee?) I won't be returning. read more

This place opened to many pomps and celebrations, but definitely not for their taste. I went here to try it out after seeing so many people and students go here on their way to CSI for classes, so I decided to give it a try. The first time I went here, I ordered hot chocolate. It did not taste like hot chocolate at all, it was very watery and tasted like drinking water with cocoa powder. The next time I went, I got an iced coffee. The iced coffee had absolutely no taste of flavor at all, so at that point, I stopped coming here. It's a shame because this place is brand new, very sleek and modern, with a killer fireplace, but the drinks don't live up to the Tim Horton's name. I prefer Dunkin Donuts over this any day, at least their drinks and coffees actually have flavor and you're not just drinking watered down hot chocolate or iced coffee that tastes like sink water. read more

Was at Tim Horton today and I have to admit. The coffee is good. Like most coffee places I've been to it turns into a library. Lots of kids doing homework and research on their computers. Oddly enough not many had anything to drink or eat. But then again most were there before I got there. Good coffee is all I can say. Did have any donuts sorry. read more

Every time I come here i hope that for once I'll get a coffee that doesn't taste like complete water and every time I am failed. Today I went and I didn't even get to try my coffee because there was a dead fly on the lid! Disgusting. I will say that the staff is always kind, but the management is mean not only to customers, but to staff as well. Definitely won't come here again. read more

The coffee is okay, I still prefer Dunkin. The service it terrible! It might be because its a new location and everyone is a new hire. It took about 20 minutes to get a cup using their drive through, there were 2 cars ahead of me. When I pulled up to the window no apology or explanation was offered. There were about 10 cups of different coffees on the counter... I guess that's a lot of wrong orders. Will not be going back for awhile. read more

I haven't tried the soup or sandwiches yet, but I am officially addicted to the donuts. My favorite is the plain sour cream donut because it's not overly sweet. We find ourselves making a special trip there just to buy half a dozen donuts to have around. We never did that with Dunkin. read more

Went to Tim hortons drive thru after a long night. Ordered 3 sandwiches with 3 drinks. Waited 20 mins in the line for my food and then was only handed 1 drink and the sandwiches. Then when approaching the situation got told I was wrong when I know what I ordered ! Will never be visiting this Tim Horton's ever again! read more

My favorite coffee. Love how they have a drive thru and the desserts are really good. You can tell everything is made with quality and is gourmet. Prices are in line with other places like dunkin and starbucks. Nice atmosphere inside too. read more

While I love the product I must say the staff at the Tim Hortons on Richmond Ave leaves me with a very bad taste. Unfriendly, non responsive and non attentive are a few adjectives that come to mind. Seems these people are miserable at work. That's sad. Next time I will probably go elsewhere. read more

Love the doughnuts and breakfast pastries! Haven't tried their hot coffee but love their cold coffee drinks. Pretty reasonably priced and nice seating area inside. Also like the drive-through. Only thing is parking is really bad and the staff can be pretty ditzy. I come here all the time and they always mess something up, once they charged my mom twice on her credit card and once I paid with a $20 bill and the lady insisted that I paid with a $10 bill and refused to give my change back, I eventually got it back but didn't appreciate her rudeness. Good, clean and cozy. I always get a hot chocolate and a chocolate chip muffin which is under four dollars. Always a go to for me.

Clean and bright inside. I ordered a hot chocolate which was pretty good and a donut which was average. I actually prefer dunkins donuts better. Other than this this is a nice place to sit and catch up. read more

The quality is definitely much more worth your buck compared to dunkin. Their donuts are great and I usually don't like any sweets. I recommend the coconut donut. Their muffins also very good. Everything I've ever had - was fresh. And their coffee is delicious. I wish there were more locations. read more
