The food was decent. This was my first time ever at Tim Horton's, where I ordered a chicken Panini and Valentim's day doughnut. Panini was solid a 8/10 not to heavy with some flavor and non-burnt pressed bread. The doughnut and customer service were eh! I ordered a custard filled donut. Upon receiving it my bag had custard all over the outside of it. And no wonder he picked up my donut with his hand and got custard on it when he put it in the bag because custard was coming out the bottom of my donut there's no other way it would have happened nasty is place I will never ever eat there again I threw the donut in the road they can keep the damn thing they're nasty in service sucks I am one of many people that will never go there again read more

What can you IMPROVE? Let's start with the girls Attitude at the Drive thru! She could not hear me 3x so I pulled up and of looks could Kill I would be Dead! Reading through the comments, it seems the poor service was accurate. Not even a customer, I was in the passenger seat of my boyfriends car who is door dashing. An older woman who I assume was the manager made a point to tell us that I'm not allowed to be in the car while he picks up an order. We are currently trying to make bills and rent and I felt very embarrassed just trying to be in the heat of the car, which we don't have at home. Just felt unnecessary! read more

I've been going here since they opened. I'm addicted to the coffee, it is the best tasting coffee ever made. So much I even buy the K-cups for home. The reason for the low stars is the service. It is continuous getting bad. Today, for example, they throw containers of food on top of the doughnuts in a bag. Can you say smashed. They run out of donuts way to often. 4 out 5 trips through they have been out. The service of the staff is not what it used to be. Rude and unfriendly. Lack of professionalism. Love the coffee. Never had an issue with this Ypsilanti T-Ho's the one on Michigan Ave at I-94 is miserable. The staff at this location is fast and friendly. The bake goods are fresh in the morning and so is the regular coffee. The drive thru gets busy but moves quick. Never a bad experience at this location.
