Shortly after purchasing the van, I began experiencing a serious issue where water leaks through the sunroof and roof area, and even runs down the inside of the windshield. This has caused the interior of the vehicle to get wet and raises concerns about long-term damage. I contacted the dealership to explain the situation and ask for assistance, but they were not willing to take any responsibility or offer help. I also went in person to try to resolve the issue, and again, no support was provided. This is not a minor problem and appears to be something that may have existed before the vehicle was sold. I would have appreciated transparency or at least a willingness to work toward a solution. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here thoroughly inspect it and be aware that post-sale support may be limited if issues arise.

They then proceeded to promise to make the issue right claiming they would be overnight sending me the key I paid for (Monday morning 3 weeks ago) and some sort of compensation for getting it programmed and cut, ordering me mats and having those shipped and NONE OF IT HAS HAPPENED. I've been dealing directly with the general manager and sales manager, named below which apparently means nothing. Dealer mark up, they said, extras they said. I told them, no, you said $48,000 , they said are you stupid... how about we go $68,000, I said I would think about it and left...
