    Internet Steve was awesome, made it easy and got the truck I've been searching for. Great experience at tim mora , easy quick deal.

    Both left and right inner and outer are the same with over 75% left on pads.

    On 07/17/25 I brought my 2020 Ford Raptor in for service to get oil changed and they performed a free inspection on it while I was there. They informed me that the rear brake pads were needing changed that day or it would destroy my rotors. At the time of service I didn't have hundreds of dollars to spend on brake and thought I would just get them done when I got to Ohio in a couple months since I hardly drive it much. Now in Ohio I took it to the local Fird dealership to get oil changed and asked them to check my brakes. They told me my brakes are fine and have about 80% left on them. Why would Tim Moron try sell me something I don't need Also Tim Moron did my last oil change and never put everything back together right as you can see paperwork below. If this stuff was missing they should have told me like Ford if Mansfield did. Sad is that we just bought a 2025 Bronco from them too

    Update as of 6/19. The manager, Kory and Alex both came to my home clearly described the investigation they were doing and what they hoped to change to prevent this from happening in the future. THIS is what a company should do when an issue arises. They discussed options concerning credits on an account for future service as well as reimbursement for the pads I bought and installed. I appreciate the responses I received for my experience and that they are attempting to prevent this in the future.

Danny was called to inspect and repair a water leak in her vehicle. He initially quoted $360 via text message--no formal documentation, invoice, or written estimate was ever provided. A few days later, Danny claimed additional parts were needed but failed to specify what those parts were or how much they would cost. Despite multiple requests for a breakdown of charges and parts, no information was given. Then, without warning or authorization for any additional work, Danny texted that the vehicle was "all fixed" and demanded $740--more than double the original quote. At no point was a revised estimate presented, nor was consent given for extra repairs. This lack of transparency and disregard for proper documentation is especially concerning given that the customer is an elderly woman. It's clear she was taken advantage of during this process. Danny's reply was, I can come back and remove all the parts and give your money back, what's an 83-year lady supposed to do? Consumers--especially seniors--deserve honesty, clarity, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. If you have a like story, please post it to avoid this happening to someone else.

He charged me $750 to remove the intake manifold and starter, which I agreed to in hopes that he would identify the issue with my car. After a day and a half, I received a text saying my engine was seized and would need to be replaced. This was confusing because, during the initial diagnostic, he told me the issue was electrical. I don't believe he even used the proper tool to manually turn the crankshaft. I had my car towed back home, and yesterday I checked over the work myself. I found missing bolts, loose bolts, missing coolant hose clips, and the intake manifold was installed incorrectly--with a coolant hose pinched between the manifold and the alternator. I essentially had to undo everything I paid him to do just to inspect what else was missing or improperly reinstalled. Wires were left exposed and not put back into their plastic sheathing. For $750 in labor, plus $150 for the diagnostic, I expected a much higher level of care, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship. Unfortunately, what I received was far from professional, and I'm left disappointed and frustrated that I now have to fix the very things I paid someone else to do. I don't expect any kind of partial refund or apology, as that would only imply accountability for what I've outlined above.

They have in the past provided the wrong vehicle diagnostic video footage of my vehicle with a car that was a different color and not a hybrid. They tried to charge me for things I didnt need and claimed to not be able to fix my tire which had a nail in one of the tires claiming it was not flat fixable. Lol... I alway get a second opinion and got one the same day after I left the dealership service center. My local tire shop. Fixed it for free and said it wasnt no where in need of a new tire plus balance of a new tire which toyota of Hemet's mechanic claimed it needed. They tired to charge me over 400 bucks for it.. Full of shit staff and mechanics... No shame for trying to rip off their customers. Or They just have incompetency issues with their mechanics and service center staff.
