Excellent Neapolitan-style pizza. Best I have had in Maryland. Very clean store. Friendly staff. Water pitcher brought to every table is a nice touch.

Food was outstanding, service was perfection and the big pizza oven was fascinating. We truly appreciated feeling special.

Great wood fired pizza. All pies are 12". We haven't eaten but friends have and they enjoyed it.

Great brick oven style pizza. Parking can be a little tough at the West St location.

Outstanding Pizza. I lived in Italy for almost 5 years and this is the closest to taste the same as a real Italian dish.

We go there a ton and we do like their pizza. We also go to Mod in a pinch, but i have been craving some real pizza I of course checked yelp to find any place remotely close to us and I found Angelina's. I was sold with her amazing replies to the misguided idiots who think this pizza place is anything less than amazing. I had been CRAVING a decent pizza. It's been since my last trip out of state since I've had anything remotely like traditional, cheesy, crunchy, savory goodness. After work on a Friday, my husband and I trekked over to Mayo. We wanted to check out the selection of desserts and settled on the yummy looking cannoli and went back out to our car to phone in our order. The place smells amazing. It's a legit pizza place and everything I was expecting. We waited an acceptable amount of time and went in for our pizza. The car smelled so good on our 40 min drive back home. We got home and honestly no one waited to reheat the pizza. We all just dove into the enormous, cheesy, deliciousness we had been waiting so long for. I was not disappointed. We have put Angelina's on our list of places to go. Worth the drive. Worth the wait. Worth it.

They would not take a counter order. I arrived without a cell phone and could not call in an order. A gentleman picking up a couple of pizzas told me that if I waited that they would call the police. Not willing to make a scene I left. Sorry to say I will not be back. I wish them no ill will. I must take my business somewhere else.

When I walked in, the guy working was sitting at the front counter and looked genuinely disappointed that he had to get up. I figured maybe that was just a rough moment and it would pass once I greeted him and asked if their lasagna was made in house. Instead, I got a smirk, a fake smile, and a quick "yes." Encouraged by that glowing endorsement, I ordered the in-house made lasagna and a medium cheese pizza. Once I got home, I took two bites of the lasagna and couldn't tell if it was actually made in house with absolutely no seasoning whatsoever, or if it was pulled straight from a freezer and reheated. Either way, it was impressively bland. The pizza wasn't much better. It was light on sauce, light on flavor, and required me to add my own spices just to make it taste like something. For $29 for lasagna and a medium cheese pizza, I expected at least one of the two items to have some flavor. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Well, one sub was omitted, my parmigian sub was hard & not tasty at all cheese was dried up, plus no extra fries given. When I called to complain about missing items, the man said we are very busy, WHAT! They can make a sub & I can pick it up. No I am not, I paid for delivery service. I don't care about them being busy I paid out $60.51, for an incomplete delivery order. Bad way of doing business. I did receive a refund on missing sub. Was this due to a football game that the order was rushed & messy???

The food is the star: creative farm‑to‑table plates and some of the best brick‑oven pizzas anywhere, with toppings that go way beyond the usual (think spicy soppressata, wild boar meatballs, and seasonal veggies that actually taste fresh). The salads and small plates are just as strong, so it's easy to build a table full of things to share. The wine list is thoughtful and fairly priced, with interesting bottles plus solid by‑the‑glass options, and staff who clearly know their stuff and enjoy guiding you to something you'll like. Service is friendly, efficient, and unfussy, even when the place is slammed. Be ready for a wait--there's usually a line before they open and they don't take reservations, but the experience is worth a little planning ahead. Between the food, wine, and atmosphere, Vin 909 is an easy go‑to for date night, out‑of‑town guests, or anytime you want a meal that feels special without being formal.
