There was a person offering to help people--she was extremely friendly and polite. Unfortunately one my hamburgers had seen better days. Seems like it was cooked a long time before serving it to me. It was very stale and did not taste like I have come to expect. The other hamburger was fresh and delicious. If both hamburgers would have been fresh, I would have givin five stars. But serving food that is stale is not a good representation of the restaurant or their quality control.
