If I could give Justin and his team 100 stars, I would. I'm not the type of person who would typically hire a cleaning service. 1. I'm overly frugal (especially after covid) and 2. I'm very much a "do it yourself" kind of gal. However, after a very sudden and exhausting move, I did not have the stamina or desire to clean my apartment before I turned it in. Thank god I found Time Creators. From the moment that I reached out to Justin, he was helpful, professional and courteous. This being my first time hiring cleaners, I had many questions and he kindly answered them all without making me feel like an idiot. He also was EXTREMELY responsive, which I appreciated. Ultimately, my fiancé and I decided to go with Time Creators because they truly made us feel like we would be working with a great local business. (We were!) I can rave for days about how clean my apartment was when the ladies finished. It was so spotless and clean that when the maintenance guy came to do the final walk through of the apartment, he admitted that this was the best shape in which he has received an apartment upon moveout. He even thanked us for making his job easier. Finally, I want to touch base on how people-oriented this business is. My family was greatly financially affected by COVID this year, so budget was extremely important to us. I let Justin know this and he was so transparent about the process from start to finish and was even flexible about our payment options. I could not recommend this company enough. Their stellar service coupled with their dedication to their customers is unlike anything I have seen or experienced in a really long time. I know that cleaners might be a hard expense to justify. Time Creators has very sketchy billing practices. You are continually trying to charge my credit card for no services rendered. Why do I have to keep calling you??? I did not ask for any services after one initial cleaning which was paid in full months ago. I did not receive any new services either, yet there is a $125 charge to my visa card. I was told repeatedly that you do not store credit card information, but yet I have a charge on my credit card for no services delivered or received. And now I have to spend more time out of another day calling you to reverse this charge. You are NOT creating any additional time for me, but only wasting my time. Bad, bad business! I was very excited to have Time Creators come clean our home, as they were referred to me by a friend, and being pregnant and pretty sick during my first trimester I had been able to keep up with cleaning. Initially, I set them up as our regular cleaning service that would come every two weeks while my husband and I were at work. I thought this would be best, as then both my husband and I would be out of the way of the cleaning crew. The bid process was very easy, and Vivienne (the owner) was very thorough in her description of the services that would be provided. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of my home after each of the cleanings. However, it was also clear that the cleaning crew was doing a little less cleaning each visit (e.g., leaving towels in the dryer instead of hanging them in the bathroom as they did on the initial visit). The issue of fewer items being completed than we discussed was not too much of issue. The real issue with this company stems not from the quality of the cleaning but from the professionalism of the staff. Specifically, on the third time that my home was cleaned the cleaning crew, who came while both my husband and I were away at work, left our back door open and unlocked. So at five months pregnant, I had to walk into my home thinking that perhaps a burglary had ocurred, or worse, was in progress. When I brought this issue to Vivienne's attention she handled it very awkwardly and unprofessionally. In sum, I asked that the cleaning crew who left the door unlocked not ever return to my home. To this, Vivienne responded that she would no longer be willing to clean our home. My husband is furious about her response and I am disappointed. I had a very different experience with Time Creators. This company charges 35.00 per person, per hour, to clean your house. To put this in perspective, this is twice the salary of an LPN, three times the salary of a nurses's aid, one and a half times the salary of most teachers, and more than most first year attorneys can expect to earn in salary. Regardless of how fast two people clean, there is no conceivable way they can clean faster and better than two experienced cleaners who are familiar with your home. Given that Vivienne was happy to use my products and my equipment, there is only one reason to charge rates that high. The reason is profit. All Vivienne's talk about the quality of her staff notwithstanding, they are still two ladies, who can only do so much in two hours. They don't run through your home, and they are not mechanized robots. Indeed, I would venture to say that the faster they vacuum, the faster they mop, the more dust and filth they leave in the corners. I read the reviews: the faucets sparkle! That makes the whole house look super clean. It's called chrome polish. Is it worth 35.00 per hour? I noted that the review from 2011 said her prices were reasonable. Beware. Whether she comes weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, she charges 35.00 per hour because as she said in her email to me: "a job well done costs money." Since Vivienne left my home, I have a mother/daughter team who clean until the job is done. They are thorough and careful, and they stay until everything is sparkling. They charge 17.00 per hour. The ladies who come are very quick & professional. Even my husband remarked on how nice & clean everything is. These guys are great. I can't say enough good things about them. We've tried other cleaning companies and they didn't do a very thorough clean. But Time Creators comes in on time, every time, at a very reasonable price, and does an awesome job cleaning! We're usually at work for the cleanings, but when I was on maternity leave and taking care of our little one the women who came were so nice! We have two decent size dogs and a baby and it's tough to get our house clean, but they do an awesome job! I highly recommend them! read more

We were desperate for a thorough cleaning. My husband and I were expecting some house guests who bring out the white gloves on every visit and inspect the base boards, doors and windows. If fact, most of the time they stay at a hotel because they are so neurotic about cleanliness. Then Time Creators steped in. I was really nervous having strangers in our home without us being there as well. Vivienne came to our house and met us prior to our service. She was soo wonderful and explained everything that would take place throughout their cleaning service. She even asked us what kind of cleaning products we approved of to make sure that we would not be uspet with the products they used to clean the hardwood floors. We paid a few extra dollars to have the windows cleaned as well. When I got home from work, I was astonished. The place looked like a palace. Everything was sparkling and smelled soo clean! The rugs, which were quite old and worn (particularly our carpet) looked like they had just been steam cleaned and they looked brand new. We could not be more pleased.
