Time Masters replaced 3 of my watch batteries for $15 dollars. I had to leave them overnight since the backs were difficult to get off (apparently fossil watch backs have a tendency to get stuck), but it was well worth it. The only reason I didn't give Time Masters a 5 is because I chose not to fix my antique clock. The owner was SO much more helpful than McGuire's on Airport Blvd and the repair estimate was half of the price. The owner was able to tell me how old my clock was, who the maker was and what model it is. Turns out I have a clock made in 1917! He even gave me advice on where to find buyers for it. December 13, 2017. I will NEVER do business with this man. It is a 45 minute drive for me to get to Time Masters from my house. I needed my watch battery replaced. I telephoned as I was about to leave home to verify that there would be personnel at the store to replace the battery when I arrived there. I asked "Will there be someone there in 45 minutes to an hour from now, who can take a shot at replacing my watch battery?" The response, in a VERY sarcastic, disdainful tone of voice as if I was a moron to have asked a question, was "Ahh, that's what we do". My question about the time frame was not even addressed. An appropriate response to such a customer question would be "Yes, sir, thank you for calling. We have a policy of keeping trained personnel in the store from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.." I had the crystal replaced of my dads old watch which he used in WWll. At first they said they dont do wind up watches but looked for a crytal and found one putting it in making me very happy. The glue on the crystal came lose aproximatly a year latter and i took it in. The owner was very rude and denied ever working on my watch and said he would not fix it. I left with no where to go. Very rude or grumpy owner and denied ever seeing me or my watch before. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this place to replace the batteries of 6 watches and to repair a strap on one. We had 2 Raymond Weil Parsifal watches, 2 Concorde La Scala with 18k yellow gold bands, one with a 360 degree diamond bezel, 1 Movado, and 1 novelty Mudd watch. When we got to the store we were lucky enough to be the only ones there so it appeared the guy behind the counter had enough time to work on replacing all 6 of these batteries. However, after about 15 minutes, a few other people started trickling in. After about 20 minutes, there were 3 other people waiting while he was still in the back replacing these batteries. After about 20 minutes he emerged from the back with all the watches looking a bit frustrated. He told us he only got to replacing 3 of the batteries and also repaired the strap on the Movado but they were all a bit more time consuming than he anticipated so he would have to keep the other 3 overnight and give us a ticket. He started writing out a ticket for the last 3 watches. When I saw that he only wrote "3 watches" on the ticket, I said I would prefer that he described what kind of watches these were, especially that 2 of these were the pricier 18k gold Concord with the 360 degree diamond bezel and a Raymond Weil Parsifal. Just those 2 watches alone cost well over $10K when we bought them years ago. I started writing the description on the ticket while he rang up what we owed for the 3 batteries plus the watch band repair. He started getting agitated and said I needed to include in the description that it was a ladies, yellow gold. I told him I was doing that. He took the ticket from me and tore it up and said he would just write a new ticket. For insurance purposes, I then thought I should take a photo of the watches before leaving them there overnight. I mean, what happens if his store burnt down, got robbed, or just closed overnight for whatever reason? Or God forbid something happened to him between tonight and tomorrow, or even a week from now if that was when the watches might be ready? How would we properly be reimbursed for our loss with just a description of "3 watches?" This guy got so upset and offended that I was sensible enough to do my due diligence and take a photo of the watches and to ask that the description of the watches be written on the ticket. He retorted that people leave Rolex watches there all the time. As if just because some idiot too careless to do their due diligence before just leaving their high priced Rolex overnight (or longer) with a watch repair/craft store without a receipt stating it was a Rolex, should be good enough reason for me to do the same? At this point he refused to take any money for the 3 battery watches he replaced and for the watch band repair. He then told us to take the rest of the watches elsewhere because he did not want to deal with us. Say whaaatt???? Who the hell does this guy think he is to think he can bully people into doing what they are not comfortable with? What arrogance thinking his business can continue to thrive and survive even with his a..hole attitude and arrogant, ignorant demeanor just because he replaces watch batteries for only $5? It's apparent "the only reason" this bullcrap business has a mostly 5 star rating on Yelp is because of his $5 watch batteries. Nothing else. These days Cheap is the bottom line for most people so this is understandable. However, businesses don't survive very long just because they are the cheapest around, and especially if they have this rude, arrogant attitude to go along with that. Sounds like real shady business practice to me for a watch battery repair shop to balk at such a simple request when a customer just tries to protect their ass(ets) before leaving their expensive jewelry overnight at their shop. I would rather spend the $20 per battery and do business with a reputable jewelry repair business geared towards treating their customers with mutual appreciation and respect. I will post as many bad reviews as I can on the internet about this bullcrap business and this a--hole working behind the counter today. He was possibly the owner, I don't know. I'll have a bottle of champagne ready to celebrate when this bullcrap store goes out of business. I'm sure I won't have to wait long. read more

Amazing service! Went to get a battery replaced and to see if they would be able to replace the battery on my moms very expensive movado watch (which other places wanted $30-50 for a battery replacement) sure enough, I got two batteries replaced for $10!!! One of the watches stopped working the next day unfortunately but when I took it back, they gladly looked at it carefully checked the battery (which was still good) but replaced for a new one just in case and got it working free of charge. Definitely loving the fact that it's right in my neighborhood too! Makes it very convenient. read more
