The employees are nice as well as honest, I asked to learn a bit more about my new to me Rolex and the person doing the inspection came to the counter a few times to educate me and to explain what they saw and how it functioned. Have Omega Seamaster Professional that after 20 years of constant use and zero service, stated loosing significant time. I took it to the top Austin Omega dealer who wouldn't even look at it even though they claim to have factory trained technicians. Their only option was to box it off and ship to factory, wait months and pay who knows what. Frustrated, I came here after reading reviews and am so happy that I did.
