I did not get his name, but extremely nice gentlemen in shirt and coat examined my watch and explained the dual screw links and that it would take some time. Instead of making me come back as I was headed to Livermore, he expertly measured my wrist, removed the proper number of links, and had me back on my way in less than 30 minutes. He explained that it was a complicated job and apologized for the delay. He said he made others wait to be sure I had my grad gift ready to wear. It fits EXACTLY the way the manufacturer recommended with slight play. I loved the service. I only needed the watch band adjusted but the customer service this time was as great as it was years and yeats ago when I bought a Swiss Army watch from them. I will never go anywhere else. PS...I had no idea Vintage Faire mall was as nice as it is today. I though covid decimated it and I was glad to be wrong. It was unbelievably nice and a great variety of stores and food options.
