this is my favorite subaru dealership! i will make the drive bc their customer service is amazing they always make me feel welcomed s/o to my service advisor danny made an appointment for an oil change i was late to my sat AM appointment , the 405S had lane closures and everyone forgot or didnt see the lanes were blocked off, idk i love that subaru are pet friendly and love even more that they have a cute pet relief area i opted to wait there, had time to catch up on a few things, total wait time was about 2 hrs danny offered a complimentary wash, i agreed, it needed it i got my car back and asked to check that all tire valves were there, missing one but danny took care of that i drove to my next stop, checked my wheel caps and one of them wasn't secured i had an one go missing or stolen, about a month ago and had to buy a new one so now im paranoid i called and headed back and danny took care of it THANK YOUUU!!! read more

Car dealerships are known for their machismo and sleaziness and I am grateful to report that Timmons Suburu deals in neither. My wife and I were in the market for a 2024 Suburu Crosstrek. I reached out to a number of dealers in southern LA county and northern Orange County (I live in Long Beach) for out the door prices. Consistently, Timmons sent over honest OTD prices that were in the lowest three estimates for various models while other dealers either wouldn't send an out the door estimate or tried to extract additional information before sending one. We came to Timmons twice and Matt assisted us both times. We drove the base model Crosstrek the first time, then drove the premium the second time. Matt didn't protest at all when I said that we needed to step off and re-evaluate pricing when we moved from the base to the premium. We initially wanted a color that Timmons didn't have but we were treated so poorly at Frank's Irvine, were lied to about online pricing at Puente Hills, and were misled on the stock at McKenna Huntington Beach so we decided to go with our second color choice at Timmons. Our thought was: let's get our second choice color from our first choice dealer. Matt was gracious when we came back, taking us for a second test drive and explaining the additional features to us. Once we decided on the trim (premium + the "14 package") we made a deal. Though the sales manager was tough, we did get a little movement on the final price when we insisted on price matching another offer in the region. I feel that part of the car buying process is a little negotiation and Timmons gets that. Everyone we dealt with in addition to Matt, from finance to reception, was equally affable and good to work with, a far cry from the overbearing energy of other dealerships. Though every employee explained every additional add-on that was available to us, we never felt upsold or misled. We left happy with our new car, happy with the price, happy with the experience at Timmons and confident that getting our car serviced and maintained there is going to be a positive experience.
