Ive been car shopping and already had a year make and model in mind. Prior to coming to this dealership, I went to another one that did not seem like they wanted to help me out. For over 3 months, I been constantly checking online for release date and inventory. Three days ago I saw Timmons LB had a 2025 Crosstrek Wilderness Alpine Green in transit. Since it was in transit, I didn't bother to call up the dealership. However, I had the day off today and my fiancé told me to call them up just to check. The receptionist that answered paired me up with Sebastian. Sebastian was kind and and thorough. He asked me what I was looking for and even went to verify the inventory. We set up to meet around 3 - 4pm. Unfortunately I was running a bit late and he was still able to accommodate me. He kept in touch with me to have the car ready by the time I got there. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted and Sebastian was located and assisted me right away. Sebastian already knew the year make model trim and color that I wanted prior to my arrival. What he didn't know was that I also wanted package option 23 which included Harman Kardon speakers, Moonroof, etc. which this vehicle was equipped with. Sebastian was very informative and explained the vehicles specs, functions and features well. After the test drive we went to his office to talk numbers. [On my previous (first) car I was screwed over by the sales person and had a bad experience with the dealerships finance department and another bank that was supposed to finance me so I was really nervous going in talking numbers.] I had a price range in my head going in and really wanted to see what my options were. I was not comfortable with the initial price range but Sebastian was able to work with me and see what I was comfortable with. I wanted options and was curious with how leasing worked as well. He took the time to explain the difference of the options and provided me the monthly payments for both. He also went beyond and calculated the difference I would be saving. During the whole financing process, Sebastian was very patient with us. I had to discuss with my fiancé privately and he gave us time to. The process was a bit long because I was super nervous but the car is everything that I wanted. Long story short.. I am a proud owner 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness and couldn't have done it without Sebastian! Also, this car had just arrived to the lot that inspection still had to be done! Sebastian was so time efficient that he had it done while I was driving down. While while setting me up for STARLINK, he did not find the vehicle in the system yet due to car just arriving. I really felt like the car was meant to be mine and Sebastian made it happen. Thank you to able Abby for explaining warranty and maintenance to us and finalizing the contract. By the time the contract was finalized.. it was about 6:52pm. Even though Sebastian went through everything with my fiancé when test driving ( I was in the backseat) he still took the time to personally and intentionally walk me through everything again since I would be driving the vehicle. I've always been a big fan of this Subaru dealership because of their friendly service and fair pricing in the services department. Today I came in expecting the normal drop off my car and Uber back when it's done and that was not the case. They have stopped their complementary Uber option for oil changes. I worked super close to this store so I am usually able to quickly complete my task in my schedule and was very disappointed today when they could not even extend this as a one time courtesy since I had no prior warning. The big selling point at this location for me is the convenience of it all. For future I'd definitely reconsider if continuing to get work here is worth my time/money or if I can just get it done cheaper at a less convenient shop. read more
