I had recently got an older Lexus, and only had one key (the valet key, with the broken taped up FOB with no blade on key ring, would need to open/start car) So went on Amazon and EBay, got the shell FOB with uncut blade, and full uncut blade with FOB with little electronic board incl. Checked online Lexus, may charge from $125 to $225? Also some other locksmiths, lot less if BYOK. Also they had tips to setup/pair new key. The so many times door and key thing. Told them to make me a spare key for my 2007 Honda CR-V. He told me I needed my master key as well. I said fine and brought my original key, he proceeds to make my spare key and it works. But he then deleted the programming of my original master key and I can know longer use my original key. This is very frustrating as now my spare key which is just a key works, but my original key which has buttons to lock unlock and trunk , no longer works. Not recommended place. read more

Went around to Home Depot and ace to try to duplicate some keys for my 78 cb400t. To my disappointment, neither of the stores could duplicate them. This man works magic. After a long night of drinking one of my good friends lost his key. He had lost his spare a long time ago. This was on a Sunday so most places were closed and we needed this done quickly. We called a buncha places. After being quoted a crazy amount from the car dealership as well as other lock smiths my father referred me here. He came over straight to the spot where the car was super quick and finished the job working 30 minutes. He made a new key and programmed the chip in about 45 minutes.
