Will never come back. This was my 3rd attempt at a good gel manicure (convenient location and good reviews so I was hopeful) . I thought maybe the first 2 times I did something wrong -- too hard on my hands/nails with cleaning, etc. when they didn't last for more than a few days without chipping .. but this last time there was zero reason and they refused to fix it. He said they don't warranty gel manicures-- it had only been 4 days he asked if the lady did them, I told him that he was the one who did them. And asked again, "so you won't fix these" and he repeated that he would not bc they don't warranty gel manicures. I told him I planned to have them do a pedicure but if they won't fix, I'll never be back and he told me to have a good day . read more

I came in today to get a polish change on my toes and nails soaked off. Once she removed the gel off my toes I decided I want regular polish instead of gel! Her mood changed and she was complaining about how regular polish messes up! I told her that's fine but I can remove it at home. She polishes my toes but doesn't clean up the extra polish! Then at the end she changes me $36 when it should have been $30. I won't be returning! Idk what's the big deal with not wanting gel polish!! read more

Personally not a fan. Had a gel manicure and pedicure. All I know is my gel polish was peeling within days. Yes, day and so was my toe nail polish. Wasn't shaped the best at all. Nice people and good mimosas. If you want friendly services this is your place but that's all you'll get. read more

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!! I have been to Tina Nails on another day and I realize everyone has a bad day and decided not to let the poor customer service I received dictate my overall experience. Besides my nails chipping off within just a couple days after having them done, and my finger sore from being filed too rough, the customer service was horrible. The technician (he stated he was one of the owners..Denny (I think was his name) was a bit rude for my taste. I do understand there appeared to be a language barrier and it was tough getting him to understand what I was saying. Although I repeated myself several times with as much kindness as I could, he appeared to get angry and became very rude and aggressive. He went as far as to make the comment that he was tired of people like me coming into the shop (not sure what that meant exactly. Of course, I felt he was referring to my race (what else is he referring too). I'm an every day ordinary bi-racial young woman and I felt deeply offended. As I mentioned to him that I felt offended, he never stopped to apolize and continued polishing my nails. I truly could not believe his behavior; especially as an owner. There is so much I could say, but let's just sum it up by saying this is a place I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN and I also will encourage my friends and family not do business there as well. read more

First time at this business and it started out great as we expressed we're celebrating our mother's birthday. It went down hill when the male nail technician began to provide unsolicited advice concerning my mother's weight among other things. $180 later he decides to get up out his seat from working with a client take the container of mints from my 8 year old daughter hands, tells us we can go and motion for my mother to get out her chair (she's still drying her toes), stating we're taking too much...we grabbed 11 mints between the four of us. Daniel is a pretty good nail technician, but after receiving gel polish my nails started to peel after a few days. Which I told him this is why I always select powder dip. Secondly with my job I use my hands a lot. Now with Covid we wash our hands a lot. I politely told him when I return in a month i want everything soaking off. Or I will go else where......the woman that sits near the register didn't like the fact that he was now using powder and speaking in their language arguing with each other. i got a full set and pedicure paid $170 for both just to come back everyday for 2weeks to have each mail put back on i literally paid for my nails twice the nails just fell off like press on nails highly dissatisfied. i use to be a loyal customer at aqua nails but now tina nails will never get my money ever again or anyone elses for that matter theres a better place down by the hibachi fusion !!! read more

Very rude!! My daughter, who is 11, saved up her money to get her nails done professionally. She told them over and over she just wanted "regular" nail polish. They ended up giving her "gel" and had to be stopped before they gave her acrylic nails!!! Then, to top it off, the women just added in her own tip at an additional cost of $5. Even then, I had to clean up all the polish that they missed. Going here was a BIG mistake!! read more

Wonderful experience. Very professional. I had today been previously to another salon for American French Manicure. Did not go well. I left and after soaking my nails in acetone for 30 minutes. I knew I needed to get something done. I went to several sites and this one had very good reviews. I called and explained what happened and what I wanted. They assured me they knew what I was talking about and they would be able to help me. I am so happy I went here. Such a warm friendly experience. Very professional. My nails look great. We had an awful experience and won't go back. I took my 13 year old daughter in to get her nails done for the first time while I got a pedicure. I told the girl I didn't want her to have acrylic nails and also asked how much it would cost. I was told 30-35.00. When she was done she had fake nails on and I was charged 50.00! One hand nails were way longer than the other and the polish job was not good. She also didn't touch her cuticles and made her bleed. My daughter had to come home and reshape her nails and paint them herself for them to look descent. I called the salon after to talk to Jen and told her that I should have been made aware that she was going to use acrylic nails and that the cost would be almost double. This Salon is under new management and Rose is the best ever! She is always there and willing to help you get the best treatment for your face and nails. Not pushy or trying to sell you something you don't need. She does a great job and her staff is great also! I love the gel nails and gel polish... it's dry the MINUTE you get out of the chair and never chips! You'll see me there every 2 weeks! read more

I was a loyal customer & been going there for the longest until another crew took over the place. I've been going to Rose for a while until Thursday I went in for my regular fill in, A DAY AFTER the nail she put on broke off & I didn't even notice because I wasn't doing anything out the ordinary for it to break, so I went back Saturday morning so she can repair it, usually nail shops give you a 2 day limit if your nail breaks they fix it for free. But not Rose! She charged me $5 & laughed when I told her was she willing to charge me, she did my nails to thin anyway.. Moral of the story I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. read more
