The lunch special Cobb salad. Honestly Cobb salads aren't usually my thing- but this one was really good! And only $5.50

Finding a good, quick, reasonably priced takeout lunch spot on Clematis isn't the easiest thing- but that's the best way to sum up Tina's. I've gotten lunch here several times now and the service has always been friendly and fast and the food delicious- and you definitely can't beat the price of the lunch specials!

They followed the two of around the store the entire time--but only us two not the middle aged or boomers in the store. Apparently being a young adult is suspicious? Nevermind that we were dressed well and classy. It felt like ageism, if not r@cism (since we are minority?) But all three employees (younger than us) were on us as if they expected the worse, and they lacked all tact in their supervision and stares.

In the morning you can enjoy artisanal coffee, both cold brew and Seattle-style pour over and freshly-baked pastries. For lunch they offer quick, light bites, which include salads, sandwiches and snacks. They even sell cigars and bottles of wine. On the other side is a carefully curated collection of gifts and unique decorative accessories from around the world. Everything is so artfully arranged by type and color scheme. They sell holiday decorations, books, collectibles, dishes, cups, glassware, topiaries, beautifully embroidered dish towels, an assortment of napkin rings, greeting card, note cards, decorative items, glass paper weights, candles, beauty items, and more. I really loved the Palm Beach coloring book. Of course this being The Breakers, items are pricey. A single greeting card was $6. I enjoyed exploring all of the shop items after which I indulged in a croissant and coffee from the food side. You can take your food and drinks out to the Palm Court where there is beautiful landscaping, fountains, and tables and seats. You don't have to be a guest of the resort to come here. The Breakers tries to limit non resort guests during season but if you allow them to scan your license and tell the guards you are coming to eat or shop they will let you in. Guest parking is on your immediate left just after you pass the guards.

Had a couple glasses of red wine- since ordering a bottle was out of the question because they were SO expensive. We ordered the San Danielle pizza (prosciutto, mozzarella, and arugula), and the lobster pasta. The pizza was more of a flatbread, VERY thin and airy crust. Order as an APP, not an entree. The lobster pasta had "homemade shells"- they tasted no different from a box pasta- and the pasta itself was VERY fishy. I only ate half and had a stomachache after. Would NOT return here for dinner; overpriced for sub-par food.

The first thing that struck me about this place was how exorbitantly expensive everything was --from the appetizers to the salads and entrees. I mean, the salads were $35 for a small salad. I had the beet and avocado salad at $35 and while it was very good the portion did not justify the $35 price tag. Even in the most upscale restaurants worldwide I have never seen a small salad at this price point. My niece had the Caesar salad and she said she enjoyed it. Same small salad for $35. We both had the salmon and it was very good. It comes over lentil salad, and my niece who is allergic to lentils asked if she could have something else instead and the waiter said no. No substitutions. So she just got a piece of salmon. Took a star off for this. They could have given her French fries for this very expensive entree. The bread they bring out is a couple of slices of cold bread with whipped butter. Again for the prices they charge here they should be bringing out a bread basket of warm bread. Our server was OK but not outstanding. The lady who fills the water barely did and when she did one time it was grudgingly. So this is a mixed review because the food was good and enjoyable. But dinner for two with one cocktail and no dessert came to almost $300 before the tip. That is pretty outrageous. Not sure if I will return because there's a big choice of restaurants in Palm Beach County that I would take guests to where at least for $300 you might feed four people. Took a star off for this seriously greedy restaurant. This restaurant would have gotten five stars if the entrées and salads and appetizer were half the price that they are now. And if they had given my niece some side because she told him she was allergic to lentils. This is a restaurant that will not really try that hard because they're already on the hotspots to try in Palm Beach. It's a shame really. There are some very excellent restaurants in Palm Beach that don't try to gouge their customers.

They play some nice and calm music which creates a comfy and cozy atmosphere. The barista who took my order answered all my questions and I enjoyed my iced americano with sugar free vanilla cold foam and it was definitely high quality espresso beans used to make it. I also shared the almond croissant which was delicious and flakey with the right amount of sweetness. My friend got a bagel sandwich which looked filling and delicious! We noticed lots of people coming into do some work and enjoy coffee time with family and friends. Next time I come I will definitely try the matcha and they offer several season flavors and drinks. Also the parking is free and very easily accessible and there is lots of outlets and tables for remote working.

Upon walking in the barista immediately greeted us which was so welcoming and nice! My boyfriend was thrilled as usual to find a geisha pour over that he thoroughly enjoyed. We also had a chocolate croissant and iced latte, and and everything croissant at the recommendation of the nice man working! I ordered their seasonal drink which was a lavender latte and asked if I could have extra lavender syrup in my coffee and the barista said yes but she didn't inform me it would a whole $5 dollar up charge which was the cost of the coffee so I paid $10 for a coffee that was worse than Starbucks quality. The matcha was also nothing to write home about and honestly I could make better matcha at home. While the service was quick and the inside seems like a great coworking space with two levels it was so loud inside as well. I'll definitely skip from going to this location in the future.
