I always reach out to them via Yelp and they easily respond to the request. I had my consult in which they look at the length and density of my hair and they provide me with recommendationa of my request. The whole hair process took about 4.5 hrs since I have thick long (past shoulder length hair). During the process they continue to make sure I was comfortable and even provided me water and snacks while I was sitting and waiting for my hair treatment. I always go back to Ben and Jane to get my hair straightened out.
