As soon as I walked in, it was nice to see how clean and spacious the establishment was. They have a TV, a drink area, and comfortable seats. They also have a mini desk if you want to take your computer and get some work done. I was greeted by Ignacio who was friendly and polite to me. He offered me something to drink and told me to make myself comfortable and that my inspection wouldn't take long. I kid you not, I made me a coffee and sat down for like 3 minutes and Ignacio came out saying it was done, just like he said. That's how fast they were!! The young man who helped me was polite and friendly BUT, I have noticed the last few times I have visited ANY discount tire location they are always telling me my tire sensors are not working. (I have brand new ones installed recently) I fell for this a while back and had them install all new ones and they could NOT get them to connect to the electric part of my car. After spending a few hours there they gave up and said I needed to go to the dealership. Needless to say I had to go to the dealership and have them install new ones on my SUV. This cost me triple at the dealership. I am not sure if the staff are trained to try this selling practice but I will NOT fall for it again. The same goes for trying to sell you windshield wipers just don't do it. Stick to selling tires. As for stopping at this location again...not happening.

I have been going here for the better part of 10 years without incident. But for the past couple of months I've noticed some sticky substance on my car after coming out of the car wash. This substance is causing paint damage. Last week I finally remembered to check my car after the wash and sure enough there it was again. All over my car ! I spoke with the young lady that was there and she looked (unfortunately got some of it on her hands and clothes) at my car then submitted a ticket for someone to call me. Today they call and say my claim is denied because they don't see the substance on the camera when my car comes out. The substance is clear in nature and my car is dark, so obviously it is not noticeable unless you are close. That is why the young lady that was there took pictures up close. Now I'm grappling between a 1 or 2 star review. We have been going to this car wash for only a few month on a monthly plan for two vehicles. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it looks like they've been working on projects for a while. I can overlook that part. My frustration is from the lack of customer service. My last few visits to the car wash, I noticed the wrong package blinking when I lined up to enter the tunnel. At first, I paid it no mind as I figured the back to back cars in the tunnel caused some kind of issue. After a few visits I inquired. A few things happened. First they re-aligned all the packages. Then they changed all the prices. Then they downgraded my package - but did not tell me. I pull up for my visits with the window down -- and no one could give me a heads up. So, I lost services that I was paying for -- I don't even know what package I have now -- or if I'm paying the correct amount for that one. Regardless, my card is being charged for something I did not agree to. I asked to cancel when I spoke with attendant and he pointed me to a toll free customer service line. Their car washes are pretty good, but I would stay away until they get things figured out. Thumbs down for customer service.
