The groomer was incredible with my cat. I stayed and watched the entire grooming process, and it was kind of amazing to see how calm and cooperative my cat became. He clearly understands cat behavior really well--nail trimming and ear cleaning were done smoothly with no stress. He also helped remove fleas and recommended a flea treatment without pushing unnecessary products. The pricing was very reasonable, and I felt comfortable the whole time. We had a very disappointing experience here. We dropped off our doodle at 10 AM and were told she'd be ready around 12:30-12:40. She wasn't finished until 1:56 PM, and communication throughout was vague and inconsistent. The only proactive message we got was at 12:30 asking to shave more. We fully understood she had mats, but she has been groomed many times before with zero behavior issues and is usually done in about 2.5 hours. When I spoke to the owner, I was told she was "hyper" and that they started right away, but the timeline and her condition didn't reflect that. Four hours for a bath, face trim, and shave-down is excessive. When we picked her up, she was extremely scared, her face was uneven, and she had small razor cuts. She's also scooting her butt and licking that area constantly. My husband's shorts were also covered in loose hairs -- unusual for a non-shedding doodle. Overall, the poor communication, questionable explanations, and low-quality grooming mean we won't be returning. read more

Upon researching a near by groomer, I found this business nearby. They accepted an appointment on a Sunday for 11:15am. When I arrived, the employee did not speak English and called a woman to translate. I was told we would require a full hair cut and it would take 2 hours. However, I started to wonder why I hadn't been contacted after 2 hours. I walked in and saw my dog walking around scared without a full haircut. They texted me that he was ready after 3+ hours. While carrying my dog, he came back with a cut on his ear and two razor cuts on his head. He has been so afraid lately. I definitely do not recommend this business for anyone's pets. read more

I brought my Shih Tzu in for a cut and wash. You can tell the groomer loves dogs because of the way she greeted our Ella! The groomer gave her snuggles and kisses! I was recommended to this cute little grooming place by a friend who have nothing but positive experience with the owner when she had her other grooming shop in Rancho. Now that the owner Ella finally opened her 2nd store near me, I decided to give it a try! And I was impressed with the way Ella handled my dog, who gets neurotic around stranger and especially when you try to trim his nails. But Ella did an amazing job comforting and calming him! My dog smelled great and his nails are trimmed very nicely. To ease my anxiety, Ella sent me pictures during the process to assure me everything was OK. This was my second visit and once again a great experience. My two cats are not the easiest to groom, but the groomer was very patient and clearly knew what they were doing. They came out clean and comfortable, and didn't seem scared at all. The space is clean, calm, and well maintained.
