There were actually a few options in the area but we went with this one. I loved the A-frame log cabin feel of this place. That is totally my style. We knew that the menu might be limited but being a holiday we weren't sure what else would be open. We both had a breakfast sandwich - excellent. Very good bagel. Good tasty piece of ham. Absolutely no complaints. They also use coffee from Steaming Bean Coffee out of Telluride, which I found to be some excellent coffee (I got the Sumatran). I have been to south fork many times, and I can see why this place is so popular. Their coffee is a great price and they serve the best huevos rancheros I've ever had. The portion sizes are generous for the price. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the outdoor seating is great! On top of that, the service was amazing! The place is super cute with friendly staff and a nice out door seating arrangement. My boy friend got a smoothie and it was delicious! I was super excited to try the avocado toast and I was definitely let down. The website says it has Roma tomatoes, which were not included. The bread was soggy with grease. The avocado's did not taste fresh- sort of like the avocado spread you'd expect to get at Starbucks. Im staying on the property and my experience overall has been very lovely. We made a quick stop here for a to go lunch box. The chicken and strawberry wrap is delicious and filled with fresh ingredients. The lunch box comes with a side of pasta salad and a small cookie. The pasta salad contains fresh tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and marinated olives. The outdoor area overlooks a park like setting with tiny homes on the property. I have been a customer of the Tiny Timbers Coffee Bistro several times now. The first was this fall on our way through town on a motorcycle trip. We fell in love with the area and the resort so much, we decided to book a trip the week between Christmas and New Years Eve and stay in one of the tiny homes. I can not say enough great things about the coffee bistro. The coffee is delicious, the food is also top notch, and the ambiance is so relaxing and welcoming. We fell in love with our tiny house; Burrow Creek, however if you're needing a comfortable bed because of back issues, I would recommend booking the cabin. Both meals were delicious as well as the coffees and pastries! The warm and sincere greetings from the attentive staff felt like home away from home with a stunning spa and gift shop-- they even opened before business hours just so we could admire all the treasures before getting back on the road. The staff was hospitable, conscientious and accommodating. So what started as just a one night stay in a darling tiny timber home during a road trip turned into a memorable charming experience for us to look forward to returning again. A new addition to the great town of South Fork, CO. This awesome little gem is in a wonderful warm cabin just off the Hwy before to get into town on the east side. The craft brewed coffee and tea pairs so well with their hand made pastries and burritos. You HAVE to opt to smother a breakfast burrito in their green chili. Such a wonderful spot! Stopped here on our drive through Colorado and absolutely loved this place. They had great food -- tried the breakfast burrito, cinnamon roll, biscuits and gravy, coffee and their summer tea. Everything was delicious. The place is super adorable and great for some cute pics. They also had a gift shop with some great little trinkets, bikes you can rent, and lodging in these cute tiny homes. From a COVID perspective, everyone on the staff was going a great job social distancing, wearing a mask, and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. We felt very safe visiting here. read more

Cabin-like feel inside with CLEAN bathrooms, all in a warm, quant decor. Heather, the cashier, was friendly, helpful and oh so patient with the long line of travelers seeking a delicious meal in a hurry. Surprisingly though, once we ordered and sat down, the atmosphere was calm and un-rushed. A very unexpected find was Scripture on the freshly brewed coffee that Montana (our sweet, accommodating server) delivered to our table. "Be the light. Matthew 5:14-16" was a refreshing reminder in these dark, stressful times. The Scratch Biscuits and Gravy Meal had a bit of a kick but great flavor and the eggs were cooked to specification. Again, excellence on the Egg Breakfast with perfectly fried bacon and crispy hash browns. But wait there's more.... there's a fabulous gift shop next door that was unique and friendly... and we could've spent even more than we already did! I wished we would have discovered this place prior to heading back to Oklahoma. Would have loved to try many of the other menu items! This place is amazing! We came here after getting rude service from Fat Carl's down the road. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was beyond friendly, and the coffee selection is top notch. I wouldn't normally comment on a restaurants rest room, but their rest room was the cleanest, fanciest rest room I think I have ever seen in a food establishment. Kudos to you on this small, but very important detail!! Don't leave this place without visiting the gift store next door, very cool stuff in there!
