What a joke!!! A company ran by LIARS!!! I will never ever take my vehicle here ever again! I brought my truck in to get the oil changed back in the middle of February. To start off complete unorganized it was just to get it scheduled and then serviced. One person didnt know what the other was one was doing. Just chaos. Ok now to the real problem... So I go and pick my truck up. Pay for it. I hop back in my truck go to close the door and what do you know my door handle on the inside falls off in my hand. Super cool right!! I walk back inside and asked uhh what happened here... yep they didn't say anything to me while I was in there paying they covered it up by sticking it back on there. So they come out and take pictures acting like they had no idea what happened. The guy at the front Jhon tells me they will pass this information off to their district manager and he will give me a call in a couple days. Hahaha yeah I just recieved a phone call today from district manager after several calls to the orchard store with no response, so yesterday i called a different store to get a hold of the district manager. Today i go down to talk to him he starts off by saying "nothing I'm going to say today is going to make you happy". Like really your professionalism is to start off like that. That's cool! He then starts to give excuses as to why this is my fault it was broken and how it was documented that is was broke before they had it... it wasn't! Then he tells me that "Jhon stated that i even knew exactly how much a door panel was to replace, that i said it was going to be around $600 to replace". BOLD FACE LIE!!! I never said that at all! In the name of Jesus. I'm so disappointed in how greedy and unprofessional businesses these days are. Beware people this company will lie to cover there a** without concern for us as people. read more

On March 15th, 2019 I made an appointment for an oil change for 1:30 over the phone with Jake(I found out later it is the general manager) and he was very friendly and helpful over the phone. I arrived at 1:20pm and their new assistant manager name Elliott R. helped me with all that was needed for this service. I can see they were extremely busy. Time passed and it was 3:30 when Elliott called me up to tell me my oil service was free of charge! I was pleasantly surprised to hear this. I was not in a hurry, never bothered the crew, nor did I complained about the time. He was adament that it was no charge because of how long it took! So bought a set of Goodyear Hybrid wipers from him and they offered to install them for free. Once again the word free! All this translates into saying is that, what you get when visit Elliott and Jake is straight honest work with a high respect and attention for their patrons. Bad service as soon as I walked in he had a rude attitude didn't want to take my coupon which was good wasn't expire and said if I write a good review on yelp I can get a discount also had my daughter with me she used a coupon a few days ago no issues with them taking it and he accused of her that she didn't come in and said I was here all day and didn't see you here he wasn't the one that help my daughter serviced her car also I asked if they can rake up some numbers on fixing a leak he say he would but when it was time to pay he said oh I will just call you and give you quotes on how much it would cost i didn't get a call I will never go there again jiffy lube is sooooo much better never had a problem with jiffy lube they have awesome service read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this business and the people who work there especially Manny and Manager Elliott Rose. They went so far above superior service that words cannot describe but I'll give it a try: Friendly, fast, courteous, willing to help even after closing and cost effective. I was in a total bind with our handicap enabled van's battery dying on a holiday and after closing with a doctor's appointment the next morning. Without the van I could not get my husband to the doctor. Not only did they check the battery and alternator, they made sure they had the battery in stock and changed the battery right then without me having to wait and come again in the morning. The service was professional and in the same breath "personal." I take my vehicle up-keep/maintenance very seriouse and it's good to know that Charlie and Jimmy recognise that. I could have went to one of those places you sit in your car and wait for someone to guide me in only to sit and listen to the clatter and yelling as my vehicle gets serviced... These guys are my Go-To guysIve had my share of dishonest mechanics but these gentlemen that work at this GoodYear location are the best!!!!Never tried to get extra money out of me and they even saved me money!!!!! Totally honest, polite , and fast!!!! The waiting area is nice and clean. Ive taken 3 different vehicles to them over the past 3 years and Ive always had the same honest service every single time. The manager Karl is such a nice man, I recommend everyone to go there, whether its a tire issue, brakes , battery and even a check engine light on, they are AWESOME!!!!! I have been coming to this store for years and I have always had such a wonderful experience. The store has changed over the years, but the service there is incredible. Everyone is so friendly and they always have a smile on their face. The gentleman out in the shop are very knowledgeable and they do phenomenal work. I have never had any issues. I really enjoy the fact that I can drop my vehicle off with them and then receive a ride back to my house with there free shuttle service. the service is great and I will continue to come back! read more

these guys over here at Superior Tire really went above and beyond the extra mile. I was traveling through town and blew out a tire. I googled the closest Goodyear store and came here. The guys in the shop were busy so a gentleman up front stopped what he was doing and installed a new tire on my vehicle. The tire blow out only delayed our trip by 30 minutes. They were friendly and able to service my car right away. Other places I called had at least a 3hour wait, but they were able to change my tires in 45 minutes. The service was efficient and affordable. They gave me helpful advice about possible car repairs but did not pressure me into having any additional work done. Went in thinking it was going to be a moderate repair however it turned into a major repair but that happens with older vehicles. Charlie and Jimmy kept me updated as the issues began to stack up. I like their worst case scenario estimates (prior executing the repair) and they kept the parts that were replaced to go over them with me upon the completion. read more

This is the tire place everyone needs to go to. They have the best prices in town on tires and on oil changes. I brought my vehicle to them expecting to pay a lot for my tires, instead i left with a set of tires $200 below what I expected to pay. Got a flat over a holiday weekend. Jimmy and Charlie were able to get me in on short notice and even though they couldn't repair the tire due to low tread, they were able to give me a great quote on new tires(which I knew was needed) and got everything taken care of. The staff at this shop is great! The manager was very helpful and courteous. I was having issues with my front differential.
