07-10-2025 : Came in to one of my least favorite shops because it is closest to my house and my truck tire picked up a nail. I asked for a plug service and then they went through their normal rigmarole how they don't plug anymore, they only patch, plugs are unreliable, yada yada yada... They explained billing may present issues because their phones and computers (and credit cards system) down because they said they got hit by lightning on Sunday. Ugh. What a great start to my morning. So waiting for my tire and... their lights, cable TV, and WiFi all work fine? Okay whatever, it is what it is... No line of waiting people, lots of empty work bays, and my truck got taken right back but still somehow I've still waited over an hour and a half to get a nail hole fixed?! Dear [Shop Manager/Service Team], I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your shop regarding my vehicle. Last week, I brought my car in for service, and I returned today specifically to have the alignment properly addressed. Unfortunately, not only was the alignment issue not resolved, but I also felt that I was misled during the process. Instead of correcting the alignment problem, I was told that I needed to purchase new tires because my current ones are "old" and not the same brand. This recommendation felt unnecessary and unrelated to the actual issue I came in for. It appeared to be an attempt to upsell me rather than fix the problem at hand. Most concerning is that after today's visit, my car is still not driving straight--it continues to pull to the right, which indicates that the alignment has not been properly corrected. I would not recommend this shop to anyone if they continue to trick their customers like this inappropriately just to get money out of them they should not even be promoted at all. After the $180 alignment (with $14 disposal fee; much have used rubber gloves, that will still buy a box), I found out from another ASE certified mechanic I had a bad CV boot, bad motor mount, wheel bearing and something else (forgot). After bearing and axle, car runs great, loud noise is gone. What is ironic, I now need to go get an alignment. I wrote this review once before I thought. I will not do business with them again. I was shown the issues by the second party, and old parts, took pictures, etc.. Best of luck if you do use them, was not my day. Stopped in for a flat tire repair and was helped right away. The front desk, Jim was professional, friendly, and efficient. Definitely appreciated how quickly they got me in and out. The downside was with the technician's work. The repaired tire was overinflated, which I caught later and had to correct myself. I was scammed by this location. I ourchased 2 tires on May 22 then on 6/7 while driving my car started shaking uncontrollably. No mater what the speed was it bounced dramatically. I returned to where I ourxhased the tires and alignment. I made an appoinment for 930 am 6/8/25 to see what was wrong. After multiple call Sunday they finally looked at car at my vehicle and I was texted a message telling me my rear passenger tire was bad. Then I was told they wouldn't have a tire for a few days . I told them that is one of the tires I had just purchased 2 weeks prior and it should be replaced free of charge since they sold me a bad tire. I went to pick up car 6/10 and was charged another 218 dollars for a new tire. I asked why am I being charged for a new tire when I was sold one that was bad not even 2 weeks prior. I was told that I didn't purchase the road hazard ( I was not offered and did not know anything about road hazard). I said I should, if anything, get a true prorated and not be charged full price since, again, they just sold me the tire. I ended up having to pay for another tire. Tires / Auto Repair I use this location from time to time mostly because it seems that I have a nail or something that should not be in my tire, well, in my tire. The place is usually accommodating to people who just roll up in need of a repair, but the better / smart / faster way is to make an appointment in advance, if possible. The guy at the front is a hoot - but to be honest, he shows up when he gets there... but he does hustle when he is finally settled in. Service is usually performed in the estimated window they give you, so you can leave the car or sit it out. He worked with me on price best he could and I could tell he wasn't just trying "upsell" me on other parts are services. Sometimes when you ask for two tires and an oil change, that's all you want! My car was done on or before quoted time, and Angel made me feel like a valued customer.. I tried another tire store recently, they treated me like i was a hassle. I may have saved 10$ per tire, then waited long past my time quote... not even a thank you on way out. I came in for a simple tire patch. I called prior and they told me to come right in. I was sitting there for 40 minutes before I asked how long it would be. Jim casually tells me it will be another hour before they even look at it. The guy is clueless and doesn't seem to value customers time. DO NOT GO HERE. They'll take advantage of you! Well over 2k quoted if I were to buy all four RF tires through them and get the work done that they SAY I needed. They said my tires were dry rotted, need ALL new brake pads, as well as a brake flush. They also gave me an oil change without any notice before hand. I decided to take the chance with my "very worn out" brake pads and drove my car to my reliable mechanic 40 mins away. Turns out nothing was true! My sensors were faulty, that's really it. I wish I read reviews before I went. If I could give zero I would. Beware of this place I had only one broken pressure sensor but managed to have all four replaced. Some thing that should have costed me $100 to fix cost me $479. I also was supposed to receive an oil change that I paid for but I do not have a sticker to reflect the work done and my car is still showing that it needs service to the oil. I should have been more involved with this transaction but I let a family member handle this. Then you comment on my review and tell me to call a customer service number for help. Incompetence to the extreme! I went there for an oil change. As soon as I got my car, and started to drive off, all all I hear is a loud metallic scraping sounds from under my car. I take the car back asking what the heck they did to my car, to find the plate under the engine that you remove to do the oil change, hanging on by 1 screw! They forgot to put in the other 5 screws that mount the plate under the car!!! They had to go looking around the shop for the screws because they couldn't remember where know they placed mine! They didn't even apologize. Just started making excuses. If they are so incompetent that they can't even remember to put something, so simple, back the way the found it, you have to ask yourself what else must they be forgetting to do when they're fixing other people's cars like yours? Be aware, can't trust work to actually be completed. Tire Choice (3940 Hypoluxo Rd. Boynton Beach, Fl) Marked tires before taking the vehicle in for an oil change which included tire rotation. Upon completion of the service and going home, I discovered that the tires had not been rotated. I took the car back and the manager said that they don't always rotate the tires. I asked what he recommends to other customers. He stated to rotate every 5K miles. The car had 16K, so he reluctantly did rotated the tires front to back and not the diagonal pattern that is recommended. Went home but things still didn't sit right right so I then inspected the engine compartment and discovered that the oil fill cap was still evenly dusty. I then looked at the oil filter and found it to be a dirty KIA oil filter and the oil was still dark and dirty. I went back AGAIN to the store and confronted the manager. After a little back and forth, he admitted that the oil change had NEVER occurred, and it was his mistake. I then asked if no service to the vehicle had ever occurred, why had the vehicle been moved to a different parking spot and the credit card charged. He could not provide an answer. And here is the most DECEPTIVE part of the encounter, they even put an oil change reminder on the front windshield to return in 3 months. In summation: Moved the car to a different parking space without any service being conducted to give the appearance that the vehicle had been in the oil change bay at one time. Put an oil reminder sticker on the front windshield. Never touched under the hood or the tires. Charged credit card. Manager admitted to the fraudulent /deceptive practice. Refund was issued and oil change and tire rotation was completed under my watchful eye. They did also give two more oil changes so we used one that day but again had to watch and ensure work was done and performed correctly. We took a Ford Focus here for new front brake rotors and pads. They told us $300 total estimate. We put the car in under my wife's name. The next day we got a phone call from them that the brakes were leaking fluid from the rear and they would need to replace the rear brake shoes, drums, lines, and cylinders; and that the total cost would be $950. I asked them to put the car back together so I could pick it up and look at it myself and they charged me $75 to give me back the car. I took the car home and, surprise-surprise, no one had even taken the rear drums off. I had to hit them with a sledge hammer to get them off. The pads had plenty of life left, and there was NO signs of leaking from the cylinder. I just did the brakes myself for $200 plus my own labor and the car is fine, no leaks. Ladies avoid this place like the plague. They see a woman's name on the sheet and will try to get you for shit you don't need and they'll lie to do it. read more

Consumer beware!! Let me first start by saying, that the staff meets and greet you promptly and the overall customer purchasing experience has been good, and that's where my story ends! The nightmare begins with the maintenance visit: I returned to have my tires rotated for the first time as I typically use the Mazda dealership for this process after my Bridgestone tire purchases. My vehicle is a 2014 CX-9 Mazda FWD and I always produce a copy of the "tire rotation" sequence from the Mazda Owners Maintenance Manual during the write up process to ensure that I get the most mileage out of my tires. I've even taken the liberty to eductae myself and visit websites such as BridgestoneTire.com as others, just to confirm that the information (tire rotation process) is correct for my vehicle. This particular service writer informed me that he would only perform a "front to rear" tire rotation, which is incorrect. When I asked him why and where he gets his information from, his only response was, if I don't perform a "front to rear tire rotation" your tires will wear and explode going down the road! My concern is the store refused to do what I requested and they blatantly choose to IGNORE the vehicle and tire manufacturer recommendations. Congratulations. you've just lost a lifetime customer and many referrals. However, I'll continue to promote this customer experience visit, time wasted and inconvenient to all my friends and business clients in the future. read more

I bought new tires there and they installed the tires backwards, on my way out of town my tires were making a loud horrible noise , I stopped at a tire shop and the mechanic showed me the error , and because of this all my other tires wore unevenly, when I went back and showed it to them they told me they would give me 50 dollars off replacing one tire . And they didn't even correct the error and turn my tire the correct way they had me leave with my tire still turned backwards.. read more

My 5-star saviors! Tire pressure sensor went off, so I filled my tires with air and went about my day. Next morning, same deal so I knew it was something funky with a tire. I called up The Tire Choice, right next to the gas station I was parked at, and they were immediately able to take in my car. About 10 minutes after handing them my keys, they diagnosed the issue (puncture on tire), fixed it up, and I was out of there in about 20 minutes. VERY friendly, honest folks in there.
