I stood in the waiting area for thirty minutes waiting to pay and pick up my car. They didn't replace the tires I asked to have replaced and the guy at the desk was more worried about answering phone calls and the people waiting in line behind me than helping with my problem. I would highly advise finding a different tire shop and not going here. read more

First off, I want to say I was a regular here... for many years and multiple autos. The service was great and all was fine. Then a few months ago I asked for an oil change and rotation and asked them to check tire pressure. When I left I noticed they didn't... even though I asked multiple times. The same happened today and I decided it was not just a fluke. I called them and told them I cannot trust them anymore. I even asked if my tires were rotated and checked when I picked up my keys. They said yes. They apologized immediately after I pointed it out and they then confirmed what they told me was not correct. The tires were not rotated or checked as requested. Why would I want a free oil change for my hassle when now I have to go elsewhere to get my tires serviced? Sadly, I feel as though I have been let down and do not have the confidence and appreciation I once did. Nice guys, but I need better. Best of luck. read more

Great service...never had trouble getting in quick when my tire was going flat due to a nail in it.

Thought I had a nail or piece of metal in one of my tires. It wasn't losing air so I took it to Tire Choice to have it looked at. I left the car because they couldn't get to it right away. They called me a short time later to say the car was ready. I went to pick it up and it turned out to be a small piece of metal, not big enough to cause damage. They checked the tire for leaks after pulling the metal and the tire was fine. I asked about the cost and was told there was no fee. They could have charged something and I would have understood, but to get it checked out and tested for no charge is unheard of these days. read more

Consistently great service with reliable results. Pricing for oil changes VERY competitive. Give these folks a try... Update. Battery warning light has been flashing. Went to Autozone thinking I just needed a new battery. They checked it and said my alternator was bad. Drove directly to my go to car repair, Autotire off of K and N. They took it in, confirmed it was the alternator and had my car fixed and back to me in under 3 hours. You cannot beat that service. Thanks Autotire!! read more

Awful service! The manager didn't know anything about tires and even said that if he sold me the tires I wanted, he couldn't stand behind the tires he sold me. Not sure why I went back to this place because I have never had a good experience here. read more

I bought four tires here and a wheel alignment and all the other things they recommended for replacing four tires. Then I left on a trip and my sensor in one of the tires did not work causing the warning light to constantly appear. I took it back when I returned and they said yes the sensor was bad but it was just coincidence that it broke when they replaced the tires. So I took the car to Plaza Tire and they advised the sensor was completely broken off and gone. They advised this must have occurred when the tires were replaced. Plaza also checked and said I needed a wheel alignment. Since this cost more than $1200 and they did not stand behind their work, I would not ever return for any future services to this location. read more

Three trips to buy two new tires. And spend $220. First trip was to be told you need an appointment at a tire store to get new tires. 10 days later came back for my appointment. One hour and 22 minutes later i was on my way down highway K. Where my low tire pressure sensor came on. Found a place to turn around and return to the store. Where a technician put more air in my tires. The door tag suggests 46 in the rear tires and 43 in the front. That was three trips to spend money with this establishment But the fun isn't over yet. The technician put 56 in the rear and 53 in the front. I found this out after loosing traction on highway 370 the next morning on a wet roadway, I went to a dealer to find out why my traction control light came on and was told it was because the tires were over inflated. The dealer corrected the issue. When i called this fine establishment the person on the phone said if i would come back they could look at the issue and make the necessary adjustments. Thank god i have more options to buy tires for my other three vehicles because it wont be here. I have better things to do with my money than pay for really bad/unsafe service. I've used Autotire since we moved out to O'Fallon 14 years ago. They have always taken great care of us and we could trust them. Even after my mate passed, Autotire still treated me with respect and to me that's what it's all about. Just bought 4 new tires and they let me know that cord was showing. Awful service. I was charged over 90 dollars for more plugs than my car needs. My car only has 3 and I was charged for six. Tried to explain it to the manager and he pulled something out of his ass about how they changed something else instead. Extremely rude and dishonest. read more

This used to be an honest, reasonable car repair business. Last time I went there for a service engine light soon they charged me $125.00 to tell me my gas cap was on wrong. They said they spent 2 hours working on the car to figure this out. It was all a lie. I found out later that Auto Zone could have hooked a machine up for free and told me this in 10 seconds. Call them and asked for price of mounting a balancing a tire. Guy said 22.50 each. Got there and the price went from 45 for 2 tire m/b, to 68 and some change. Guy at the counter start asking me if knew some acronym for the valve stems. Which I didn't. He didn't explain what the acronym meant and just added it to the bill. I have worked on cars my whole life and never heard of this acronym. I am taking my business else where. Shady ass mechanics is why I do my own work. I just I am gonna have to get a tire machine now. Lol. By the way paying anything over $25 max, to mount and balance a tire, and your getting screwed. read more

We were traveling from VA to Colorado! Stopped for the night and started to leave the next morning, when the engine light came on and the car started running rough. Stopped at an Auto Zone that did a diagnostics test and found out it was the oxygen sensor. They called Autotire Car Care for us and they were able to take us in right away! We are on the road again after they quickly took care of us with great customer service!! Thanks for quick and quality service!! read more

I do not typically go to AutoTire for service but I was pressed for time and needed to get an oil change prior to leaving town for a 9 hour trip to see my niece graduate from boot camp. I was very relieved to find a place to do an oil change on such short notice. I made an appointment and showed up at my allotted time and I was immediately confronted with my AutoTire coupon not being eligible for my vehicle. According to the gentleman at the counter I needed 6 quarts of synthetic and these (the synthetic and the 6 quarts) were both additional charges. I have never been told I MUST have synthetic and I know the shop I usually patronize uses a blend they do not charge additional for plus my car takes 5.5 quarts which I don't know how my usual shop deals with this but I haven't ever had to pay additional for a sixth quart. Since I was desperate, I agreed to his ridiculous price and handed over my keys and took a seat in the waiting area. I was disappointed to find no wi-fi in their waiting area. I realize this is not a requirement but it is nice when it is offered. I had my laptop and started working on some job related items I needed to complete. Thankfully I brought something to do. It was over an hour and twenty minutes before I had my car back!!!! This is the longest oil change with an appointment I have ever attended. Just to top it all off, I was handed a "Report Card" as I left to tell me my 6 month old tires were about half worn, my brake pads were near ready for replacement and I was given a lecture about regular service being completed on my vehicle. Three weeks passed and I was still annoyed that I paid $50 and lost over an hour of life for an AutoTire oil change. I ran across my receipt and realized they rotated my tires. I did not request this service nor was it communicated to me it was done. I have nitrogen in my tires and I have the company where these were purchased rotate and fill my tires regularly. This irritated me. Furthermore, a few days later I noticed the tag on my windshield checked the Premium Conventional box so i am not really certain synthetic was used. There was a time when AutoTire had their acts together. This time has long passed and I am no longer an advocate or comfortable taking my vehicles to them. Admittedly I am a woman that does not know a ton about cars but I have been caring for whatever vehicle I own for two decades now. I do not lack common sense and I do not like to pay double for oil changes. It is my recommendation to you - if you are considering finding a new shop with trusted folks - to keep looking. read more

Custom service has always been pleasant and they are prompt about calling me when my cars are ready. I will continue to bring my cars into them for routine service needs. read more

I am dropping a star from my original review. The past couple of times we have had a couple of issues. For instance, currently I am trying to get my car passed for emissions -- had repairs made - still not passing -- today nobody was there who could even do the inspection. Recently had a vehicle in that I had a list of items to check on -- they took forever, but then had only checked on half of them. The only reason I am still giving them a chance and 3-stars is that Autotire has done well for me for eight years, but I am close to being done with them. read more

Honda owners BEWARE! Took my Accord in for routine oil change and they did not replace the washer that has to be used with the pan bolt to tightened the bolt. Instead they just cranked the bolt as tight as they could to keep it from leaking and sent me on my way. On my next oil change, which happened to be at my Honda dealer, they explained the washer had not been used which caused the threads of my oil pan to be striped when they removed the pan bolt! I had to spend $65 on an insert so the pan bolt will hold! You would think the mechanics at AutoTire would know these things. The owner denied that this happened at his shop and would not reimburse me. Seriously?? Mistakes happen but the least you can do is own up to it and make it right! Would not recommend you going here. read more

These guys have always treated me well. Been taking my cars there for 15 yrs., and, while they've made some $ off me over the years, they've always been straight w/ me about what's required to fix the car. Have given me some discounts over the years (just for being a faithful customer), & on more than one occasion didn't charge me for work, such as when I had a small oil leak that they couldn't pinpoint (common occurrence w/ Hondas, as it turns out). read more
