I thought the value was good. I was able to find coupons on their website which provided a nice discount I was able to stay in the vehicle during the oil change. It was interesting to watch the work be performed. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I tend to be one that hates getting my oil change. This was a fast no hassle experience. I was never pressured to buy or upgrade anything. Two thumbs up!

I chose Valvoline expecting a convenient, professional, and customer-focused experience. Unfortunately, my visit to your location fell well short of those expectations. The overall interaction and manner in which I was treated were disappointing and inconsistent with the level of service I would expect from the Valvoline brand. My concern goes beyond simply being dissatisfied with the service. The professionalism, communication, and customer care demonstrated during my visit left me feeling that my business was neither valued nor handled appropriately. Regardless of how busy a location may be or what circumstances arise during a service, customers should be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. I have used professional automotive service providers with the expectation that I can trust both the work being performed and the people representing the business. Unfortunately, this experience significantly diminished my confidence in returning to this Valvoline location. Other than that everyone ive chit chatted with are good. No complaint ive had worse experience at other shops all over colorado and all together id trust them the most. I brought my 1975 Corvette to Kearny Garage for an upper-engine rebuild. After nearly three months…read moreof delays and almost $10,000 in costs, I had to tow the car and engine separately to another mechanic. Kearny Garage repeatedly promised to finish the car but failed to do so, overcharged me--including duplicate fees--lost parts I supplied, and damaged existing parts. When the second mechanic completed the work, he found numerous issues with Kearny Garage's repairs, including improperly installed new heads that allowed coolant to leak into the engine and could have destroyed it. Had Kearny Garage completed the work as it was, the engine likely would have failed immediately and required replacement. I then had to spend thousands of dollars correcting Kearny Garage's work, and I was unable to enjoy driving my convertible for months. Kearny Garage presents itself as a locally owned neighborhood auto shop, but it is actually owned by Sun Auto, a national auto service conglomerate. I also learned that the mechanic often takes shortcuts to complete jobs faster than the time billed to customers, and management appears to support that practice. The store manager was arrogant, condescending, and showed little concern for customer service. Fortunately, some locally owned automotive garages remain in the neighborhood and still value customers over profit.
