He methodically tested several possibilities before discovering that a piece of sharp metal had punctured the tire. Each employee I encountered was incredibly helpful in making sure I purchased the correct size tire for my Volvo. What really impressed me was the attention to detail - the mechanic even took the time to calibrate the tire pressure system in my car! Within 45 minutes, I was safely back on the road. Ken recently worked on my husband's car. My husband drives his car hard and puts a lot of miles on it . It's a Saturn and so it's not an easy car to work on . Ken took the time to fix it so that it runs so much nicer than it did. We were so impressed at his attention to detail and how he worked on a car that is difficult to work on now because they're not being made anymore . He is great to talk to and he helps us understand mechanics, something that we do not understand. He works hard and he fixed it right.
