At this point I literally would have left if I wasn't boxed in between cars. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. You don't treat paying customers like they're invisible. Won't be back, and definitely won't recommend this place to anyone else.

Well they sucked the oil out and then proceeded to tell me they don't have filter for my car!!! They said we will put the old fluid in and not charge anything... NSS!! There is literally an Oreilly parts store less than 1/4 mile from Valvoline, why not send somebody over to get a filter??? Unbelievable, I've used this place for years and never experienced anything like this!! Maybe new management??

This is not the auto shop for minor repairs or for people who have to watch their budget. My car stopped. I thought it was my alternator. The battery didn't seem to be holding a charge. I had taken out and had it tested and the auto parts place had told me I needed a new alternator. I had Pheonix come and get it. They were quick and responsive and all I needed was a new battery that ended up costing me 782 dollars after towing and the 149 dollar diagnostic. I would use them again for any MAJOR issue, but I'll never return for anything I even suspect is a minor repair. Nearly a thousand bucks for a battery seems excessive.

Today, after approximately **40,000 miles**, I was informed that I already need new tires. These tires have not been neglected. At every oil change, I have had the tires rotated and balanced, and the vehicle has also received alignments. I have done my part to properly maintain them, yet the tires have lasted only about HALF of the mileage I was told to expect. What is even more frustrating is how this situation was handled. Nothing was offered to resolve the issue until I specifically asked to speak with the General Manager. I was then offered replacement tires but told that I would have to PAY AGAIN for road-hazard protection. My question is simple: **Why should I have to pay additional money when the tires did not perform as represented despite being properly maintained?** Asking the customer to spend more money does not address the underlying problem. I also contacted corporate regarding this matter and have yet to receive a response. That lack of follow-up only adds to my concerns about the level of service being provided. This location also appears to experience frequent turnover in both employees and management, which raises concerns about consistency, accountability, and whether customers are receiving the level of service the company promises. At what point does the company stand behind its statements, warranties, products, and commitment to its customers? I am requesting a clear explanation of why tires represented as having an 80,000-mile warranty require replacement at approximately 40,000 miles, why I am being asked to pay additional costs?

Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty...
