The best Tire Kingdom in my area - Powerline rd/Hillsboro blvd - and I've been to all the ones near me. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and really try to find you the best deal. I have been purchasing tires and mechanical work at tire Kingdom for over 30 years and over 10 vehicles. Came in but for new tires for my truck, front in alignment and in oil change. I asked the gentleman when I drop my truck off to have them go through the front end and let me know any work that needs to be done. When I picked up the truck and started asking questions, they had absolutely zero answers. Then I asked to speak to the mechanic that did the front and alignment and refused to come talk to me. I asked them to put it back on the lift, and go through it again, and they refused to do that. I also asked for synthetic blend oil and they put high mileage oil in. They took it upon themselves. Assume this was a old engine, and not a newer engine didn't call to consult me. This is the fourth incident I've had with tire kingdom and I'm done giving them chances. read more

Went to this location after going over a huge pot hole. Service manager was so nice to me and my brother-in-law. Answered all questions. Unfortunately I had to order my tire online because I have an unusual size for my Veloster Turbo. Once I got it in went back over and they took care of me so quick even though they were busy. I made an appointment online for 4pm on Sunday When I got there at 3:30 they said they close at 4pm. I work 60 hours a week and it's not easy to take care of these things during the week I am in the service business and understand that mistakes happen but it's how you deal with those mistakes I feel that the salesman at the counter was very indifferent and really didn't care much about the situation. I am a Senior, ill, alone and frightened. Sound familiar.. When I needed help, Armand Poblete, manager of the Tire Kingdom, Sandalfoot Plaza stepped up to the plate and hit a "Homerun".. I scheduled my appointment online and selected the tires I wanted to purchase. Once I arrived, they took my car in right away and I was finished in less than an hour. Don't take your vehicle to this place. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They claimed to rotate my tires and did not. I always place a mark on my tires so I can verify that the service was completed. They swore to me that they did the rotation. Nope!! They also tried to sale me rear struts. The struts are okay. They were chosen because of location and price. They reported that the tires that were delivered from the Tire Rack were the wrong size. I ended up with tires that were twice the price of the ones that were delivered and a $245 front end alignment. The tires were over-inflated and the car pulled to the right. I now see why this place has such terrible reviews. Horrible service and not even an apology. I ordered a tire 1 1/2 week ago and they said that my tire would only take 2-3 days to get there. I received no phone. The guy on the phone told me that 3 people called and left messages. Well I have not one message from them or phone call logged in my phone. I asked him what number "they" had supposedly called and he said he called my phone once now and a very old number that hasn't been used for at least 6 years. So he lied about calling the only number I had given him and then proceeded to tell me that there was no time, except for first thing in the morning, to put my tire on. This is the second time I've been to tire Kingdom at this location within the past year. The first time they rescued me when I arrived in a panic due to my car overheating while I was driving west on South W. 18th St..Yes, they are tire Kingdom, but these wonderful dudes rescued me and my car! It was even as they were closing up for the day. Today, I had to go in and have a bad tire changed. No appointment no nothing. Again, the gentleman here are so polite, so accommodating, just great. Luckily they had the size tire that I needed and got the job done while I shopped at the supermarket in the same plaza and 45 minutes later I was able to leave with my brand-new tire. Classic case of taking advantage of a woman with out of state tags. Told my wife they couldn't plug a FRONT tire, so she needed to purchase a new set of front tires. Yes, you can plug a front tire but in any case, guess they were not aware of tire rotation? So she went elsewhere and the flat was repaired for $20.00 instead of $450 for two $150 dollar tires and another $150 in, I guess, mounting, balancing and being a thieving, ripoff tire place. I dropped by with a lit check engine light problem. My code reader showed a P0523 code, which for my automobile was for an oil pressure sensor problem. The manager suggested I buy the OEM part from AC Delco for $136. And then he charged another $150 to install it. Here's the problem - I could have purchased the exact same part from Advance Auto Parts for $30. And a quick search on YouTube led me to two different videos where the poster was able to change their oil sensor in the same vehicle I own in less than 10 minutes. So I feel that I was ripped off big time! I won't be using them ever again and suggest you take the following recommendation - Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)! John M. read more

Manager Martin Germain listened to me explain my car problems and put them into the computer so the mechanics would know exactly what the symptoms were. He said they would run some tests and call me with the results. I got a call from Mr. Germain not too long later. He told me the results of the tests and what would be needed to get the car back to the way it used to run. The price was fair and I was happy they could get the work done today so I could use the car over the weekend. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom. read more

Called this location and they told me to come on and they'd help. Was ready to spend $100 for a brand new tire when the only issue was a bad valve stem. Came here for a oil change on a weekend. Tire kingdom had a $9.99 promotion running. When I arrived they told me they could do it but that it wouldn't be the type of oil that they recommended for my car (I needed 5W-20 rather than 5W-30). Since I couldn't do the promotional price though the gave me $10 off. They were very friendly, and finished the whole thing very promptly. read more

Made an appointment through their website because it seemed more convenient than going to other oil change places where you had to rely upon the current line. Arrived on time for the appointment and was told it would be about 1 hour. An hour and 45 minutes later still no results. On our way to help some friends moving, I got a flat tire coming off the turnpike. Thankfully, I was able to drive to the nearest Tire Kingdom to get my car fixed. The guy at the desk told me they might not be able to get my car fixed today because they were booked up with appointments and might have to stay overnight. Living in West Palm, it was an inconvenience. We thought about going to the other tire store but by then my tire was completely flat and on the rim. The guy understood our situation as soon as he saw my tire situation and said he will try his best to get it done today but it might be late (which we didnt mind at all). I would say an hour and a half later max, he called us back confirming my car was fixed! The guy at the desk (i didnt get his name unfortunately) was kind and helpful. I've been here for tires a few times in a pinch, and they're always friendly and fast. They may offer additional services, but they never pull the "You know this is broken and your car is going to implode if you don't fix it right now" scare tactics and incessant upsells that have you feeling totally violated and spending twice what you intended when you left. For various reasons, I needed a tire replaced right away (could not wait even a day). Called 9 places throughout Coral Springs, Boca, and Coconut Creek, and this Tire Kingdom was the only place that had it in stock. That being said, the tire is rare so it was pretty lucky that they had it on hand. Just having it would not be enough to warrant a 5-star review. However, Rod was the only employee working the register inside and he was helpful, attentive, and friendly at all times. All customers were noticeably appeased by his good service. It took about an hour and a half to replace the tire due to me coming in without an appointment on a busy Sunday, which I would say is average to above average for most auto places. However, I waited in a comfortably air-conditioned environment with complimentary coffee and wi-fi. Furthermore, I was unaware that another one of the tires was completely bald. Silvio showed me exactly what was going on and offered to replace it but was not pushy at all about the unexpected service, which is often an issue when dealing with mechanics. Auto repair is never something people look forward to, but this place did a great job of making it as pleasant as possible. I will definitely be returning. read more
