Stan and the crew there are the best, have had 4 cars serviced there, domestic and import. Would not go any place else. What I love about these guys is they are straight with you about what needs to be fixed, unlike the service departments at a lot of dealerships. If there is a repair that doesn't need to be fixed today, they will tell you that. If you have a problem that is still driveable, they will tell you how long you can drive with the problem before it gets really bad. Their prices are really reasonable. The people who have downvoted this place probably expected a whole lot for next to nothing.

The mechanics apparently forgot how big their bays are because they backed the Big Bosses truck out without folding in his mirrors. This incident happened on 12/12/21, today is 2/21/22 and they have not reimbursed him for his $1400.00 mirror. The whole situation has been a joke and a horrible way to conduct a business. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs unless you want a headache on your hands if they happen to break something on your vehicle. 3 months later and not as much as a phone call to make things right. I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

I can't imagine what I said that would make her think I was cussing. I seriously wasn't. I was completely professional. Not something I could say for her. I would absolutely not tolerate a person like this answering my phones if I were the owner. Wow! I wound up calling another place and the lady knew exactly what my car needed and was pleasant. Here's the thing: This other place charges more for the same items.
