    I had a frustrating experience at Tire Kingdom, waiting for over 1.5 hours just to have someone examine my flat tire. The prolonged wait diminished my overall satisfaction with their service.

    I almost hate to write a good review. People will flock to this place and ruin it for me. Phenomenal find. Highly recommend. I was waiting with a few customers in the lobby. We all noticed a rhythmic hammering sound coming from the garage. I started to tap my foot, another customer began tapping a sub beat with a pencil. The manager noticed and began whistling. One of the mechanics popped in from the garage, stirred his foot across the floor, began snapping his fingers and belting out a bit of do-wap improvising. We all got up and danced like we were a flash mob. This was like one of those 50s themed burger places. Ill never go to another tire store. This is the place.​​

    On November 1st I took my car to tire kingdom after I noticed a streak of oil under my car, I spoke to Ali at the front desk and explained to him where I saw the oil, he told me the mechanic would check it out and let me know what he found, now I'm not a mechanic so I'm depending on their expertise. After an hr I went back to the shop to find my car on and running, not sure how long it had been running but I brought it to one of the guys who work there attention. I showed him exactly where the leak was between the transmission and the engine, while speaking with him Ali called me and said the mechanic said it's the head gasket seal, I ask him if he's sure and would that fix the problem they said yes. I left the car there over the weekend because I went out of town and picked it up on Sunday, I ask for a full detail on what was done. I paid the cost and left. A few days later I called the shop back and spoke with Jerome, he was very rude and spoke to me as if I was slow, giving me a waste of time run down about how gravity works. I then took my car to another shop for a second opinion and with one look the mechanic said the leak is coming from the rear main seal. I called corporate and to put me in touch with Tom the regional manager, I spoke with him for a few minutes and he said he will get back to me. 30mins later Jon the manager of that branch call and said to bring the car in so he could look at it, about an hour later he called back and tried to give me the runaround about the head gaskets, I explained to him I showed the young man who works there exactly where the leak was which is the rear main seal, he said to me "we din't fix that here" so immediately I called Tom the regional manager back and explained the situation, again he said he would get back to me, that was on November 13th 2024, I've been calling corporate and had no success.. Jon and his team is very dishonest, I paid $507.75 and my car is still leaking Tom refuse to call me back to get this issue resolved I even put my name as an urgent call back and no one has called me back, very unfortunate and disappointing.. I would advise everyone to don't bring your car here, their customer service skills is poor from the regional manager all the way down to the shop...

    Walked in both guys on phone dont get a hey i will be right with you or nothing ignorned for about 5 mins.Customer service not great..Waited about a hour just to balance and mount my tire.Only came here because its the only place by my house definitely wont be back..

    2 service teaches just sitting eating while there customers waiting.

    Got the job done (radiator replacement) a bit on the expensive side but they were able to do it quickly.

    I had to wait two hours, but I just had to tip the mechanic after being told by Pep Boys that my tire was ruined and I had to buy a new one.

    Just went in to check a nail in the tire. Got it checked right away and the person who did it was super attentive! Great service!

    I had an extremely disappointing experience here and would not recommend this business. My A/C went…read moreout and I was supposed to have my compressor replaced. I paid close to $400 for the compressor through the owner, Franchesco, on Monday, and he told me to come back Wednesday at 8:00 AM for the repair. I took off work and showed up Wednesday, only to be told there were still cars from Monday and Tuesday that had not been completed. No one called me or communicated that they would not be able to honor the appointment. He then told me to come back Thursday or Friday. I came back on Friday to drop my car off, and Franchesco told me he still could not do the job because he was "not ready." At that point, I asked for a refund because I no longer trusted the process. He told me that since I had already paid for the compressor, I could take the compressor and get it installed somewhere else. However, I had never seen the compressor, never received proof that it had been ordered, and never received any documentation for the part I paid close to $400 for. When I asked for proof or a receipt showing where the compressor was ordered from, I was told they "don't do that." He then seemed to get frustrated and told me that since I was going to get it fixed somewhere else, I needed to get the compressor from somewhere else. This was extremely unprofessional. My time was wasted multiple times, communication was poor, and the entire experience made me lose trust as a customer. I would not recommend this business.
